I uploaded my old songs on my computer then I tried to sync them in my iphone's music library and I can't listen to the previously purchased songs... They either appear red with the cloud icon or greyed out... And I get the following message when I tap on them: additional fees may apply when downloading songs over cellular
Anyone can help?

Un-sync all your music to remove it from the device, then restart (hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until you see the apple, then let go). Now re-sync your music.

I bought my first Iphone - the Iphone S about a month ago. I was able to listen to music no problem. The clouds you see next to your music on the device and iCloud are two different things. When your music is not on your device it is in iTunes in the Cloud. Not the same thing as iCloud which is used to sync information between devices and house backups of your device contents. So that little cloud you see next to your songs is telling you that the music is not on your device. That's why it is giving you the message - because when you click on it, it is attempting to download it to your device.
What may have happened is when you imported your photos to the PC, you may have sync'd your device via iTunes, and you did not have the Sync Music option checked in your device Profile screen.
Hook up your device to your PC and open iTunes. Make sure the sidebar is showing (Control+S if you cannot see the sidebar with Devices listed), and click on your device to open the Device Profile screens to the right. Click on the Music tab, and make sure that the Sync All Music or Sync Selected Music box is checked. If you have Sync Selected Music checked, then below that, make sure you check all music that you want on your device. Then click on SYNC at the bottom (or APPLY).
Once you have successfully sync'd your music to your device, you will no longer see the cloud next to the songs, and you also will no longer get a message since you will have the songs physically on your device and not in iTunes in the Cloud.

For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.

download the installation file and use your serial number to activate when given the licensing option during installation. you should install 5.7 instead of installing 5.0 and updating.

With Firefox 4, I get a message "additional plug ins required" when trying to use TD Ameritrade's Command Center. Even they don't know what additional plug in will make it work. It worked fine on Firefox 3.6

TD Ameritrade's Tech Support said that Firefox 4.0 will not work with their Command Center. Keep getting an error message "additional plugins required" but nobody knows what it needs. Why am I getting error messages and sometimes no Bookmarks when I convert some MS-Word files to PDF

Our company produces educational products for business. Essentially they are e-books in PDF format with Bookmarks allowing for ease movement to various areas of the book. The original product is generated in MS-Word and then converted to PDF. These e-books vary from 40pages to 300 pages in length. Businesses use them as reference and problem solving tools. We are using Adobe Acrobat 7.0 and for what we do it serves our purposes very well.
Recently, with some MS-Word files only, I have gotten error messages while converting the file to PDF. Sometimes, it will not complete the conversion. Sometimes, it will complete the conversion BUT-there are no Bookmarks in the PDF file.
The main error message I get is:
"Acrobat PDF maker has detected 'Highlight Changes in Printed Document' has been selected. To create a PDF file with tags, unselect this option from VIEW>MARKUP. Do you wish to continue and create PDF without tags."
If I don't unselect VIEW>MARKUP in the MS-Word file I can't complete the conversion to PDF. If I do unselect VIEW>MARKUP I can complete the conversion to PDF but the PDF file has no Bookmarks. Bookmarks are absolutely essential to the user facility with our products.
Does anyone know my problem is and can offer a solution.

Somethings to consider.
--| In Windows - the OS needs a goodly space for 'elbow room' - you don't want to have HDD free space drop below something like 15%.
Say your HDD is 600GB, 60GB free space is leaving you 10%...
-| RAM - May not be enough; more is better <g>.
--| Virtual Memory - if in Windows, open up Task Manager. Look at all the "stuff" there. Most is not required by the OS.
Most of the listing is "stuff" associated with a full cart of processes associated with things you may not need or use but they suck up resources.
--| Graphics - Processing images into PDF can be resource intensive. Having a dedicated graphics card with enough ram makes a difference.

Why do I get error messages and failed sync's of wma songs?

I'm pulling my freakin hair out.
I have been able to transfer songs burned from cd's to my crackberry (converted in wma format) but have not been able to sync songs purchased from walmart in wma format (windows media player) or songs purchased from I-tunes in their format. I've got a 8330 curve, the 4.2.1.5. (whatever) latest update with Roxio, a Sandisk 1 gb micro sd card. The songs have unlimited sync rights and everything from hardware to software seems to be in order. Mass storage device is on and all the card properties are just as the instructions suggest (are they right?)
I've tried copying and pasting from desktop and sending to the usb port and it will copy over but you get about 1.2 seconds of song and it pukes out.
Either I'm an **bleep** or the phone and the formats are too smart for each other or are in divorce court. This really shouldn't be hard. WTF? Do we really have to be .edu guy to figure this crap out?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Why do I get the sequence reloading warning message? Is there a way to default it?

I am running several test sequences simultaneously. I modified the test sockets used in the TS process models to specify the sequence file that I want to run in each socket. However, when I trigger the execution, no matter which sequences I have opened, I always get this message:
"The file 'Sequence File.seq' has been modified outside of the sequence editor. Do you want to reload it? Yes/No"
This message appears only the first time that I execute after opening TS. Once I click No, I can continue without problems (However, choosing Yes would freeze TS).
I don't know exactly why I am getting this message. I suppose somewhere when the test socket gets initialized, the sequence gets loaded
in memory, and then compares it with the file and ask for reloading.
Is there a way to always answer NO to this reloading prompt message? Or any clue about why am I getting this prompt?

Unfortunatelly there is no option to automatically reload the sequences that got modified outside the current application.
I'm not quite sure why you are getting this message. However, since you mentioned you modified the process model, I have a couple of suggestions:
1) Make sure you are not modifing your sequences at runtime. Usually you get this message when you modify properties under SequenceFile. This is the File object and if you change it, TS may reload it.
2) When you call your sequences, also make sure you have the same prototype for the parameters your sequence is expecting and the ones you are sending.
Maybe you can gice us some more details about how you executing this sequences and how you modified the process model.

Just reinstalled CS6 Masters Collection and now I get the cloud interface and cannot open adobe premiere

Just reinstalled CS6 Masters Collection, due to a PC infection that required reinstalling everything, I deactivated the previous install before formatting the hard drive for the fresh install of windows 7 and all the other programs. Now I get the cloud interface that opens every time I boot the PC and cannot find any of the programs that are apart of the CS6 Master collection. I can download some of them but the only one that stays on my PC is Photoshop and I cannot download or open adobe CS6 premiere Pro, Encore opens instead. What the heck?

Unfortunately, ANY PDF that says it's damaged.... is. You'll have to trash them.
