Why faile to load jdbcDriver for ms sqlserver

HI,all
I have been put the msbase.jar��mssqlserver.jar and msutil.jar as well classpath
but when I excute the code ,get the error message:No suitable Driver .WHY?

no, the class connectDb is called by the class named selectDb not jsp ,
the selectDb code :
