Willing and Able to OC lots of stuff

hey guys
as you can see from my sig i have a few tidbits of which im yet to tweak
most notable my new addition to my computer thats not written there yet - the BFG 6800GT Oc
now i also have 1gig of ram nowadays by the wya
now
a) overclockign the BFG (is it worth it, what will it achieve, are all pipelines avaiable etc?)
b) overlcocking memory - is there a point?
c) got the 2 hds in RAID-0 is there anyhting more i can tweak
d) general other tweaks i should do?
anyadvice would be awesoem, but dont say tweak this = please say what "this" is and does and if possible how to
thanks alot
catch

a) overclockign the BFG (is it worth it, what will it achieve, are all pipelines avaiable etc?)
BFG 6800GT can be clocked to over Ultra spec speed just by using the stock HSF.
http://www.mvktech.net has a lot of different BIOSes / tools availiable to be downloaded. Although I don't own BFG 6800GT, but I was able to clock my XFX 6800GT using stock HSF to 410/1110. You can replace the stock HSF with NV5 to achive much higher core/memory speed. Again, miles may vary.
b) overlcocking memory - is there a point?
Yes, there is a point. It really depends on what type of memory you are getting. When you OC memory, you will need to supply more voltage to the memory. You can search in this forum for more about different types of memory / different voltage requires.
There are 2 ways to increase the memory voltage over what limited BIOS setting can supply.
1) Memory voltage mod: Require soldering on the motherboard
2) OCZ DDR Booster: No soldering is required
c) got the 2 hds in RAID-0 is there anyhting more i can tweak
Yes, the striped block size. It depends on how many small/large files you access/work on day-to-day. Some people get benefits with smaller striped size, some benefits with larger striped size. You can start off with 16K striped size and work all the way up to 256K. However, keep this in mind, once you have set the striped size, if you want to change it, you will have to break the raid set, rebuild raid 0, format the HDD and reinstall OS. There is no easy way out to skip all these processes.
d) general other tweaks i should do?
