Wrong invoice, no support

Hi all
I am quite disappointed about apple's support.
I received an invoice by email three days ago for an app which I have never bought at the iTunes store. Therefore, I immediately tried to contact Apple by phone but if you choose the iTunes option, the automatic voice requests you to enter any support inquiries in written form by using the support page on the apple page. No phone support is given.
Therefore, I entered the support request two days ago. Although Apple promises to give a feedback within 24 hours, I have not received any answer until yesterday, so I created another support request but still no answer.
I am very disappointed about Apple's customer policy. Are there other members which made the same experiences?

  • Incoming Payment Applied to Wrong Invoice can not be unapplied

    Hi:
    A Very annoying missing functionality in SAP Business One Payment Entry screen.
    When you receive a payment (Incoming payment) - for a customer and apply to an invoice - but later realized that it was applied to a wrong invoice and we need to cancel the application of the payment and re-apply to a new invoice - the solution given to me by the Support Center is to cancel the payment altogether and re-enter the payment.
    This will create unnecessary entries in to the customer ledger and the statement will look very odd with those entries. 
    I believe that this is a very genuine requirement and it is being addressed by all the small end software (like Tally, Pastel, Quickbooks etc) - when the customer moves from one of these software to SAP B1 - they expect small things like this is taken into consideration

    Receivable adjustment works like this:
    Current situation:
    Customer                        Revenue                               Receivable
    100  |                                  | 100                                100|
    After receivable adjustment, it looks like this:
    Customer                        Revenue                               Receivable                  Bad Debt Expense
    100  |                                  | 100                                100|                                        |
                                                                                            100                        100
    Receivable adjustment does not adjust the customer balance/open items.  It only takes $ from the receivables and moves them to a separate g/l account.

    Dear Experts,
    One of our client has posted wrong invoice amount.i.e the actual entry was like
    DEBIT TRADE RECEIVEBALE (CUSTOMERS)      10,000.00      
    CREDIT SALES REVENUE:           10,000.00
    actually they didnt detect vat for this entry and this entry they have posted in november 2011, n this month is closed already. Now they want to rectify this entry to correct this entry actually it must be
    DEBIT TRADE RECEIVEBLES (CUSTOMERS)      10,000.00      
    CREDIT SALES REVENUE           9,090.91
    CREDIT VAT PAYABLES (10%)           909.09
    now system will directly wont allot do the below entry since both r auto posting gl accounts.
    DEBIT SALES REVENUE      909.09      
    CREDIT VAT PAYABLES (10%)           909.09
    How shall proceed with this case.

    Hi,
    Please let me know the following:
    The entry posted by customer is in FI or it is routed through SD?
    If through SD then please cancel the invoice and create new one where you have VAT in the condition type, if it is done in FI then reverse the document through FB08 and in reversal reason select 02 and then post the correct one
    If this is also not possible then use F-02 click on Post with reference and click on Negative amount this will post an accounting with negative amount and then you can post the correct document.

  • Wrong Pro Application Support version installed

    after recently doing an archive/install I am unable to launch Logic Pro 8
    i get this error;

    This version of Logic pro requires Pro Application support 4.0 (687.0) or newer

    I am unable to find an active download link to Pro Application support 4.0
    any suggestions?

    when I try to select a destination disk
    the startup disk is not available
    error says;
    "You cannot install Pro Application Support on this volume.
    There was an error while evaluating JavaScript for the package."
    I wish i could afford a new machine right now.
    resurrecting this one has become a part time job.

  • Wrong BIOS in support page for Satellite A300D

    Hi all,
    half hour ago i was searching a driver for my a300d and i found a new bios version 2.80-win64 10/02/12
    latest bios is 3.30 back in 2009
    new versions are always with biggest numbers ..and never after almost 3 years
    i'm not stupid enough to try this "new" bios, but there is plenty of fish :)
    i hope someone from toshiba service support check this

  • Wrong Invoice reverse date

    Hello,
    according to update profile settings invoice is posted to FM by due date.
    When posting invoice reverse due date is copied into reverse document, but into FM reverse document is posted by posting date.
    So I have problem, when Invoice was posted into 2008-12-30 with due date 2009-01-15. In FM it appears as commitment budget document in 2009-01-15.
    Reverse document was created, and in FI it is clearly posted into 2008-12-30 with due date 2009-01-15, but in FM it appears in 2008-12-30.
    Any one has any idea why update profile does not work for reverse document?

    the problem is similar, but not exactly the same.
    It allways creates reverse document with wrong dates for FM. And our documents are posted in FI, not MM. I've tried to delete documents from FMIFIIT, but I get error mesage for budget address which is completly different from documents I try to delete...

