Well i have the apple care plan for my iphone and i lost my headphone what do i do to get another pair? Can i still get them for free?

I'm afraid you will have to buy another pair. Apple Care is an extended warranty, it does not cover Theft, Loss, Damage by user.

We want to use my husband's upgrade to purchase this one, but I am going to use it and my husband is going to use the 3GS. Therefore, I don't want the phone activated to his info. I am wondering if we just need to do this at the store, or if I order under his account, can I just sync it to my iTunes to get it to be my phone? In other words, I don't want them to go ahead and add the iPhone plan to his line (he's not currently on iPhone plan).

Music Rescue also works as far as restoring your playlists etc. I've used it twice, you can use the Quick Recover mode, but have to click continue trial (something like that) allot, cp. to purchase option. Otherwise diesel is right as far as restoring via your purchase history.

Well if the same problem happens to all your ipods, it makes me suspect that there is something wrong with your headphones, as it would be a strange coincidence that all the ipods have the same problem.

Thanks in advance to anyone that can offer support.
I have used the Apple Configurator to add a profile to both my iPhone 5 and AppleTV (both with latest OS) to enable them to be on our corporate network.
I can now airplay from my Mac to the TV and my iPhone to the TV.
The phone can access the internet fine and the AppleTV can access YouTube and Photo Stream without any issues.
THE PROBLEM: The AppleTV cannot access the iTunes Store and the iPhone cannot get e-mail (either from Exchange server or from iCloud (or Gmail).

TimYes, it's pretty much the same with photos, you can't save them to iCloud. Again you're better using something like dropbox.
There is a photo feature with iCloud call photo stream, however it only saves your most recent photos, 1,000 and your last 30 days. -

If iTunes prompts you to restore your phone, then that is your only choice. Just follow the instructions iTunes gives you.
If its not turning on, hold down the power and home buttons at the same time until the Apple logo appears. Then you will be asked to restore your phone in iTunes. -

No, the cellular version of an iPad will have it's own number associated with it.
You would, however, be able to sign into the same Apple ID account and receive iMessages on both devices for that account. Keep in mind that you would not receive SMS messages sent to that account, only iMessages, so any texts you receive from non-iPhone people or iPhone people with iMessage disabled would only be received on the iPhone. -

First, go to your purchase history and confirm that the purchases were actually made via your iTunes Store account. Many such charges are fraudulently submitted directly to your bank and did not actually come from the iTunes Store. If the purchases do appear in your purchase history, then go here:

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. And try to create passwords that aren't easily guessed. Including random special characters (!, @, #, etc) in a password can help, as can using capital letters or numerals.

What the apple care plan coverage all the internal part if anything goes wrong it. Cause i don't want to pay for a huge money just for fixing the parts if cost more $1000, worth more than i bought it brand new??

If you buy the AppleCare warranty, it will cover any defects in the computer, just like the included one-year warranty. Note that you must purchase AppleCare within one year of the purchase of the Mac.
