WebLogic Server 11 and JAXB

Question

Hi to all.
This is my first post on this forum. I've a problem parsing an xml document with JAXB. I've realized a web application that runs on WebLogic Server 11g.
This piece of code works fine in a standalone application and doesn't work in this one. A null pointer exception is thrown when I try to read iV.getVoucherBasiscCode. Have you got a solution for me. Some suggestion???

try {
jc = JAXBContext.newInstance("test.Bean");
Unmarshaller u = jc.createUnmarshaller();
JAXBElement<PropagateVoucher> j =
(JAXBElement<PropagateVoucher>)u.unmarshal(new FileInputStream("C:\\WebLogicLogs\\POL\\Voucher3.xml"));
PropagateVoucher ds = j.getValue();
VoucherIss vI = ds.getVoucherIss();
System.out.println(vI.getVoucherBasisCode());
System.out.println(vI.getVoucherIssuanceInfo().getInventorySegmentKey());

I start the weblogic server and finally it shows the following message, and I am sending you last three lines:

Now, tell me iis everything ok?
If ok then why the http://fmw11g:7001/ is not working.
