Is that an application hosted on Weblogic? If so, how many identity providers did you configure? If you configured multiple, make sure the controlflag is set to "SUFFICIENT".

It's an internal server error. There's a problem with the .jsp coding on the site. If it's someone else's site, there's not much you can do about it until the administrator realizes there's a problem and fixes it.
If it's your own site, you need to check the Java Server Pages coding. Very few people, if any, with JSP experience frequent this forum.

I have been seeing a recurring instance of this error recently, that I am not completely understanding. Can anyone better explain what may be occurring when this type of error occurs.
Feel feel to speculate, but I was hoping maybe a designer might chime in on this.

Well, if I were the designer of the error code, I think I could probably give an idea of what kinds of circumstances might cause this error to occur, regardless of the application.
However, if it helps, here is the problem. I have an ATE program that performs thermal cycling for a UUT using VISA calls to a GPIB controller which communication with 3 different instruments. The test itself runs fine for long periods of time, and then I start to see this error occur. However, the program appears to continue to run after I press 'OK' from the pop-up dialog ackowledging that the error has occurred. There appears to be no evidence of a memory leak that could possibly be contributing to the problem, or at least none that I have detected, and the error description itself is very vague. So basically what I am looking for is a better understanding of what MIGHT be causing this type of error. I would not expect a specific cause for my particular application, because as Bob was so kind to point out, I hadn't offered much information in my original post. What I was really looking for was a better understanding of the error itself, from a 30kft point of view.

HT4076 What causes this error?

I get this error every couple of weeks. This completely defeats the purpose of running Time Machine. Anybody know what might cause this error?
My setup is a Mac 21.5" running OSX 10.7.3 connected via WiFi to an Airport Extreme (firmware v7.6.1). The Airport Extreme is connected via Ethernet-cable to a Synology DS411j (DSM 4.0) on which the Time Machine sparsebundle resides. Another Mac also uses the SAN for Time Machine backups and hasn't had any troubles sofar.

Yes, if you are going to fix names fix them properly. No spaces no non-alphanumeric.. it is not that some special characters cannot be used.. it is to reduce the chance of problems. Wireless names (SSID) does not contribute to security at all.. except that it is good to use a name different to standard. ie if all brandx modems and routers use wireless name brandx it allows people to precompile lists of brute force attack. If the name is different they need to create it on the spot.. but in neither case is it a big issue.
I name the TC.. TC3 for example.. call the 2.4ghz wireless TC24ghz and the 5ghz TC5ghz. Just use something that makes good sense to you so you can identify it as your signal not your neighbours.
BTW, does that mean I'll have two networks?
No both 2.4ghz and 5ghz will share the same ip range and can talk to each other.
It is just like having two different ethernet cables. The problem with wireless, is it is single channel half-duplex.. and like the old thin ethernet, everybody shares the same band.. and divides the bandwith. Using two different bands allows two computers to talk at the same time.

I have found a temporary solution, allowing the previous version of iTunes (v. 11.1.3 (x64) in my case) to be re-installed. Can you just click 'open' to run the report without exanding it to see the worksheet?
I have heard of this before and one work around was to just open it and it would work anyway. This was a couple of years ago and not sure if the same 'feature' still exists?

I recently ran sfc /scannow. It completed without giving me any notifications other than a number of:
"Files that are required for Windows to run properly must be copied to the DLL cache."
I was prompted to insert my XP SP3 installation CD and click on 'retry'.
The scan lasted for around 40 minutes then closed.......at no stage was I advised that it had been unsuccessful.
When I restarted my computer directly afterwards, half way through booting a 'please wait' appeared, as if something was taking place.
I thought all had gone well until I looked in Event Viewer later. There are approximately 90 Windows File Protection entries there mostly with the following information:
The system file ........ could not be copied into the DLL cache. The specific error code is 0x800b0100 [No signature was present in the subject]. This file is necessary to maintain system stability.
Does anyone know what causes that error and what I need to do to resolve it please?

I have already tried to run the Microsoft Fix it from there for XP SP3, the os I have>>>>>>>"This troubleshooter does not apply to your system. We're sorry, but this troubleshooter is not compatible with your current system's configuration."
That was the only Microsoft information I could find on the specific error code I received: 0x800b0100......although the article applies to Microsoft Updates, I thought it might cover this too.
I have now run SFC three times, but errors still showed in Event Viewer.
I regularly run Chkdsk, last few times no errors.
I am actually having my computer checked for malware right now by specialist malware removers......all the malware scans I regularly run have given me the all clear for some time (McAfee Stinger, Hitman Pro, Malwarebytes - MBAM, TDSSKiller) but there has
been malware on my computer in the past, which was removed (not serious I was told).
In two of the scans the techs asked me to carry out there are
hundreds of dll cache entries under
Files/Folders - Created Within 30 Days on the date I run SFC.
I am waiting for this to be confirmed, but it looks to me as if SFC was actually successful to a large extent and the entries in Event Viewer are some failures (not all as I previously thought)?
I also have a serious problem in relation to Microsoft Updates (please see my other question).

You can't or shouldn't import MP3s into FCP.
Have you try creating a new porject and importing into that?
