Why is it that when I try to purchase something on my game, clash of clans, it says the purchase could not be completed. Why is this?

I saw someone else had this issue back in July, and the solution was to create a new event and then a new movie within that event. I tried this and it did not work for me.

When I try to make a purchase at the App Store or iBook store or at iTunes an error message tells me my account is not valid for the UK store. I've no idea how I got connected there and I'd like help getting back to Canada where I live. Any suggestions?

The new questions show on your account on http://appleid.apple.com ? If they do then try logging out and back into your account on your phone (assuming that is where you are trying to purchase from) and see if the new questions then show on it.

Click the Edit button next to: Edit Payment Information

Two days ago I changed my apple id. Itunes recognizes my new apple id when I access itunes via the computer. when I try to make a purchase or update my apps on my iphone, it asks to give the password to the old apple id. How do i change it on my iphone?
Apps and music are forever tied to the Apple ID under which they were purchased. If you don't want to continue to get that message, delete the apps and purchase them again with your new Apple ID.

My cards are from England but the registered address is in Thailand.
When l try to make a purchase on the app store l get the message that my cards are not valid in Thailand!
