Why are images not appearing in my emails

I use mailchimp to send out details which include images.To test each one I send it to myself.Suddenly the images have stopped appearing but the text is still there.Also previous emails I have sent to myself have lost their images.

    I've just upgraded to Windows 7 (64bit).
    Thunderbird is not displaying images at the correct resolution: images that I insert into the body of an email and images used in my signature.
    The images appear larger than they should and pixelated.
    It seems that images are not displaying at the correct resolution inside my emails, whereas in other programs on my machine images are displaying correctly.
    When I insert and image into an email using insert>image, the resulting "Image Properties" window displays the image's dimensions correctly. This confirms my suspicion that the resolution is not displaying correctly inside emails (a lower resolution than elsewhere on my screen, which would explain why the images appear bigger and pixelated).
    I'd appreciate any help in fixing this problem.

    Hi Zenos,
    I've discovered what is causing the problem, but I still need a way to fix it, if possible.
    The cause of the problem is that in Windows 7 Control Panel > Display I have set the size of "text and other items" to 150% (otherwise everything is much too small too read on my screen's recommended resolution of 1920×1080).
    I discovered that Irfan Viewer was also displaying at the incorrect resolution, but I managed to solve that problem by right-clicking on the IrfanView.exe icon and following Properties > Compatibility and selecting "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings".
    I tried the same procedure with Thunderbird, but it made no difference. It is still displaying at the incorrect resolution.
    Any suggestions?

  • Why does one image not appear in an email?

    In an email with 5 images only one of them is replaced by a box with a small icon of a page in the center instead of an image and I cannot figure out why this image is being blocked/not appearing. When I right-click on the image and select "Inspect Element" I get Adblock Plus references that say "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)" and "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)". Is it possible that the image is no longer available from the sender of the email? Thanks for any help you may offer.   

    Sound like the actual image was not in the email, but a link to the image was. When you tried to retrieve the image, the server it di not respond.

  • Why are images not included when I save my form as a pdf? They are displayed just fine in the online form.

    When I include images in a form I create with FormsCentral they look great online, but when I use FC to export the file to PDF the images disappear leaving white space. All other form elements work just fine.

  • Why are iPad Notes appearing on my Mail Archive?

    I entered a sensitive item in Notes on my iPad and nowhere else. Today that item has appeared on my iMac in a Gmail Archive folder on Mail. Why on earth should there be any connection between these two functions on different machines,  and how much else goes from my iPad to Google without my knowledge ?  iCloud is not (to the best of my knowledge) active.
    Any explanation would be appreciated please -- this is rather worrying.

    1. I have set reminders to appear as a banner but they don't appear at all.
    2. The camera doesn't appear on the lock screen.
    Has anyone else encountered these glitches?

    First check that all your settings are correct, that calendar syncing is checked on all devices (system preferences > iCloud on a mac and settings > iCloud on a iPhone, iPad or iPod).
    Make sure the calendars you are using are in your 'iCloud' account and not an 'On My Mac', 'On My Phone' or other non iCloud account (you can do this by clicking/tapping the calendar button in the top left corner of the application ), non iCloud calendars will not sync.
    If you are sure that everything is set up correctly and your calendars are in the iCloud account, you might try unchecking calendar syncing in the iCloud settings, restarting your device and then re-enabling calendar syncing settings.

    Firefox doesn't do email, it's a web browser.
    If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.

  • Why are photos not appearing complete when in PDf/preview mode for purchasing a photobook?

    Everything appears perfect in the project mode, but when I went to order I got an error message from customer support.  When I check the book in Preview my photos are coming up with scratchy white marks throughout.  Almost all are super hi-res so that shouldn't be the issue.  This is my first time with iPhoto, I usually have used Shutterfly, so am now concerned I just wasted 100 hours!

    What size book? This has been reported doing extra large books - it has been reported to go away when the book size is reduced to large

    You can only buy from your own country's store - to be able to buy from another country's store you need a valid billing address in that country and be in that country when buying from it.     I am replying to my post with the hopes that someone can please help me!
    I am adding new episodes, but they don't show up on the main page. The most recent one to show up is from 10/29/07. I added a new episode today, but it doesn't appear on the main page (before you subscribe). Is there a limit to the # of podcasts that can appear on the main page? Has anyone else had this problem? All the relevant info is above.

    Why are images on page blinking after OSX 10.9.3 update on 5/21/14?

    I have finally been able to get the strobe effect stopped.  I've restarted at least 7 times and each time I got the light grey screen with the darker grey apple and the spinning wheel, but not the log in box I used to get before the 5/21/14 update.  But I called my son and he did some research and told me to hold down the Shift key and type in my password, even if it didn't appear in the log in box.  It worked and the log in box appeared and I was able to type in my password.  After doing this for each of the 7 times, on my last attempt it appears the strobe effect has been weeded out.  Thank God - I thought I was going blind with it affecting every screen I was on.
    I hope this will be of help to someone.

    Answer:
    Open items are assigned to business areas depending on the expense and
    revenue items of the invoice.
    Because of this dependency, open items can be assigned to several
    business areas. Thus the assignment is no longer unique. There is a
    function available in the balance sheet adjustment that enables a
    subsequent assignment.
    With a unique dependency, the business area is copied into the open
    items not assigned to a business area during the posting of the
    document.
    Also consider SAP Note 41294 in this context.
