Why I have to rebote my airport5 base station each time I whant connect my iphone 5 or my new ipad

I install a new airport extreme station 5 to replace my old airport base.
Now I have to reboot the base each time I whant to connect my ipad or my iphone 5.
what happen?
I reintall my old airport base and all work fine with the old base.
Somebody can help me.

Just to rule out anything amiss with the new AirPort Extreme, I would suggest that you perform a complete power recycle of your networking equipment. Please check out the following AirPort User Tip for how to do so and post back your results.

You must tell us the whole setup.. what is the main router?? How are the express connected to each other?
On ipad it works ok?? But you are on a computer?? MBP early 2011 running Lion?? That doesn't work.. even if you are right next to the main router??
Plugged in by ethernet does it work??
Have you installed a wireless diagnostic program.. ?? Actually Lion has one installed but hidden I believe.
Later version bought it to the surface.

If you do run Lion please install the 5.6 airport utility as it will give you loads more info on how the units are connected.. and link speeds for extend wireless.
How to load 5.6 into later Lion & ML
1. Download 5.6 for Lion.

Click to open the dmg but do not attempt to install the pkg.. it won't work anyway.
Leave the package open on the desktop so you can see the file. AirportUtility56.pkg
2. Download and install unpkg.

Run unpkg on the desktop.. If your Mac refuses to run the software, because it wasn’t downloaded from the Apple store, go to security in preferences and allow other software to work.. this is limitation of trade methinks. You can set back later if you like.
Now drag the AirPortUtility56.pkg file over to unpkg.. and it will create a new directory of the same name on the desktop.. in finder, open the new directory, drill down.. applications, utilities .. there lo and behold is Airport utility 5.6 .. drag it to your main utilities directory or just run it from current location.
You cannot uninstall version 6 (now 6.3 if you updated) so don't try.. and you cannot or should not run them both at the same time.. although I have had no problems when doing so.

The netgear is not going to work very well.. and not at all unless it is universal wireless extender.. you cannot use WDS method.
If it does support universal wireless then make sure the airport uses a rational SMB compatible wireless name.. not an apple name which is 35 characters long with spaces and illegal characters like apostrophe.
So nice AE name.. AEwifi and actually while you are trying.. fruitlessly to do this.. use AE24ghz and AE5ghz (so different names on the different bands)
Assuming your AE is gen3 or greater.
You should also fix the wireless channel at least for 2.4ghz since the netgear is probably only going to repeat 2.4ghz so use channel 11, as a trial.
And use no wireless security as a test.. if that works.. then use WPA1 & 2.. as often old equipment using WPA2 is not compatible.
If it fails with simple name.. fixed channel and no security. Sorry it is not compatible at all.. it happens.
If your AE is G wireless or earlier model.. really the time has come for replacement.
If your Express is G wireless model it is not supported.. and is too old to bother with expect I guess if you want to run audio to a speaker.
You must use older 5.6 utility to do this.. so do you have a computer running older OS.. up to Mountain Lion it is easy to install with a bit of manipulation.. later is much harder .. or windows computer anywhere or available to you.

Since latest update to airport extreme im getting 10 unknown base station and time capsule items showing in airport utility as a network. when able to "forget" them they initially drop off but soon return. how do i get them deleted and stay that way

I'm not convinced that the problem lies in Airport Utility. This same thing was happening to me, nearly exactly as you describe it. The thing is that with me, the problems clearly started when I updated the firmware in my Airport Express (n). That's when all the wacky stuff started happening. Sometimes it would show up in AU, sometimes it didn't and even if it didn't, I could still access the internet through it.
But as you said, the problems got really bad when another Express (b/g) was put on the network with it. Even when it did work, the (b/g) would make it impossibly slow.
You know more about this than me, and clearly have more patience if you've restarted the network fifty times. I gave up at about ten.
In any case, your solution is more of a work around and if you're still having that slow connection problem, I'm not sure you've got it. But thanks for your reporting of this. At least I know I'm not crazy.

Airport base station isn't accepting some connections...

