Why are systemd startup scripts under /usr/lib and not /etc? [SOLVED]

Just out of curiosity: why are systemd configuration files (startup scripts, or whatever they are called) in /usr/lib/systemd/system/ and not somewhere under /etc?
After all, they are configuration files and not libraries.
It may simply be my lack of knowledge of the standard linux filesystem layout, so please enlighten me.

Why do some apps hover under the top and not able to click'

This has been happening since I got my iphone 3gs back in January. My photos and facebook and other apps, at least 3 times a week, Im unable to click anything becuz they "hover" under the bar at the top. When its like this, I cant actually click anything, when its my photo albums doing it...it shows the albums but theyre all UNDER the top and cannot be clicked. How can I fix this? Ive talked with an apple associate in store and they said just reboot my phone when this happens...but its happening more often now and with more apps. Why are youtube videos downloading as htlm documents and not mp4

I was able to download YouTube videos as MP4 by default. However for the last week or so, the videos are downloaded as HTML Document File. Please advise what do I need to do to revert to download as MP4. Thanks

Oracle 11gR2 systemd startup script

I would like to write down the systemd startup script here for I can't find any on the internet. wish people don't have to browse around and find nothing.
everything on internet is about 9i and no systemd startup script example.
I hv tried several times that the script runs right and start up oracle at bootup.
Issuing systemctl and it returns the following
oracle.service loaded active exited Oracle database serverthe script is working on my Fedora 18 x86_64.
Please give your input if you find mistake, error, or anything wrong.

"/usr/lib is not a symbolic link" and testify+libjpeg7 problem

everytime I update pacman or do a "ldconfig" I get this:
/sbin/ldconfig: /usr/lib/ is not a symbolic link
this appeared by the time i installed libjpeg7 from aur (though I'm not 100% sure libjpeg7 is responsible). I've looked through google trying to find out what it means and if it is a problem, but nada! but, while at libjpeg, even though I installed libjpeg7 I can't compile testify (spotify linux-client). I get this error:

when i make /usr/include/jpeglib.h link to /usr/include/libjpeg7/jpeglib.h the compile and install is successful, BUT, testify crashes telling me:
Wrong JPEG library version: library is 80, caller expects 70
if more info's required, I'll provide andif I'm raising a problem already raised (I know there's been a lot of hassle since the upgrade), I'll gladly follow a link to solution.
edit: the "not a symbolic link" appeared after installing libspotify0.0.3. installed it on another computer, and same thing appeared. though, would still like to know why it appears...

hi prakesh,
firstly, cic winclient is an older version and obsolete so its better to implement the new crm version.
secondly, in any case if you want to implement, then your 3rd party raw data has to be mapped with the SAP system which could be a problem. Middleware could be a lot of effort. Rest all depends on how much customization you need for your business requirement in cic and sales. In case you are implementing standard functionality mostly then no major complications are expected otherwise lot of development effort may be required.

I need underlying field name (not alias), view that includes it and table that it comes from.

If just some of the tracks on the album are giving you that message, that suggests that those tracks are damaged.

this is just one video, but i've seen others where they use quadro and gtx together. he runs davinci resolve in video, but not premiere. there is an icon for premiere in the taskbar, so they probably do use it. with nvidia, its possible to go into the control panel and assign only one of the video cards to be used for cuda processing. if just need 10bit out, there are dedicated cards that are designed specifically for display only and shouldn't conflict with a gtx and premiere. some of these display out cards are cheaper than an old cheap quadro or firepro too. ADK has several different kinds, so they should be able to set it up.
