Why shd we do reporting in Bw when we have abap as reporting tool?

hi all,
Can anyone illustrate the differences why shd we opt for sap bw rather than going for abap since both does the reporting job. Can anyone explain me with an real time reports between abap and bw for a particular scenario. say for instance : sales analysis, vendor analysis etc.

There is lot of flexibility with BW reports when compare to ABAP. This is not only the cause but lot of advantes of Bw reports over ABAP reports. For futher details go through the links

FormsCentral can be used from anywhere, but to purchase a subscription you need a credit card with the mailing address in one of the countries supported for purcahse:

The partner can purchase if they have access to a card in one of those countries. Alternatively they do not need to purchase a subscription to edit forms that you've created, they do in order to create multiple forms of their own, but by your sharing forms with them at the "Co-author" level they have access to the editing. It was just a hunch that MircoNetFrame was causing the problem. I disabled it as you suggested, and I still have the problem.
I just changed under Tools>Options> General - had checked "ask me every time" under downloads, so instead of asking me, FF saved the download to I know not where. It no longer saves it to the desktop, leaving a duplicate in "my documents".
In windows, I have found unless one knows the entire name of the document, one can never find anything. It isn't listed under recent ''''''__. I can't recall the nomenclature, but the
capability is ridiculous. So, I don't know where that file I just downloaded is!
I downloaded a PDF file, but this happens with all DL's. It was so easy to have them all stacked in one place and I could recall
what I had and when I downloaded it easily.
Do you have any other suggestions other that going back to the old version of FF, which I would rather not do?

Texting longer text messages or any media (pictures/video/sound etc) being sent requires data to be active. However, it does not count against your data caps.
Since you have an iPhone, you must also be aware of the difference between iMessage and SMS Text messages. The iPhone, by default, will send an iMessage when sending another text message to anyone else with an iPhone, iTouch, or iPad. This does use your data if you are not connected to wifi. In Settings, you can turn iMessage off, and then all of your texts will go through Verizon.
Also understand- iMessage will use wifi when connected to wifi, but would need cellular data connection to work when not connected to wifi. Regular SMS text messages that are long or any media will always use the cellular data and not wifi, so will not send if cellular data is turned off, even if on wifi. However, this does not count against your cap.

Why is my PDF printing off center when I have the landscape box checked?

I am having some trouble with printing my pdf's. I have several PDF's that are oriented in landscape orientation. In the past, they printed normally in landscape mode or autoportrait/landscape mode. Now they print fine in autoportrait/landscape mode, but print off center when printed in landscape mode. The reason this is a problem, is I have given instructions to 100's of my buyers for printing in "landscape mode"....have heard from one buyer already today with this printing problem. I was then able to reproduce the problem on my own printer. Is this a recent Adobe update and if so will it be fixed any time soon? Or is there something I have unknowingly done to my printer setting and this buyer has done the same? Thank you in advance for your help.

This is happening when I have the "actual size" box checked (the scaling box is not checked). Also, the printable area is centered on the page in the original documents. I have printed all of these pdf's in the past with the landscape box checked and have never had this happen.

How do i report on BOMS when they have sub items?

I cant see a simple way or indeed any way of extracting BOM information when i have sub items listed against main items in a BOM.
For ease of updating i was hoping to be able to extract the current information we have loaded.

CS11 pretty much displays BOM with Sub-bom items ...
I am not sure what ouput requirement you have on mind...most of the times i have worked with CS11...

Why does my internet slow WAY down when I have camera wirelessly connected

This is a great camera for my purpose, but for some reason it is slowing my internet download to crawling speed when I have it connected wirelessly. Btw don't know if having it done wired does any good.
It used to work fine (without slowing down my internet) until I added a second wvc210 camera, so I removed the second camera and its still sloooow. If I have it disabled (unplugged) then my internet is fine.
Any suggestions? Thanks for any advice.

Why is 8.0 asking to install when I have a newer version

I use a Dell Vostro 1520 laptop with Windows 7 OS. I have the newest version of Adobe Reader installed and working properly. However, every time I start up, I am asked to install Adobe 8.0 but the installation fails because I have the newer version. How do I stop this start-up request and why does it happen?

I have now checked the start up folder and it is not there. According to the screen that asks if I want to allow Adobe Reader 8 to make changes to my computer, it's located at c:\users\%username%\AppData\Local Low\Netopsystems\temp\Reader 8.0\setup.exe. However, when I check for that in Total Commader, it's not there.

Why,in my code i have buffered the error stream and input stream using a BufferedReader and then exhausted them.
And when i invoke the "javac" it ran correctly but why it couldnt run correctly when i invoked the "java" execution?

A deadlock occurs when two locks are dependant on each other.
This is unlikely to be the case here.
With out your exact command line or what your output is or if you have a dealock we will need to see the thread dump which displays where the deadlock is.

Crystal Reports 2008 crash when Select Page or Print Report

I Have Crystal Reports 2008 on Windows Vista. When I select page or I print reports, Crystal Reports crash. I tried to uninstall Crystal 8.5 and Crystal XI that I was on the same computer and manually removed all entry in Registry. After this I reinstalled Crystall 2008 but the problem was not resolved.
So I tracked the dll called by CRW32.EXE and I found that the problem was on a DLL of Microsoft Office OneNote. I uninstall the Microsoft Office OneNote printer that Office Installation Program created for OneNote and now all work fine. I hope that this can help other people that have the same problem.

This is actually a known issue with CR 2008 when a printer driver is missing at least one file. Our developers are aware of the issue and are planning to release a fix soon.

What do you do when you have a problem reporting a problem?

My internet connection was cut temporarily while downloading an episode of The Office last night. The download did not resume the next time I signed into iTunes. I looged into my account and selected purchase history so I could report the problem. But everytime I try this, I get an error message saying "Could not complete the iTunes store request. The store may be busy." It says to check my internet connection (it's fine) or to try again later. I've been trying for hours, and have closed iTunes and signed back in, but I still kep getting the same message. Anyone have any suggestions?

In iTunes, did you try store> check for purchases to see if your download will re-start? That is usually the first thing to try when a download is interrupted for whatever reason.
