Well there was a scam app, Pokemon Yellow, they deleted the app so will I get my money back? Or not because I made a stupid mistake not looking at reviews?

I know it was only a dollar but still, I could get a perfectly fun app for that.

You should get an email when a decision has been made as to whether or not you will be refunded - the email should arrive within 48 hours of you contacting support. If they do decide to refund you then how long it takes depends upon what you were using as your payment method, I think that purchases made by an account's balance are done quickly, if through a credit card it might take a number of days.

From the App Store meny bar click Store > Check for Unfinished Downloads
And check your Applications folder for the app.

Since you have to consciously click and enter a password, the normal terms on the store are all sales are final.
All you can do is go to the support link above, follow to the Express Lane support for the iTunes store and plead your case for a refund. Just don't get your expections too high though.
