You have a couple of options as I see it please try these steps might help you to fix your issue.
1) Disconnect the Battery & Adapter then press & hold the power button on Notebook for 30 seconds then turn on the unit and check if the Wireless light turns on.
2) Go to Device manager then uninstall the wireless drivers from Network Adapter and restart the unit and check if the light turns on.
3) Try doing a system restore to the date where unit was working fine.
4) Please update the Bios & Wireless driver from HP website.
5) Click start in search type Recovery Manager then click on it select Yes on User access control then select I need immediate help then select Driver & application recovery select the wireless driver and install it then restart the unit.
6) If you are comfortable reseating the wireless card which will be on the back panel off your unit you could try this steps as well.
If still you have the same issue then you need to call HP Technical support and get the part replaced.

IF it is a manufacturing defect and you bought the device from Apple or an authorized Apple retailer, then take it into Apple.

- After charging for 1/2 hour or so, does iTunes see the iPod? If yes, restore the iPod from backup.

My lock button no longer works on my ipod touch and now i have all kinds of problems with it freezing and kicking me out of apps. Is there any way to get this fixed and were would i go to get it fixed?

I have an ipod touch 4th gen. and since the last update the lock button no longer works, this has caused it to have a lot of problems now like freezing all the time, kicking me out of almost all my apps, some times even when if locks on its own its not locked and buttons with be pushed in my pocket, and this causes the battiery to die fast. I'm having this same problem as well and cannot advance--very irritating. All of the information is filled out correctly and I've editted my AppleID information online separately as well to get around this issue, but no luck...

The Size of all disks is: 6 x 4 TB.
In the Pool are 5 x 4 TB plus 1 x Hot Spare.
It comes up to about 14,6 TB of Data formatable.
But tried it also with just 3 x 4 TB to see if it works.
I just made a Raid5EE on the controller and then used Storage Spaces with simple, all worked fine.
Here the results of my tests:
1) your command had to be modified (typoe in usemaximumsize, and had to add -ResiliencySettingName Parity.
new-virtualdisk -friendlyname testpsh -storagepoolfriendlyname test -ResiliencySettingName Parity -usemaximumsize
But anyway, my problem is not creating the virtual disk, but formatting the partition if it's parity only.
I added a screenshot:
Here you see my storage pool, and I added 3 virtual disk.
1 simple, 1 mirror, 1 parity. Only the parity cannot be formatted. The others can. No mather which size I do.
About a testserver, I added 4 x 4 TB to a VM (VHDX-files) and could do parity without problems. So it seems it is this server specific.
As it worked with another controller, I really wonder if the controller could break parity of Storage Pools?
The other weird part is, it sais "Raid" as BUS, but it's set to pass through, in details I see the serial of the attached HDD.
This is what properties shows on this volume. Always RAW.
I also tried Software Raid5 within the server.
This also worked fine. So really only parity.

Is your phone still covered by warranty? If so, go to your nearest Apple store and depending on what happened, this may or may not be covered by warranty. If it is, then you can get a replacement exactly as the phone you already have.
If out of warranty, then there is nothing you can do and you'll have to pay.

My screen if frozen and I can't shut off my phone. I already have my assistiave touch button on my screen but it still own't let me shut off my phone. And my lock button doesn't work either

A reset is when you press and hold both the home and sleep buttons for 10 seconds or so until the Apple logo appears. You won't lose any data. Give it a try.

VS2005 Crystal Report Print Report Button is not working on Windows 7 x64

Hi There,
My application is written in VS2005 C# on x86 machine. It runs smoothly on XP pro and Vista x86 machine.
I deployed the same to windows 7 x64 machine with CRRedist2005_x64.msi and found that the Print Report button is not working.
So, I re-compiled my application to x64 target platform, and reinstall the application to the same machine. But nothing changed. I have surf for answer over the web but nothing found.
Please help urgently. Any helps is much appreciated. Thks in advance.

I follow your instruction as below:
1) download the sample app vbnet_win_printtoprinter.zip to dev computer and compile it to .NET 2005.
- Run from my dev computer
- Click "Print Report" button
- Error message display - please see below
    The error was due to the default printer name hard coded in the program was not found. I have edited to my printer name and it can be printed out with no error.
2) Use a "saved data" report so that you do not have to worry about database logon.

3) Then copy the exe to the 64 bit box and try to print using this sample app.

Try holding the shift key while booting to get Safe mode if possible.

Froze on black screen and power button does not work

my sons ipod touch is stuck on a black screen when plugged into the computer got a spinning wheel and will not connect now spinning wheel will not go away the power button does not work so can not reset it manually
any suggestions would be appreciated

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
Neglect the reset and when it says place the iPod in recovery mode use one of thes programs
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Spent over 6 hours trying to find a solution, yet it's always on the highest brightness mode.
Couldn't find the monitor with lspci (don't know if it's possible anyway), here's the vga controller :

I tried changing /proc/acpi/video/NVID/LCD/brightness but it didn't work.
http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=36238 did actually turn the display on and off, though. Modifying the script didn't help and I don't know anything about kernel programming so it's not an option either.
On top of that, some of my "special" buttons won't work. Touchpad enable button works flawlessly and a few of them actually worked before I removed KDE to install Xfce (like volume control) and I can see them using xev so I'll fix it later, but those that change the brightness and turn the wireless on and off aren't recognized at all.
Any suggestions ?

Also, there's an option to decrease brightness automatically when ac adapter is unplugged (via BIOS) : It's dimmer than it usually is , but by the time I start booting, it reverts back to full brightness (somewhere between "triggering udev" and "loadling modules").

"Archive" and "View" buttons don't work after folio update

Hi all,
I have a subscription to the professional edition and I have built a custom viewer app for Android. I have built about 10 folios and at first download all is ok, the folios are displayed without problems and the app works fine except for one issue: "Archive" button don't work, when I tap on it, near folio cover, nothing happens, the folio does not disappear from folios list.
But the serious problem occurs when I perform a folio update from Folio Producer ('Update content' from adobe dashboard DPS): both "Archive" and "View" buttons stop working, nothig happens when I tap tap on them and I am forced to uninstall and reinstall the application on tablet (.apk file) to see folio changes in my custom viewer.
This is very annoying as well as time expensive.
Tablet is Samsun Galaxy Tab SII with Android 3.2.
Any help is appreciated.

To the best of my knowledge, the SII is a smartphone and not a tablet device, and the official claim is (correct me if I'm wrong) that DPS on Android is corrently tablet only.
Anyway, it seems strange to me so checked and found out that even though the DPS apps are not available when you search for them in the Play Market of a smartphone you can still force load them to the phone and run them.
I've done it on both a Samsung SIII running Android 4.0.4 and a Samsung GT-I9070 running Android 2.3.6 (I currently don't have a device running Android 3.2)
The interface is so small that it's hardly possible to use it, but it works.
