Where is the app Cox "TV Direct? " Cox claims it is on App Store, but I can't find it.

I've read and re-read Cox Internet home page and it says I can use my MacBook with my Cox Cable TV to view live program that are on the Cable. Now when I tried to find the app it is no where to be found and I looked everywhere. At least I think I did. Apple support person on Chat just repeated directions on the Web and said try it on my iPhone. Then said to go to Apple support. So here I am. Has anyone been able to find an app that lets you watch live Cox TV on your Apple computer? Can you help me find it? Thanks.

You don't need an app on a Mac, you watch the shows from Cox Cable in your internet browser.

I would recommend trying the steps in the article below.
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting

Once these steps are processed, attempt to accept the terms and conditions.
Also, you can make a purchase via the iTunes Store on the computer. This should allow you to bypass accepting the terms and conditions on the device.

Default apps are part of the iOS and cannot be deleted. Search all home screens and all folders and/or search for it with Spotlight, that will tell you what folder it's in.
Also check Settings > General > Restrictions to see if it has been restricted.
If not found, Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout.

Log into the Mac App Store using the EXACT same Apple ID as before when you first purchased ML, and in your Account look under "Purchases", where you can download it again.

Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps BEFORE doing the reset.
As far as the icon itself, have you checked all of the home screens (swipe right-left). Also - it could be in a folder (but shouldn't have been placed in off the bat).

Try firing up your computer and accessing iTunes that way and get it to trigger the agree page. Worst case scenario you may need to download a free app to trigger the agree popup.
