Would like personal Creative Cloud account paused

Hello,
I have an existing Creative Cloud account that is the standard $53.49/month, however, I won a contest from an outside vendor that awarded me with a 1-year paid creative cloud service, also linked to my Adobe account. I was told that I was going to be paused on billing for my normal account during this time, but I got charged again this month and have been charged the past two months. Can someone please resolve this issue?

Hi Kappukeki,
The CC purchased on Nov 27, 2012 was given a one month credit on Mar 29, 2013, it active & the next billing date is Mar 28, 2014.This was charged on February 28th 2014.
The CC which was purchased Feb 6, 2014 has been given three months credit as the next billing date is Mar 6, 2014
Hope this resolves the issue.

    If you are asking for a LR 5 CC link, which wouldn't require a serial number, please be more clear about that.

    I am an educator.  I signed up for the Creative Cloud account, believing I would have access to all the programs.  Is this incorrect?  When I try to download and install the programs, it tries to charge me 19.99 for each or set me up on a trial.

    What do we have to do to make sure that we can get what we are paying for?
    You can install and use the desktop applications available in Creative Cloud on two computers at once, as long as the same person is logging in to both machines and using the products with the same ID. You will have access to both the Mac OS and Windows versions, so if you have a Mac at home and a PC at work, for instance, you can install your applications on both. See the product license agreements page for more information.
    Which is 2 Creative Cloud accounts, to run on 4 computers?
    Same as Above. So Ideally you can run 4 computers.

    Yes I have a case number. I have chatted with chat more than 3 times with zero results, and I have also tried calling, but I can't get phone support for BC.

    Hi,  I've been using Lightroom for a long time and already have a Lightroom 4 license, and got a Creative Cloud account as the upgrade to a CS5.5 Design Premium license several weeks ago. I also use 3 Macs in my home studio and would like to run Lightroom on all 3 of them. Can I use the Creative Cloud Lightroom 4 version on two of them AND use my original Lightroom license on the 3rd Mac without problem?? That makes sense to me, but I just want to verify that this is true.  Thanks very much,

  • Upgrade from Personal Creative Cloud to Company Creative Cloud.

    Hi there, my name is Christian.
    I´ve recently joined up with someone else's company and we decided to upgrade our Adobe package from private / personal to company / team package.
    We´re trying to figure out how to do this. We have found an upgrade button, but it requires a serial number which we can not find because we've only been using Creative Cloud (which to me doesn't look like it uses a serial number).
    So the question is, where is this serial number located?
    Or is there another way to upgrade?

    Hi Christian,
    Creative Cloud subscription do not require any serial numbers. To upgrade from personal to a Company package (CCT) , you will have to cancel the personal subscription and purchase CCT subscription ( as an admin and then invite rest of the team members into the same subscription ).
    Best option would be to talk to our sales team as they would be able to get you up & running quickly.

    eLS is a separate product not part of CCM. You need to buy an extra subscription for it.

    Hi, I have a problem with my Creative Cloud account. It seems like I logged out about a week ago and when I tried to log in again just now I didn't succed as the program said I have logged out of the system. My password is correct, I even changed it, it still does not work. I can log in on the internet though and my subscribtion is paid, I have no idea what to do. Please. Help.

    You can't close or delete accounts (you can only remove any personal info from them and stop using them), and you can't merge accounts or transfer purchases to another account - content will remain tied to the account that downloaded them.
