Good day, I am writing to Apple because of the iPhone 4 i have for two years now and never had a problem with service or anything until the new update I.o.S7. It has created problems with my phone by being very very slow. I don't like how I am waitnig to go onto the internet or anything because this is taking up my usuages and makes me pay more to bell since this update had made my phone slow. This update is more for the iPhone 5/5C/5S and now any other latest phone. Please email back stating if anything can be done.

MichaelgfrommetFor what it's worth, you posted this in 2011, and here in 2014 I am still having this same issue. Over the last two days, I have had to unlock my apple account 8 times. I didn't get any new devices. I haven't initiated a password reset. I didn't forget my password. I set up two factor authentication and have been able to do the unlocking with the key and using a code sent to one of my devices.
That all works.
It's this having to unlock my account every time I go to use any of my devices. And I have many: iMac, iPad, iPad2, iPad mini, iPhone 5s, iPod touch (daughter), and my old iPhone 4 being used as an ipod touch now. They are all synced, and all was working just fine.
I have initiated an incident with Apple (again) but I know they are just going to suggest I change my Apple ID. It's a simple one, and one that I am sure others think is theirs. I don't want to change it. I shouldn't have to. Apple should be able to tell me who is trying to use it, or at least from where.

I'm trying to update my iphone 3GS to the 4.3.4 version and I am getting the error message "This version of itunes (version 9.1.1) is the current version. How do I update my PHONE and why is an itunes update being confused for my iphone?
You need iTunes 10.0 or greater to update your phone...iTunes isn't confused at all. If you're on a Mac, you'll need OS X 10.5.8 or greater to update iTunes to 10.0 or greater.

my new iphone is running extremley slow, internet takes ages to load, apps take ages to install and has trouble connecting to app store. and the apps dont work properly like ebay wont open or refresh items, plz help

why did i get charged three times for the same purchase? is it because i use my apple id on three devices.. two iphones, and ipad... and and macbook geez apple i support you enough can i just pay for one copy of the audiobook
These are user-to-user forums, you are not talking to Apple here.
If it was an audiobook then they are one-time only downloads, to get it on your other devices you need to sync it to them and not re-download it oneach. Before ios 7, photos that I took on my iphone 5 would go from camera roll to photo stream on my phone and then show up in my Photo Stream folder on my pc within a few seconds. Now they no longer auto sync to my Photo Stream folder on my pc. I know about the new iCloud Photos folder in my pc but the photos do not show up until I manually open the iCloud panel, uncheck the photos button, hit apply, then recheck the photos button and hit apply again. Why do I have to do all of this when it used to be automatic? Is the old Photo Stream folder on my pc dead now? Anyone else having this problem?
I HAVE RESOLVED THIS!! The problem was that I was signed in to iCloud on my iphone with an old Apple ID and using a different Apple ID on my pc. I signed out of iCloud on my phone, then re-signed in with the same id as the iCloud on my pc. Presto chango. All is well.

hie there Actually um trying to update new iOS 7 for my iphone 4 but when i press the button to install new software suddenly it appears why " iOs 7 failed verification because you are no longer connected to the internet " even my phone is already connected to net
I tried powering down and re-starting the iPhone (as suggested at http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1275). This seems to have cleared the "...not connected to the Internet" problem, and iOS 6.1 is now in the process of downloading.

Why does the smiley images in iChat on my Macbook Pro come across as symbols to my iPad and iPhone recipients? example: <3 comes across instead of a "Heart" image
Those chat images only work with iOS based devices. If they're being sent to someone without an iOS device, it will go through as an ASCII character.

I have an iPhone 4 also. If you are referring to the flyover view, its unavailble for the iPhone4. If you want to rotate the map, hold two fingers on the map for 2-3 seconds and rotate them in opposite directions.

My calendar appointments show for future events, but disappear once I reach the day of the event. So I can see tomorrow's appointments now, but they will be gone tomorrow. Why is this happening? It's on my iPhone and iPad.

Looking also for an app that allows me to merge email and send them out to each recipient individually. Apparently that's not possible yet. Here's what the guys at RedbitsApps told me about Group Email capabilities:
"The current version of the app relies on the device operating system to send the emails. For this reason, sending individual email instead of a single email to multiple recipients is not possible. Apple doesn't allow apps to send single emails to many recipients easily. We may use a custom sending software in a future version."