  • Wrongly Invoiced in Credit Memo

    Hello Gurus,
    we are creating an Credit Memo Using "MIRO".
    we  wrongly debited to the customer and credited to GRIR Account.
    Posting Keys Used(21-for customerr and 96- for GRIR account.
    Actual Payment to be sent is "$8700.00"
    By doing this transaction which we wrongly debited the customer is $625.
    And we had sent a check for $8075 which he already cashed it.
    Now i need to know how do i reverse the transaction of wrong debit and credit and send a fresh payment for $625.
    when i am trying to do manual adjustments to the GRIR account i am getting error "can only be posted to internally in code"
    please advise me in this regard.

    Hi Anand,
    Basically you cannot post to an GR/IR account manually.
    If i understand correctly, you want to deduct $625 from your vendor invoice of $8700 & wanted to pay him the net of $8075.
    In this process during initial credit memo creation you credited to GR/IR account wrongly, instead of specifying an Exp account.
    If this is the case, then
    1.Reset the cleared items (Hoping that the payment run of 8075, had cleared your invoice and credit memo) T.Code : FBRA.
    2.Reverse your FI document (that got created during MIRO)
    3. Re-book the Credit memo, with correct Credit to appropriate account.
    4.Manually clear the Open items (Invoice,credit memo against payment).
    Hopefully, i am in line with your query.
    If not please give some more details.

  • Cannot download invoices - terrible support.

    In my billing history the recent invoices download links completely missing.
    Just received  "Your statement is ready" from [email protected], but I cannot download the invoice because there is no download links.
    I've already opened a support ticket 1 month before (!!!), still they cannot solve my issue.
    Where can I get real support for billing problems?

    I have received an invoice for an app I did not buy.  I looked at it but at no time confirmed the purchase by using my password - how do I get reimbursed or even where do I complain - all I get are generic answers about protecting my password.

    Right. So you're telling me that Apple has left someone in charge who is totally screwing their customers' experience and no one at Apple will help reign them in and set them straight?
    I guarantee you that she's not the only person who's had this experience and it **** well sours me from buying another iPhone if I know it won't be taken care of if something goes wrong.
    I've posted this to let Apple know there's something woefully wrong with their partner and to get that fixed as well. I know Vodafone is the one I'm supposed to deal with; I just want that to be improved.

  • What's wrong with skype support?

    Hi, I bought a subscription to call Finland, so I can call my 87yr. old mother. Worked fine for few months. This summer we took a trip to Finland to go see her. When we got back I tried calling her with Skype and her number was blocked by Skype. I contacted their support and they assured me this block would be taken away. I tried calling later againg and it was back. I now received email from Skype saying her number is blocked and I can't call it anymore with Skype???? I was told on the chat line it's because "fraudulent use" ??? My mother has not received any strange phone calls and she does not have a computer. I would sure like to talk with a supervisor, but even after requesting this on the chat all I get is this email giving me no reason why her number is suddenly blocked. This is VERY strange behavior by the Skype customer support. As a consequence of this I lost $4.99 on my subscription for not being able to make calls to my mom. I have now cancelled my subscription. Has anyone else had a similar situation?

  • Wrong Invoice Cancellation

    Hello Gurus
    Our Client has an issue. They created a sales Invoice on 13-04-2010 but due to some reason they had to cancel it. It was canceled on 13-03-2010. Now what happened was that the Invoice's accounting document was created in April and the the reversal document Accounting document was generated in March as the 13th period was open.
    Now we want to reverse the reversal document accounting entries so the we can transfer the balances and close FY 2009-10.
    We tried to do manual entries but system doesn't allow manual entries in customer GL.
    Kindly Suggest.

    Go to T.code FBR1
    Give the Document No, Co.code & Fy of posted in March.
    Select General Reverse posting & go ahead to post reversal of reversal.

    The billing documents in Argentina uses the Numbering Cross Aplication Document, to be employ in the pre invoices forms. I have damaged the pre number sheet of paper for that document. How I can change in the SAP the offical number, to the next pre invoice number sheet, without cancel the billing document?

    I have followed the path, but in spite off "customizing" I did it thru the SAP Menu; there  I found the following reports
                 · S_AL0_96000642 - Daily Report for VAT
                 · S_ALR_87012367 - Extended Tax Journal
                 · S_ALR_87012368 - VAT Report with Magnetic Output for DGI (IVACPR/IVAVTA)
                 · S_ALR_87012369 - Data Medium Exchange with Hard Disk
    But no one of these transactions, can solve my issue? Olso I did it, searching thru the SPRO, getting no sucess. Can you give me the transaction code?

  • Asset wrong invoice post

    Last month I booked invoice related to building construction as a leasehold improvement to account 13003000 (asset class D30000) u2013 planned depreciation 5 years.
    But within this document there was also invoiced delivery of the kitchen for new office. I do not notice it before L
    According to our rules the furniture has to be booked to different account 13004013 (asset class D45000) u2013 planned depreciation 8 years.
    Could you please help me how to solve this issue?
    also i would like to know what is the asset number which is got depriciated for 5 years in asset class D3000

    Reverse the document from AB08 and post two separate docs again...
    you will have to identify the Asset No from the FI doc that you posted.... With in FB03, you can see Environment > Doc Env > relationship browser
