Whenever i download files, many times it stops before downloading completely and i have to restart the process by visiting the site. Suppose the file is 20 mbs, but it downloads only 2-3 mbs, reports that download is complete, but its just a part of that.
It is possible that your anti-virus software is corrupting the downloaded files or otherwise interfering with downloading files by Firefox.
Try to disable the real-time (live) scanning of files in your anti-virus software temporarily to see if that makes downloading work.

ever since I upgraded iPhoto to 9.5, my camcorder videos aren't all downloading properly and I have several of the videos to say a necessary data reference could not be found. I also can see many of the pixels on the video footage that was downloaded. Anyone have any suggestions???
What version of iPhoto and system are you using? Also what camera make and model are you using?
See if you can download all of the videos to a folder on the Desktop using Image Capture and import into iPhoto from that folder.

Connect the iOS device to your computer and restore via iTunes. Place the iPod in Recovery Mode if necessary to allow the restore.
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

First try restarting your Mac into "safe mode", which will run the equivalent of a Disk Utility "repair disk" operation. If your Mac shuts down during that process, you'll have to try something a little more powerful (and more expensive), such as DiskWarrior.

Each time I get a new voicemail message, I have to restart the phone.
I receive alert on home screen stating missed call & voicemail. In voicemail, the new message has a filled in blue circle at start of message (on the left). When I press on entry, a blue "play" symbols appears in place of the blue circle and the the green call back and red delete buttons are lit. However when I press the entry, nothing! I have to restart the phone, wait for the message to come thru again. At this point, The "play" symbol is in front of the message, I press on it, the pause symbol appears while message plays. I have to do this for each voicemail that comes through. Anyone know what needs to be done to fix it? (P.S. previous messages in the list play fine before the restart, this gremlin affects the new messages only)

It allows you to download it offline, which is what I used.

All the purchased books in my iBooks app have stopped opening. The message, FAILED TO LOAD BOOK BECAUSE THE REQUESTED RESOURCE IS MISSING, comes up!!
I have deleted the book, and redownloded it, and have even deleted the entire app and redownloaded it as well!!

I downloaded an album, and the download was interrupted. I went to the Store and completed the download, but several songs now appear as partial copies - they end ~ half way through. Is there any way to complete the download?
I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the items that are not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entries, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" links next to the items.
(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.) -

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these steps in order until the issue is resolved.

I'm not sure I understand the question, is the message tone going more then once?
Turn off repeat message alert here:
settings > notifications > messages > repeat alert > never
Some people have found this does not stop the repeat miessage tone,

No matter how many times I start itunes on my pc I have to agree to the terms of service again and when it does open my settings have all been changed. Why is it doing this and how can I stop it? Reinstalling/repairing does not fix it.
McAfee AntiVirus by any chance? See the thread Why does iTunes delete my itunesprefs.xml?
Or it could be an issue with the SC Info folder. See TS1277 - iTunes: Missing folder or incorrect permissions may prevent authorization for details.
Or a repair install of iTunes from the Programs and Features control panel might fix the problem.

I need to download an online quicktime video for a project. Its is 3gb so takes a while to buffer but when it buffers to about half way it stops and I have to reload the page and try again?

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all your extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.

* Close and restart Firefox after each change via "File > Exit" (Mac: "Firefox > Quit"; Linux: "File > Quit")
