since this morning when i try to watch a video in youtube fullscreen the video gets slow and its cuts off. it happens only in firefox Help me please.if i watch the video in you tube normal size its correct the problem is just in fullscreen mode.
You can check for problems caused by recent Flash updates and try these:
*disable protected mode in Flash 11.3 and later
*disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin

When I try to connect to a link I receive the message "Search bookmarks and history" and FF won't connect to the link requested. VER FF 3.6.6. Windows7; 64 bit.
I have currently FF 3.6.8 running under Windows XP 32 bit. I am using Multiproxy Switch ver 1.33 add-on to switch between multiple proxies.
My FF starting page is http://www.google.com/ncr . When I start Firefox and the actually configured proxy is unreachable, I get the usual message that the page cannot be opened ("Try again"). Then I switch to another proxy or to direct connection. Normally the desired page (google) opens. But in case I switch the proxy before the error message appears, this grayed message "Search Bookmarks and History" appears instead of the URL in the URL input field and I have to retype the URL.
Remark: I would really like to have this function "Searching Bookmarks and History" available in Firefox, because I often do this kind of search and need 4 clicks to get there (Bookmarks-Organize Bookmarks-Bookmarks Menu-and then input my search criteria). -
When I try to access itunes store on my computer, the screen pops up and then goes blank. I don't have any pop up blockers on. Anyone?

You may want to check to make sure the clip hasn't been moved back and forth between wide screen and standard aspect ratios; sometimes a combination of letterboxing and pillarboxing can lead to a black frame "windowbox" when playing the final video. You may find the following article helpful:

Imac 27" when i try to watch a dvd on front row the screen goes black.

No that shouldn't happen. Part of the problem may be that you are still running 10.6.2, you should run Software Update (is under the in the upper left of your screen) and bring it up to 10.6.5. To update correctly do a backup first! I'm not kidding, backup first! To update quickly though use the Combo Updater located here. Also if you haven't you should run Repair Disk Permissions (Applications, Utilities, Disk Utility) and finally it probably would help you to do both a SMC and PRAM reset. Finally if you are in the habit of turning off the computer when you're done for the day you should leave it on 24/7 as Apple suggests in your owners manual, it only needs to sleep when inactive.
Directions for SMC & PRAM resets are:
_SMC RESET_
• Shut down the computer.
• Unplug the computer's power cord.
• Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds.
• Release the power button.
• Attach the computers power cable.
• Press the power button to turn on the computer.
_PRAM RESET_
• Shut down the computer.
• Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Command, Option, P, and R. You will need to hold these keys down simultaneously in step 4.
• Turn on the computer.
• Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys. You must press this key combination before the gray screen appears.
• Hold the keys down until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound for the second time.
• Release the keys.

I am frustrated! I add content to my iTunes library from a cd, then find that I am unable to load it. When I click and drag an item to my device, the red NO symbol appears and I am unable to load it onto my phone, although I have synced the devices. I AM able to do this without issue on another computer. Help!
The number of devices authorized on an account and the number that an iPhone can sync to are two different things. You can now authorize up to 5 computers or 10 devices to play your content, but still an iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch can only be tied to one computer at a time. You can copy content from other computers to the computer used for syncing, and get it on the iPhone that way.
Connect the phone to that computer, whichever you want to be the "master" of the iPhone. Click on its name in iTunes. On the right there is a Summary screen. Scroll down it and you will see several checkboxes. One of them is "Manually manage music and videos". If this is checked you must drag content from iTunes to the iPhone. If you have a large library, however, this can be cumbersome.
The alternative is to leave this box unchecked, and instead click on the "Music" tab when the phone is connected. You can then just check the content you want on the phone, by artist, genre, title, playlist, etc. After checking you click the "Update" or "Sync" button and everything you have checked syncs automatically. -

If, like me, you're creating a large video portfolio site (over 50 vids) in Edge, you may find after a while elements on the stage start to vanish (they're still there but invisible) and the program REALLY slows down. And lots of crashes. I've asked the experts and the response generally seems to be "Site's way too big!" HOWEVER, I have a good workaround:
After importing a Mpeg4 and Webm file into the video library, put it into your design, animate it, add functions, preview it, etc - then DELETE it from the media folder! The elements remain with all the attributes and code attached on the timeline, stage and elements window - but it's just a placeholder. Once you've done this, you can move on adding more and more videos, repeating this process. The project file never gets too big or slow! Then right at the end, put all the Mpeg4 and webm files back in the media folder. You might not be able to launch the project and preview (it'll be too big) but you can still drop it on your browser to check. And, if all's good, upload. If there are things that still need fixing, take the video files back out the Media folder so that when you launch the project file again to make amendments, it'll run smoothly. After fixing, put the videos back.

Try deleting all copies off your iPad and repeating with a Preview. Still no joy, stick w/syncing via iTunes - you'll need to do that eventually when you proof for final distribution.

Sounds like your iPhone was previously hacked/modified/jailbroken and the
update relocked it to the original wireless carrier. If this is the case, only that
wireless carrier can unlock it.
Where did you get this iPhone?
What wireless carrier are you attempting to use it with?
Does the app Cydia appear on your iPhone?
What does it say when you look at Settings=>General=>Carrier?

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider to turn off iPad. To turn iPad back on, press and hold the Sleep/Wake until the Apple logo appears.
