When I open Photoshop I receive the error, "kon Ps niet initialiseren wegens een programmafout."

I have a CC Photography Plan (one year)
and also a CC single app membership for InDesign
I downloaded the software of both programs without any problem on my iMac (Mac OS X version 10.7.5).
I can start up and use InDesign,
but when I want to open Photoshop, I get the message:
"kon Ps niet initialiseren wegens een programmafout"
I deleted the Ps app and re-download it, but again I cannot start up the program.
What went wrong? What do I have to do to be able to use PS?

Well I was able to successfully revert back to iTunes8. Here's my steps:
1. In Add/Remove Programs I deleted all Apple products (iTunes, QuickTime, Safari, Bonjour, etc.)
2. I then check C:\Program Files\ and made sure all folders were deleted (QuickTime, etc.)
3. I then ran a Registry Cleaner program to make sure all entries from Apple products were removed.
4. I then rebooted my PC
5. I then downloaded iTunes8.0.2 from here: http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/apple/ipod_itunes/itunes802forwindows.html
6. After it installed it said it could use my iTunes library file because it was created with a newer version. So I re-created my library by following these steps: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1451
It took some time but iTunes is now back up and running. And I have all my playlists, etc. I haven't tried to sync anything yet. I'm just thrilled to have my iTunes back!

My Windows XP software recently had an automatic update and now when I open iTunes, I receive the message "This copy of iTunes is corrupted or is not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes."
I have not used iTunes for several weeks so the issue may not be related to the last Windows XP automatic upgrade. I have never had problems with iTunes in the past. Is this a real message or perhaps a virus?
Before I reinstall iTunes, any thoughts?

Let's try a repair install of iTunes.
Restart the PC first.
If you're using Vista or 7, now head into your Uninstall a program control panel, select "iTunes" and then click "Repair".
If you're using XP, head into your Add or Remove Programs control panel, select "iTunes", and click "Change". Select "Repair" and click "Next" as per the following screenshot:

I am using Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop CC and Lightroom on an iMac with OS 10.9.3.
Lightroom works fine, but it is impossible to use Photoshop due to the following error message: "kon photoshop niet initialiseren vanwege een programmafout". English: "Unable to initialize Photoshop due to a Program error".
Latest updates are installed. I have reinstalled photoshop without result.
Any ideas?

I fear it's a challenge for Adobe's Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.
Sometimes - for whatever reasons - CC doesn't "want" to work. In this case you should CC completely delete and reinstall by help of Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)

Sometimes the "opm.db file" is the culprit. In this case you should delete it.

I have been slowly loading more plugins and extensions for Firefox, as I found that I had a conflict and Firefox would freeze. Two (2) days ago I used Firefox Sync for the first time. I use Speed Dial as my home page and at the same time I received this message, Speed Dial stopped working, unless I click on the "open a new tab" button.

This is likely due to an extension. For example, the Web Developer extension has a setting to open the error console, and some mouse gesture extensions have been known to open the error console.

I keep receiving the error HRESULT: 0x80073715 when trying to download iTunes on my computer. Any ideas what to do?

I'm downloading iTunes for the first time on a new computer, and originally when I downloaded it I received the error HRESULT: 0x80073715, which prompted a rollback in the installer, but it eventually finished. When I opened iTunes and connected my phone, it said that my phone could not connect because I downloaded the wrong version of iTunes, and that I needed the 64-bit version- so I uninstalled iTunes, redownloaded it from the site (it was the same version, it turns out I had the 64-bit one to begin with), but now when I run the installer, the same error of HRESULT: 0x80073715 pops up- except now it won't get past that and says that an error has occured in the installer and that I have to run the installer again. I have not updated to iOS 7 yet.

After installing Windows 8 (64-bit) then Visual Studio 2012 (or 2013) then the latest 64-bit iTunes app, I got the 0x80073715 error.
What finally worked for me was:
1) Get all the Windows updates and hotfixes - especially the ones for Visual Studio.
2) Go to http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=14431 and download the "Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package ATL Security Update"
3) Only install vcredist_x64.exe.
After running these steps, I was able to completely install iTunes on my Windows 8 64-bit instance.
