    I want to make a a complain about customar service for Verizon Wirless, yet it seems impossible to find a form or an email address, this is really frustrating. I am abroad since june 2013 yet I am still being charged for something and each time I call Verizon I am told the payment is going to be delayed. Each time it never is and I have to make additional 5 phone calls for somebody to take down the payment. This time I was told if I pay my $100 due amount, I am going to be billed $50 and in few days payment will go down to $20, so my total balance will be $20 to pay. On the phone I asked a supervisor 5 times if that is acuurate and he said yes. Of course the bill of $50 never went down and calling Verizon Wireless I just heard that although phones are recorded there is nothing they can do about what that representative told me. I was mislead yet again, If I knew it's $150 I would prefer close my contract with Verizon. Never again I am going to be a Verizon customer, if misleading customers is a way at Verizon I do not want to be customer.

  • NEED AGENT activate data feature like customer service has for months due to error

    for the last 4 months customer service thru email has had to activate data after my plan renews i just found out the email option is gone. So i need an agent to do it below is what the agent said thru his email in june when they ask for me to reply via email. btw the error has been happening since April where my blackberry data turns off on verizons end and i can't get email or send or use browser or send and receive picture messages once my plan renews

    I did a diagnostic check and this part came up. I think the BIS
    service is not connecting but i think it's on verizon's side. Each
    time the customer service agent turned on data on verizon's side it
    fixed the problem.
    I saw online many blackberry's have the issue like the agent told me.
    so i need for this to be fixed because i am paying for data.

    I was playing a game, it got in-game purchase, but I found that the game quality was so bad and it rated 4.5 stars?!
    I would like to report to Apple about their bad quality of system as services.

  • Need help from executives above elite customer services

    Below is our attempts to change our services with Verizon FIOS.  It has been an ongoing frustration with different infromation and redirection.  We are trying to get a consistant answer form someone in the customer service division.  Otherwise we will be forces to seek another provider.
    This is a copy of our last email to Verizon
    Below is a copy of an email to your company on December 3rd.  There was no response to this email and when  we called on to the last offer made to us in writing we were told that it was no longer available.  This continued redirection and misinformation is what one would consider a "bait and switch" tactic.  At this time if we do not get a response to this email by Monday 12/22/14 we will pursue another provider.

    We have become thoroughly frustrated with your customer service and sales associates.  We have talked to them on at least 4 occasions over the last month, and during which times they have made multiple offers and none of these representatives tell us the same story.
         On 10/20/14, we went online requesting pricing for dropping our home phone and TV services.  We were told that they could not offer us anything and asked us to call 800-837-4966 and talk to the Elite Service representative. When we called this number we spoke with Michael who offered internet at 15/15 Mbps for $54.99 a month for 12 months with no contract.  We told him we would discuss it and call back.  He said that would be fine and any representative could make us this offer.
         On 11/18/14, we called back and were told that we could not get the $54.99/12 months with no contract, but we could get an Internet/TV bundle for $52.99 a month with a 2 year contract.  We decided that we did not like this offer and declined.
         On 11/18/14, we called back a few minutes later to try to find Michael and were told that his conversation was not recorded and they did not know of him.  We were informed that we were talking to a call center in California.  The representative apologized for the confusion, and she told us that 15/15 Mbps was no longer available as a speed option and we had to have 25/25 Mbps.  She could only offer this at a rate of $64.99 per month.  She could give us the triple play listed in the email below on a month-to-month basis so that we could decide what we wanted to do.  She also told us we had until 12/19 to make a decision.
         On 12/3/14/, we called the sales center to ask about pricing for a double play package.  The representative said we could not get 25/25 Mbps and could only get 15/15 Mbps.  He offered a rate of $84.99 on a month-to-month contract.  At this point the conversation ended.
    Our intentions started as an effort to cut costs by stopping TV and telephone services.  We have been told many different things about what we can get and no one has the same information.  We have been customers for a very long time, but given this multitude of misinformation we are strongly considering leaving Verizon altogether.
    I hope that someone can contact us via this email and clear things up.

    Welcome to the forums.  You're talking to other customers here.
    Verizon doesn't communicate with customers by email other than to send order confirmations.  You need to call or chat with them.  For an issue like yours, I suggest you talk to their retention department.  It is reached by calling them and selecting "cancel all services" from the phone menu.

