Why do I get kicked off of Facebook when I look at photos?but that's the only thing I get kicked off of everything else seems to be ok?

My Facebook app works as long as I don't try to view other people's walls or photos but as soon as their photos start to load it kicks me off back to my home page so I have to get back on.

Any devices connected to the same icloud account can sync all the data on that account. For this reason an icloud account is really for a single user.
On a mac, if each user has their own account, then the itunes for that mac account should be set up to connect to that user's icloud account (System preferences>icloud).

You may try booting your Mac in Safe Boot, as it can resolve many issues that may prevent a successful login.

Double click on the picture of the HD on your desktop, then look at the bottom of the window that opens.
First check the S.M.A.R.T. status on your HD: Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility > in the panel at left, select the first item in the list/your HD mechanism > look atthe bottom of the main window next to S.M.A.R.T. status and see if it says “Verified” or something more ominous like “Failing.”
If S.M.A.R.T.status is "Verified," run Repair Disk: Boot from install disc (insert disc > restart > immediately hold down c key and keep holding it until you see “Preparing Installation”) > at first screen select the language and click Continue > click on the Utilities Menu in the menu bar > open Disk Utility > select your HD in the panel on the left side > click Repair Disk at bottom of main window. Run this at least twice, and keep running it until it says “appears ok” twice in a row. If that doesn’t happen, you may need a stronger utility such as DiskWarrior or if the directory is damaged beyond repair, you may need to reinstall the OS, or you may have a damaged HD (repair utilities can only repair the directory structure, not the HD itself). When this is finished, quit Disk Utility, quit the installer, and restart. Once booted normally, go to Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility and run Repair Permissions.

If your problem persists get yourself a micro USB cable (sold separately), you can restore your Apple TV from iTunes:
Remove ALL cables from Apple TV. (if you don't you will not see Apple TV in the iTunes Source list)
Connect the micro USB cable to the Apple TV and to your computer.
Reconnect the power cable (only for Apple TV 3)
Open iTunes.
Select your Apple TV in the Source list, and then click Restore.

HT1688 I have pictures on my camera roll that when I try to click on them the only thing I get is a white screen. I took about 10 pictures on the same day and in the middle of all the pictures it has about 5 that come up white when I try to click on them.

I recently took pictures at a family outing and all the pictures appear on my camera roll but when I click on about 5 of the pictures they all pull up as a white screen even though I can see the picture on the camera roll. How do I get these to pull up when clicked on ? I have completely shut the phone off twice thinking this would reset pictures but it has not made a difference. What can I DO??

My sister's 5s is having the same issue since yesterday.
Neither resetting via holding home+power buttons helped, nor the "reset all settings" in the settings. The only option left is erasing the iPhone and setting it up as a new phone ( or restoring from a backup?)

When i plug my iphone into my computer the only thing that happens is i get to add my pics to my computer. Usually itunes would come up and i could do everything from there ie: sync etc. Does anyone know why or how I can get it to work?

Why are all of my hotmail folders not showing up? They previously were and now the only thing that shows up his inbox and trash. I have tried deleting and reinstalling hotmail under settings and add mail account but it is still only giving me the inbox.

I can access all my folders in hotmail when I log on from google but they don't show up and just the general mailbox. I don't want to have to logon to Google every time I want to check my Hotmail but I also need to be able to see all my subfolders that I created under the inbox. There are many time to do not wish to delete the message but at the same time I don't want to leave them in the inbox forever. I tried restarting my iPhone 4s which has the update seven-point whatever it is now and also went and try to create an exchange account where it did not let me do it. Try deleting your hotmail account and then adding it back as an Outlook account instead of "other". It worked for me.

I was updating my iPod Touch 5 iOS from Ver 7.0.3 to Ver 7.0.4 and myiPod locked up. I can not reset or restore the unit. The only thing it will do is show me a graphic of thr lightning cable facing up to an arrow and then to a circular blue iTunes icon. I interpert this to mean "connect the iPod to my computer thru the USB cable while iTunes is running. I do this and nothing changes. Total lock up. Any ideas?

The only way to get the bookmark link open is to open the folder right click open. Why is this?

When i click on the link i want to go to nothing happens. ex: lets say that i want to check my email, well i would normally go to email folder> and just click on yahoo or gmail. well now when i do this nothing happens. i have to right click then go to open.

Thanks but unfortunately I don't have that option (I'm im Australia) so this will be day 8 that apple have my money without authorisation. The amount has now increased due to the transactions that were pending prior to me cancelling my credit card. The total is now over $300 including the overdrawn fee. It is beyond comprehension that a company the size of apple doesn't have a *real* customer service dept that handle these types of *real* problems immediately via phone contact but I guess that's the point isn't it? If we want to use the apps they provide thru their services and devices we have no choice but to put up with their primitive third world service.
