What is the exact meaning of Dragging with(out) Drag Lock?

I am new to Mac and I tried several ways to get known the difference. But what I see is that there is no difference between these two settings, anyone can explain to me? Thanks in advance.

Below is my understanding of how this works :
a. Sessions are "lite/local". Hence are stored in the KJS. If this KJS goes down/crashes, the session info is lost.
b. This scenario is applicable when we have more than 1 KJS engine. The session info' is stored in the KXS engine and will be shared among all the KJS engines. (Here I am assuming that the iAS is Not clustered). If any of the KJS engines fail, the session info is not lost, but if the KXS crashes, then the session info is lost.
c. This is in a clustered environment. The session info is stored in the Primar KXS and will be regularly backed up to the Backup KXS (assuming a backup has been configured). So, if any of the KJS engines fails, session info is still available in the KXS engine. If the Primary KXS crashes, then the backup assumes primary and this engine will have all the session info, so we do have a proper failover.

in pattern Transfer Object Assembler, TransferObjectAssembler (usually a stateless session bean) produces a snapshot of the model at the time of construction and collects the data to a access object, my question is how can it be sure that the models in different business object may not change while you are collecting them together especially the model changes frequently?

Hmm, snapshots--we covered this in my graduate class on distributed systems. For a good overview (although rather tough reading), try this paper by Leslie Lamport (one of the God's of distributed systems). In general, these types of problems are HARD and alot of research in distributed computing covers these kinds of things:

What is the exact meaning of the Slider control's SmallChange property

Here is the definition from MSDN:
"Gets or sets a Value to
be added to or subtracted from the Value of
a RangeBase control."
"For example, when the user taps the track of a custom scrollbar control, the Value property
would increase or decrease by the value of SmallChange."
After I set SmallChange = 1, when I move the slider between 0 and 100, the value can be anything (e.g. 65.5810815512). I thought it the change would multiples of SmallChange (i.e. integer).
Could anyone shed some light on this property?

SmallChange doesn't work with slider. SmallChange works with keyboard. If you want in multiples of 1 (or SmallChange) then you can write your code in ValueChanged event. For multiples of 1 then you can try following code

What is the exact technical difference between "Lightning to USB Camera Adapter" and "Lightning to USB Cable"

Mainly I am interested in attaching the iPhone to a receiver (or car etc.) to play music.
Both the "Lightning to USB Cable" and the "Lightning to USB Camera Adapter" seem to do the trick. So what is the exact technical difference between the two items?
When connected to a receiver, is the iPhone the USB Master in both cases? Is the USB "Audio Device Class" standard used to transmit audio?

Use Case 1:
When I connect the iPhone to the receiver I can use the Lightning to USB, because the receiver has a female type A, just like e.g. a PC or like the charger. So I would agree that the Receiver must be the USB host, and the iPhone the USB device. This works just fine in my case, with iPhone and iPad.
In this case, the audio goes from the device to the host, or "Audio-in".
Use Case 2:
A friend of mine has a small device that converts USB to Toslink. This thing has a female Mini USB Type A, which is typically used at the receiving side of a USB connection. This device can be connected e.g. to a Mac, and then the Mac can output audio via this device to receiver which accepts optical Toslink signals.
In this case, the audio goes from the host to the device, or "Audio-out".
It is this use case 2 that I am unsure about:
a) Can the Lightning to USB cable be used in this case (assuming that I find the necessary non-standard adapters to actually connect the USB ports)? This would mean that the iPhone can act as a USB host with the Lightning to USB cable.
b) I know that the Lightning to USB Camera Adapter does convert the iPad into an USB host, otherwise it could not read data from a camera. So could this adapter also be used to produce "Audio out" to a USB device that supports receiving music?
If yes, would this also work with an iPhone (as pointed out in another answer, the iPhone does nor support reading pictures from a camera)?

First tell me a little something about my self...
After completion of my certification(as a fresher) I was down the streets hunting the job,
with the insufficient knowledge and being a non-experienced person, I never got one.
And mean while when I got my "S-UserID", I used to be proud, To say frankly, I registerd in SDN & SAP all at a time, without even knowing what I can do there..,
When I got a job afterwords I was doing the job and never seen SDN page for many months,
when I came to know that of we have doubts we can post at SDN. then started requesting help,
I posted only a little, I didnot got the proper response. on that day I decided,
still there are some places where we cannot get help on time and there will be people waiting to get help,
Why cant I put some of my efforts to help others.
Then I searched some topic by Topic in SDN topic by Topic I used to read threads just for knowledge.
when I feel my self comfort for contributing, I started contibuting...!
If you haven't read it, take a look first, so you can understand where things are now.
I dont know where things are now. But these in this thread I mentioned clearly what I seen from the day I started contributing.
I searched with the terms of 'Rules for replying', The results are not as I expected, and this link has subject as
"O SDN, where art thou?" So it dosent hit my in the list.
Like everybody until a certain stage I am also rushing for points.
But I most cases I never tried to copy paste answers. If I done some then that is just to point it myself some day,
I have no hopes or no intrest on the points...! This was discussed with Rob & Matt, at my inital contribution where my points are 36.
From that day till date I have changed a lot to myself.
Everyone cannot change like me because they are not like me & And I dont even expect that...!
I will be online almost 6-8Hrs a day, Not even getting intrest to see the forums just because of the co-contributors.
My only point is I am just requesting to a co-contributor,
Clearly In a example : Lets say contributor has replied to a thread, and if you know that is a correct solution,
please dont reply any more, If you have a better solution than that, then only reply,
Even there is one reply in the thread not a matter, if correct answer leave that query.
If still error persists, Show up with your Idea's...
Dont let down the contributor, by copying his reply and editing and pasting(edit only if incorrect).
I am just looking for this one exactly to circulate between ourselfs.
For this we a little support from moderators to circulate(may be as a rule or may be as a mail to them)
You may say again how many mails we have to send, It dosent matter, one mail to one person one time,

Now i have created a TS & BS with Valid HOSTNAME & CLIENT etc. BUT based on the junk Product/Junk SWCV.

the product defines the name genaerllly, the SWCV definesd within the product...there can be many SWC in an product...so an SWC is the smallest component in an product...

