Why can't I download an HD movie even when my monitor and video card both support HD?

This is royally !@#$%ing me off. I've spent the past hour and a half of my free time trying to download Prometheus (HD), and iTunes won't let me download the HD version, and keeps downloading the SD version when my computer clearly supports HD. My perception of Apple is quickly diminishing. First their stock goes down, and now the stuff that I actually use doesn't work...

Why can't I download photos from my journal when it's hosted on my own server?

When I publish my albums to iCloud, I have an icon that appears on the very left when the image is full-screen that allows me to download the image.
When I publich the very same album to my own server by just dropping all the files into a directory, the icon and option to download the image is gone. Is this a limitation of putting your pictures anywhere other than iCloud?

Only thing I can link it to is the Location services. somehow the phone thinks I can't allow anyone to download images that reveal my location... even on my own computer. A programmers oversight, but i can't figure out how to ALLOW it again!

Why can't I click on the movie clips when they are moving fast?

I am making a game where insects in an array fall down from above the screen. The user clicks on these insects to increase his/her score. When the score reaches specific points, the speed increases. When the speed increases, it gets harder to click on these movieclip insects. There is one particular insect where you can't click on and destroy at all when the speed becomes fast. This is the code inside this particular insect. Note that all insects have the same codes in them, but this insect in particular is very hard to click. This insect also has animation in it; I tried making a transparent box around to make the click easier, but it's still not working right.

there's nothing about a movieclip's speed that would stop it from being clickable.

Purchasing extra iCloud storage doesn't increase the space on your iPad, it only increases the space in your iCloud account. If you don't have enough free space on your iPad, you'll have to remove someting to make more room. You might, for example, import your photos and videos to your computer and delete them from your iPad to make more room, as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083.

Videos and movies purchased from the iTunes Store are by demand of the content owners copy protected and cannot be edited, regardless of what the software is you attempt to use. There is nothing anyone here can do to help you with that. If you need to be able to edit videos, you'll need to purchase and import the DVD - such importing is despite the content owners' efforts still legal for class use (as with any copyright issue, confirm fair use issues with your district's legal office) though we can't discuss methods here - which you'll then be able to edit.

You can't install Flash player on the iPad, it's not supported on iOS devices - and as Adobe have announced that they are stopping development on all mobile versions of it, it probably never will be.
Browser apps such as Skyfire, iSwifter, Puffin and Photon 'work' on some sites, but judging by their reviews not all sites. Also some websites have their own apps in the App Store.
Depending upon which country that you are in then you might be able to buy films from Apple, or there are subscription film and tv show apps such as Netflix in some countries

I have seen users reporting on the forum that there download is not working anf stucking up at 99% but when they try it out again say after a day or two then the issue gets resolved, I believe in the mean time the store team/web team fixed that issue. Did you tried it again? Any success?

I downloaded Hugo HD (iTunes 12 days of gifts) on my Macbook Pro and it won't let me airplay to my apple tv. I can airplay from itunes normally. The airplay symbol will stay up until I start playing Hugo and then it disappears. I've tried mirroring and dragging my itunes screen to my apple tv and it displays "This movie can be played only on displays that support HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection)" error message.
