Are the image all the same size the % files open into a document seems to vary with the number of pixels the image being opened has. Check the Image size.

If you do not have, or remember, the passcode for Restrictions, the only option available to you is to reset the device to factory settings via itunes.

I paid for it so I'd really like to avoid paying again just to see this movie. Is it because it's on my iPhone? You bought the phone from this lady right and she did not turn off imessage. Try turning off imessage and restart the phone. Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the home button together until the apple logo appears (ignore the ON/OFF slider) then let both buttons go and wait for device to restart (no data will be lost). Wait a few minutes and turn imessage back on

3. I haved an app for a Daily Newspaper on my iPad that i wish to cancel. How do i do that?
4. I had a good iTunes library, but all of a sudden all the songs/albums i had loaded on the the library myself disappeared, leaving only the albums i had purched from iTunes. Someone told me not to sync my iPod, iPad, or iPhone with my Library as it would take off all the songs i had put on.!!!
5. I paid an annual subscription to iCloud as i was told al;l the songs/albums i had uploaded would be in there but dont know how it all works and/or if they can be put back on to my library permanently.
6. My children used to buy me iTunes vouchers and i built up a credit of £80 on my iTunes account but the account was hacked and it all disappeard.
7. I am 67 and now find iTunes impossible to use...............i need help please.

If you find that it is set to the correct region, log out of your iTunes Store account, restart your iPad, and sign into your account again.

Cpould anyone advise me how to remove one of the copies of Imovie from my Mac, unless of course there is any advantage to keeping two of the same app on my Mini.

As a result of "upgrading" to the new Firefox 4, I have lost at least my Norton Security toolbar and am unable to figure out how to get it back. What do I do?

A Norton 360 user has reported that the eta for an update is sometime in May. Those Norton clowns just can't see their way clear to just support the browsers that their users want to use, they always want to roll the update for Firefox into a new release of theirs and charge you for the new version. ''(They claim they are extending your existing agreement, but from some of the reports I have read, they don't really do that.)''

I used to work on few open windows with a number of open tags, for some reason firefox stopped opening new window, any reason why?

I have been using firefox for a while. I usually work on a number of windows (sometimes up to 8) with 8 - 10 tags in each. I was using a trial version of Nero and was triggered for an upgrade which i stopped half way through. I dont know if this has caused this problem. Now I cannot open any link in a new window. It will only open in a new tag of the same window.

If you aren't receiving password reset emails and your security questions don't work, someone has hijacked your account.
This happened to me.
You need to use Expresslane to contact iTunes support to regain access to your account ASAP.