Do you mean Exact size in dimensions(width/height) or size of the picture?
For the size there is no max limit on the image but better to take the lightest image size in jpg, gif or png formats.
And for the dimensions there is no limit.

so to trigger the output an entry in NAST is compulsory

ex-how to config output type.
You will assign output types using Transaction NACE.
Do the follow steps to assign output type
1)Select Application Type V2 which will have description Shipping.
2)Click on Output types button.
3)Go to change mode by pressing Ctrl+F4.
4)Select one output type which already exists
5)Do Copy As(F6)
6)Give your output type against Output Type field.
7)Under General data Tab, Give Program and Form routine and Save the data.
i think it a work of functional guy but at senior level i think it is not a big deal for abaper.

In NACE t-codewe have the application for each one. based on the application output type can be defined, based on output type script and print progrma can be defined.
If suppose data can be read from EDI then we should go for condition records.
So whenever we execute the script first composer checks the output type and then execute the program. in program whenever opn form FM will be populate then script will open first. After that again program till another FM will populate if it then script will populate........like it is cycle proces. Composer does all these things and at last it will submit that output to spool.
Go to the Transaction NACE.
choose the related sub module.. like billing or shipping
doubel click on Output Types
Choose the Output Type for which whcih you wanted your script to trigger
Then select the Output Type and double click on Processing Routine
Then go to create new entries--> Select the Medium (1- print output), then enter your Script and Print Program detls --> Save and come out
Now go to the Transaction (for which you have created the output type)... Issue output--> Select the output type --> Print....

When you define an output device, choose the name of the device type that was defined in the SAP System for your printer model, such as Post2 for a PostScript printer. Most printers can be controlled using a generic format, such as PostScript. They can be switched to a mode that is compatible with one of the standard printers for which an SAP device type is available. In this case, a supported model is emulated.
Almost all printers are delivered with Microsoft Windows printer drivers. The system can control these printers with the generic (device-independent) device type SWIN. The Microsoft Windows spool system then performs the processing of the print data.
If the specified device types are not available, and generic device types cannot be used, you must create your own device type or edit a copy of an existing device type. We recommend that only those with specialist knowledge of the SAP Spool System and printer driver code do this. For more information, see Defining a New Device Type .
Attributes of a Device Type
A device type is distinguished by the attributes listed below. If you change an existing device type or create a new device type, you must change at least some of these attributes.
Character set: A character set specifies the codes with which characters must be represented in the print-ready output stream (output request). This code replaces the generic SAP characters set that is used internally by the SAP spool system (spool request).
Printer driver: You can specify different printer drivers for printing SAPscript documents and ABAP lists.
Print controls: Print controls represent printer operations, such as boldface or changing the font size. These print control are replaced by printer-specific commands during the creation of the output request from a spool request.
Formats: Formats specify the format supported by the SAP system. The system differentiates between SAPScript formats (DINA4 and LETTER) and ABAP list formats (X_65_132 = 65 rows/132 columns).
Page format: A page format is the interface between a format and SAPscript. It specifies the paper dimensions with which SAPScript can calculate the row and column lengths.
Actions: Actions are output device-specific commands that are required for the implementation of a format. Principle of work of the SAP interaction center is the following:
1. preliminary steps
- you get license of a certified ICI-compliant CCMS software, or you develop your own one.
- you create an RFC destination of type HTTP, pointing to that software
- you create corresponding customizing to activitate CCMS usage for your business role
2. process flow
- when you logon in IC, SAP IC sends logon data to CCMS software; CCMS software holds SAP session info, associated with agent info.
- when a phone-call comes in, for example, CCMS software uses SAP session info to communicate back with SAP IC.
3. Architectural possibilities
With the way SAP communicates with CCMS, it is possible to have several SAP systems connected to the same CCMS server (Development + Quality, for example). CCMS software knows which SAP system to address, because SAP session contains full SAP url including SAP host and SAP http port.

What is the exact version of JRE required for Discoverer 10.1.2.2?

Hello,
I understand that through Application Server Control it is possible to set whether Discoverer Plus should use "Oracle JInitiator" or "Sun Java Plug-in 1.4".
The problem I have is that, due to immoveable restrictions in place on the workstations where Discoverer Plus the will be used, it is not possible for the browser to automatically download and install either the Sun Java Plug-In 1.4 or JInitiator to the end-user's workstation the first time the user tries to access Discoverer Plus.
In this environment, the only way to get either JInitiator or Sun Java Plug-in 1.4 (which I assume just means the Sun JRE) onto the users' workstations is for an administrator to manually install it. So my questions are:
1) What is the exact version of JInitiator required to run Discoverer Plus 10.1.2.2?
2) What is the exact version of Sun JRE required to run Discoverer Plus 10.1.2.2?
3) If the workstations already have another more recent version of Sun JRE installed, is there any way to get Discoverer Plus to use that version?