I have an 802.11n "fast ethernet" model.
It's set up to use WPA2, and doesn't advertise its SSID.
For fun, I also have a couple of other base stations (Both the UFO Extreme and a couple of expresses - they're usually unplugged/inert).
It had been working great...
Then, a couple of weeks ago, I started noticing some odd behavior:
It used to be that if I disconnected my MBP from it (by sleeping it, etc), when I opened the lid, my MPB would simply re-connect automatically.
I don't recall making any configuration changes to my machines, network, or base station.
I now have to manually enter both the SSID and the WPA2 password every time I wake up my mac. (In spite of the fact that the keychain is storing the value, and I've verified this with keychain access).
If I have one of my 'other' base stations active (with its own config, of course - a different SSID & password, but otherwise configured with a hidden SSID & WPA2), my mac would connect to the 'other' base station instead of my 802.11n base station. (The preferred network order for the 'other' station is dead last, and for the 802.11n is first).
And other devices that connect to the 802.11n network (ie. iPod touch, for example) are also having issues - it's only on the 2nd attempt that I'm getting a connection.
The fact that the problem is only happening when I connect to the 802.11n base station has me thinking there might be something wrong with my base station config - though I have no idea what.
I have no problem with auto-connecting to an 802.22b/g "UFO" base station or an AirPort Express using a hidden SSID & WPA2.
Does anybody have a clue what is wrong?

When I reconnect, I do get the same IP address as before. This is because the airport isn't distributing IP addresses. I've got a Linux box running DHCP to handle ip address assignment. Since I have full control of the DHCP config on the linux box, I can set my own lease times, etc.
Your problem seems to be that you can connect to the airport, but aren't getting an IP address. I wish I could help you with that one, unfortunately I've never really used an AirPort outside of the wireless bridge mode - my Linux box does the Firewall, NAT, DHCP, DNS, etc.
Part of the reason is I'm not too fond of the AirPort base station's presence on the net - instead of simply dropping unsolicited packets, the AirPort will send a message that it is refusing the connection. In other words, AirPort isn't invisible on the internet, making it a bigger target for crackers & script kiddies.

Computer/devices will not recognize newly installed base station and make a network connection.

iMac running latest version of Yosemite, 6.3.4 version of Airport Utility, 2TB Airport Time Capsule 802.11ac. Installed latest base station as a replacement for an earlier 3T model and with Apple Tech Support was finally able to establish wireless internet connection. Time Machine nor printer connections cannot recognize the new base station/network.

Unless you have changed the settings on your Mac in Time Machine > Preferences to update them for your new Time Capsule, Time Machine is still programmed to remember and use the old settings to find your old Time Capsule, which is no longer there.
Open up Time Machine / Preferences and remove the current disk that is being used with Time Machine.
Then, click Select Disk, click on your current Time Capsule disk (likely called Data unless you have changed it) to highlight it, then click Use Disk
The first backup to the new Time Capsule should start in a few minutes.
As far as the printer, the same conditions likely exist......namely that your printer is remembering the settings to communicate with your old Time Capsule, which is no longer there, so you need to tell your printer that you have a new Time Capsule and provide it with the correct settings to connect.
Start over again, just as if the printer was new, and set up the printer again to connect to the new Time Capsule.

As suggested in another discussion area, (AirPort), I reset the AEBS to factory defaults. On the TV, I went to >Settings>General>Network>Configure Wireless>Wireless Networks. I could then see the generic "Apple Network xxxxx" on the TV. From my MacBookPro, I verified that I could connect to the TV by launching iTunes and noting that the TV was now visible in the "Devices" menu. Went back to the AEBS and ran through the "Setup" routine. I did NOT use the "Previous Settings" but instead, saved the old settings profile, created a new wireless network and new settings profile and enabled WPA2 Personal encryption. I then went back to the TV and went through the "Settings" routine again (as noted above). This time, after entering my WPA2 password, the TV connected to the network and problem was solved. Your new MacBook is capable of connecting to 802.11a/b/g/n networks in either 2.4 or 5 GHz radio bands. If you current non-AirPort router is not capable of 802.11n, you may not get the full wireless performance potential out of you new laptop.

Actually, there are a number of ways to introduce a second router and will really depend on your networking requirements. For example, if you want to take advantage of Time Machine backups to a Time Capsule (TC), the TC can "join" an existing wireless network for that purpose.

Are you referring to the SAME computer/login?
If not, he likely has auto-complete (or similar) enabled and you probably do not.

Each time I visit my banks website to do any online banking, I have to have them contact me either by email, or phone with a code. I then enter the code, and check that this is my home computer, so I am not supposed to have to do this each time. No luck! It makes me repeat each time. I did not have this problem with PC. Almost certainly, but some features are unavailable with a circa 2005 AirPort Base Station. It is capable of 2.4 GHz only, while newer ones support both 2.4 and 5 GHz. However, I know of no wireless device that requires 5 GHz so yours will work. The 2.4 GHz spectrum is crowded and thus more susceptible to interference from competing wireless networks.
Newer base stations also use the faster 802.11n protocol. Yours is capable of 802.11b/g only. Also, you will eventually need a newer base station to comply with IPv6 requirements. This is not a major problem today, but it will become one in the future.
If you want to stream video or use AirPlay then you may not be satisfied with its performance.