  • Complain about ahmedabad service centre

    Hi everyone this is horrible experience with compaq hp. my desktop SMPS was blown on 20 feb. i logged a complain in ahmedabad service station on 22nd feb. today on 1st march till the SMPS is not delivered from service centre to local authorised service engineer.
    Complain by name : Haresh parmar. jamnagar
    This is could have been avoided if i would go by assembled pc than compaq.
    kindly help me to log a complain to some higher ups who can help me to restart my pc earliest.

  • Where I should complain about spotty service area????

    I tried calling customer support and they really can't do anything about it other then...(removed).
    Where i can complain so I can have my good service back like a year ago.
    I use to get 5 bars in my home not its drop to 2 or 3. Used to get good 4g LTE not my S4 keep trying to get 3g in some spots and better no DATA service in the area.

    Thank you so much for those details. Let's see what we can do to help boost the service. Can you please try to go into Settings, Connections Tap at the top, More Networks, Mobile Networks, Tap on Global Data Roaming Access, Select Allow Access for all trip, Tap on the back arrow (lower right side of the phone), Tap on Network Mode, and switch it to Global, then head back to the home screen, power off the phone and power it back on and re-test the network. Please keep us posted.

  • How do I complain about rude service over the online chat?

    While using the online chat feature one of the advisors was very rude to me and did nothelp solve the problem.

    This morning, I called 1800-80-3638, apple store support. This gal answered and I told her I need to send my iPhone 5s back to apple for reset. She asked me to tell her why... I explained and then she said she don understand my problem... Then I said that's why I call apple support... Guess what she replied "You do not know how to use smart phone so that's you own bloody problem"
    I was so shocked that such a prestigious company support team could have such a reply to customers!!!! I asked for her name and she refused to answer and said I want to speak to her supervisor.
    So, I called the toll-free number again. Again, its her!!!!
    So, I called the toll-free number the third time, before I can anything, she said "You can not find my supervisor!!!"
    Then I went to apple website, there is no customer complain tab.... No place to complain except the feedback site... What a big worldwide company but there is no place to handle complains!!!! Shame on you,

  • HOW TO COMPLAIN ABOUT TERRIBLE SERVICE OF BT

    I cannot spend another minute on the phone being passed form a level 1 to a level 2 back to level 1 then 4 others - still rubbish new infinity speeds and if not sorted will just cancel everything!!!!  Spent day in yesterday for an appointment made by BT but did not turn up as don't work bank holidays, why make the appointment and ruin my day??????  Can someone tell me how to complain to an english person who will not pass me to 4 others and still not get anything rectified please????

  • Where can I find an email address for Verizon customer service?

    I would like to send an email to Verizon outlining my opinion of their website and how it might be improved, but I can't find an email address.  When I asked the representative, she directed me to the "Contact Us" tab.  There I found a postal address!

    There is no email address only a postal address.  You can try to call CS, but they have no idea what the website does or is, or how to push opinions or concerns up the line.  If you go a regional executive route, you might get a call, but they are not familiar with website operations or even know who to send your issue to.  Perhaps one of your improvement ideas is something we can assist you with, in case it was something missed or we know another way to accomplish what it is you're trying to do.

  • Customer Service Problems - - where to complain?

    Hi ! I have been having problems with the loop authorization problem.
    Its been WEEKS... Since having to push and shout my way through to a real person, and also upgrading to 8.02 its improved... but other issues remain, including that an album did not fully download, and the issue has yet to be addressed...
    also a Tier II rep e-mailed me, but its been almost a half week since hearing back.
    Does anybody know if there's a number to complain about customer service issues?

    How can i complain about customer service? Every option I can find is complaining about a tech issue, which doesn't help me! I have just experienced the rudest phone call of my life and feel it needs to be looked into! Literally beyond shocked at the rudeness!!

    Welcome to the forum and thanks for your post, I'm sorry that you've cause to complain.  Normally we recommend that you post in the relevant section that you were contacting us about even though its the advisor you were not happy with.   • Where can I complain about a bad HP Service Center (India)?

    I have my hp laptop under warramty. I have a faulty dvdwriter. I took to my service center. They said they will inform me when the writer stocks come to their office. Its 15days now and everyday I call them and each day they reply that no stock has arrived. I am very frustrated now. Where can i complain about this service center (except in consumer court)?
