But,I given correct URL.The URL I given is

sggsgptp31dt197.code1.emi.philips.com -- this is my host machine.
I think the problem with host string.
actually when we are trying to enter into the oracle sql,it asking the username,password and host string.I mentioned the username and password in variables tab.I don't know where I have to mention the host string name.
Please any one help on this.

I would say that, since the OP has so little info, there are no policies in use. It there were then this question would never be asked the way it is being asked.
I had a client call with a letter from their insurance company; an accountant with malpractice insurance. THey asked the same question inmuch the same way. "What computer can you users access?" The question should be more like
"Do you have a policy that restricts access to computers and do you audit for compliance?"
I have had other clients whose insurance asked the question in that way. It produces a better view of what should be happening and how to show compliance.
I recommend that companies being asked these questions by their legal departments or insurance companies should contract with a god computer security consultant to assist with answering these very tricky questions. Of course if it is just you boss's
curiosity then you may need to discuss his requirements with him in more depth.

What is the value for the host string field in the log-in dialog box for SQL Plus. I do know my username and password, what do I enter into the hoststring.This is for Oracle8 Personal Ed. on Ms 2000 Platform.

Since End customer's Purchase order is external document for SAP system,there is no provision as such to store the purchase order directly into the system.
But if the bussiness process requires this details then you can make use of sales document type for Inquiery (IN).In inquiery you can maintain the details received from the customers like customer code,Quantity,Material,Pricing etc.
You can create the next cycle as sales order with reference to inquiery.
Second advantage can be you can get in sales order document flow the reference of Customer's PO ( IN ) to keep track of the details for reporting purpose.

this details u can get in MKPF and Mseg tables
Go to se16
put the table name and put the material document number
u will get the entries
dobul click on the entrie
and find the data u need and the field name
for ex Suppliers Delivery Note Number
Reference field name XBLNR

Why would firefox be using so much memory that the application itself freezes to the point where I have to force the program to end?

For the past few days, I've been doing research for a presentation that I am doing for college. As I've been using Firefox, the program freezes to the point where I have to force the program to terminate. I have a computer with 8 gigs of ram and an i5 quad core processor running at 2.8 ghz. There are no viruses or spyware on the system, and there isn't anything else running. There are no addons applied to my browser, and no personas. There should be no memory issues to the point where an internet browser would freeze this badly.

Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Applecare has nothing to do with a lost or stolen device.
You would have to buy a new ipod.

Help me out to identify the SID in Unix. When I try to connect scott/tiger@mydatabase, it results in error, previously I used to access. When I try connecting scott/tiger without host string it connects. Please help me out finding the host string. Working on Unix.

echo $ORACLE_SID on the UNIX shell, this will tell you the sid that you are connecting to. you want to change the connect string
say
ORACLE_SID=<new_sid> then use sqlplus you will get connected to newsid.

Where I have to install the Hybrid Connection Manager

I got to connect to a database on-premise with the Hybrid Connection.
I have installed the "Hybrid Connection Manager" locally into the SQL Server.
But I don't know if it is correct.
If I have several DataBase servers I have to install the "Hybrid Connection Manager" locally into each one of them, or I can use another server to install the controller?
Now I want to connect a webService on-premise with the Hybrid Connection. I don't know where I have to install the "Hybrid Connection Manager". In the web server? I have tried it, but the install not Works properly.

Sometimes during the "old-fashion" macbooks there is different feelings in the way you control it. Take it to the apple store and I am Pretty sure they can tell you what is going on and if it is "Time for a Upgrade".

My original external has an error and needs to be reformatted but I dont want to lose this informations its my entire Itunes library.

Sounds like the source drive is formatted as case sensitive and the destination drive is not. The preferred format for OS X is case insensitive unless there is a compelling reason to go case sensitive.
Why can't you change the filename? Is it because the source drive is having problems? If so is this happening with only one or two or a few files? If so the best thing would be to copy those over individually and then rename them on the destination drive.
If it is more then you can do manually and you can't change the name on the source you will have to reformat the destination as case sensitive.
Btw this group is for discussion of the Support Communities itself, you;d do better posting to Lion group. I'll see if a host will move it.

You would want to look at the Database Tables Reference that is part of the SAP Business One SDK Help Center Documentation to assist you with your question. Specifically look at Marketing Documents and Receipts > A/R Invoice and then at the tables OINV and INV1.
