XI question on two different sender
Hello all,
I want XI to pick up two files and send them to two different receivers based on some conditions. This condition will be done via message mapping.
Is it possible to do it without BPM? If we can do it with BPM how? I don't want to use transformation step becasue don't want to combine the messages.

to receive two messages from the same machine as two messages and combine them into mltiple mesages and use 1:n , two interface mappings to send to two diffrent systems.the same interface mappings in receiver determination
then other way is if you use the condition to send to diffrent systems.

Host setup having two different Sender Id's for EDI X12 over generic exch
Greetings. I am attaching the document which has screen prints of B2B set up that we have done for a trading partner called PETsMART and the Host set up for RSC(interchange sender/receiver Id is 9014270492). The TP is sending 850s to us and we are (the sellers) sending Invoices (810). I am pasting the RAW EDI data for the 850s and 997s sent by PETsMART and RSCs Respectively. Their interchange sender Id is ISA06 173808684. They are sending the Interchange receiver Id as 781318710 for one account and 9014270492 for the second account. But the set up we have for RSC capabilities (EDI_X12 Over Internet) is for only one interchange receiver Id. I mean to say we can support only one Interchange Receiver Id. How can we support both the accounts at the same time? I dont think we can set up two different hosts. Can we? Is there a way to support this?
First the RSC Host set up has been done with interchange sender Id as 781318710 and did the testing with a test PO and sent the FA. Later the intrechange sender Is set up as 9014270492 and did the second test PO and sent the set up. The trading partner can send the POs in production with any of the sender id. How to support both the Ids at the same time?

As per the above suggestion I have added the Interchange receiver Id and redeployed the configuration. The TP is not getting the FA for the second account whose interchange Id is added. The error is as folows.

How to re-use one SOAP Sender Channel for two different messages?
Hi!
I have an XI Proxy to SOAP Sync Scenario. 5 messages uses only 2 channels - cc_XI_Sender and cc_SOAP_Receiver. All messages comes from one Sender Channel and goes to one Receiver channel, and it works fine.
When I make the same for SOAP to XI Proxy Sync Scenario, I've got a problem. For example I have 2 different messages (mi_so_MSG_ONE and mi_so_MSG_TWO), so it works, if I had a two different sender channels (cc_SOAP_R1 and cc_SOAP_R2).
If I set the same Sender Channel in both Sender Agreements (cc_SOAP_R1), only one message (mi_so_MSG_ONE) goes without errors. When I send a second message (mi_so_MSG_TWO), in SXMB_MONI this message comes from Business System (BS_TEST) as message type one (mi_so_MSG_ONE), and then in stage of transformation in Interface Determination goes to message mapping program for other kind of messages (MM_MSG_ONE_to_XI_PROXY). And then - error in message mapping.
I try many URLs for both messages:

It means a webservice application will be deployed and exposed in PI using the associated Message Interface and its namespace information in the SOAP Sender channel.
It means only one Sender Channel per one pair of names (name of Message Interface and name of namespace). And it will fail if I change something. And question is: why URL for sending SOAP message contains parameter "Interface"?
"backward compatibility" or "for future use only"?
Nothing happens when I change this parameter, seems that name of Interface comes from first of founded Sender Agreements.

No. Structures are different.
Making one structure per all SOAP incoming messages looks workable, but... looks strange (in fact I have a lot of SOAP messages, more than 100 Sender channels).
I found an information, that I can use one Sender channel per many messages with different structures only if I make this messages like different Operations in one Service Interface (in PI 7.1).
But in this case in list of messages in SXMB_MONI I will see only a one name of Service Interface for all my messages and it's not so comfortably for supporting: to take a name of operation that fails I need to goes inside.
In older version of XI (prior 7.1) using one sender channel per many messages allowed without any hints. -
How can I send email using two different email address that both link back to my one exchange account on my Ipad mini?
On my PC I simply have a master return email address and use a POP for the secondary address. Both are through the one exchange account without a problem. I need to be able to do the same on my Ipad.Ah, I should have made that clear. My domain didn't come from google. It was purchased at and is hosted at dreamhost, but I haven't used their email servers in years - I just route everything through gmail. I actually have a bunch of domains (with websites).
Gmail has an option that lets someone with custom domains send (and receive) email through gmail using the custom domain once Google confirms proper ownership of the domain (to prevent spammers and such). Gmail has a setting for "send email as" which allows gmail to be sent using a custom domain as the sender. I'm pretty sure Apple's old mobileme had this feature too, but I didn't use it. -

There are two options for this
First one is to use Wait step in BPM as other experts suggested.
Second one is a dirty way around,what you can do is send the second message to a dummy receiver first(may be a file on your XI server),then design one bypass scenario which will pick up the file after a specified time interval(give the poling interval you want).
i would go for BPM coz its pretty straight forward,but in case you want to avoid BPM then u can use the second approach

i have a message which i have to be sending from one SAP system to another, but the message should be split into 2 different formats using mapping and send to one receiver where the 2 messages are segregated using some ID number. here we will be using IDOC for sender.

I think you can go for the multimapping(1:2) and not exactly splitting the message but mapping it one source to two different targets that need to be sent to one receiver...

I think I am following -- I was able to upload to my iPhoto and all photos and videos are there that is a plus! I tried to create an Event in my iPhoto and put all of my photos in that event but for some reason, now my iTunes it not recognizing that Event in my iPhoto. It is not allowing me to import just that event at the moment but I may be doing something wrong. At least all of my pics and vids are in iPhoto so that is a plus and I know they are at least saved somewhere. Just for some reason, my iTunes it not locating the event that I created with only those photos.

It sounds like an earlier version of the BlackBerry® Desktop Software installed on your PC may be conflicting with this installation.
I would advise uninstalling both versions of the BlackBerry Desktop Software then reinstalling the latest version.

now i can send the PO to a sap USE, and i need to add another message to the vendor.
I've tried to set two message record ZMAIL(vendor) and ZUSE(user), but only sap user can receive the PO.

You may Please check the vendor address view at the field mailing address.Howmany mail ids are provided there?
Take the Extensiom icon there and keep the two mail id's there and provide the sequence there.and fill all the fields there.
Now pl check the ouput type for its driver programe wheather it can fetch the mail id's.
If possible maintain the condition for this combination and select the time as save immediately and try saving the po and check the sost t code.

Two different Cameras premiere E4 questions
Please help! I recorded my friends band and I used two different cameras to do the recording. One stationary recorded a wide shot of the band and the other mobile I had with me. I used the mobile one to do closeups then used the audio and video from the wide shot and did clips of just the lined up video of the mobile one. It looks great! So what is the problem. Well a couple things, I am using Premiere Elements 4. How do I save this project at a high resolution for the web (YouTube) also how do I save it to burn it to DVD?
Finally the really tricky question, the one camera was shot in widescreen format the other full screen. I would like to be able to crop and enlarge the full to make it a wide. I don't want to make the wide a full if I don't have to, because it will crop out band members.
(I don't really understand the whole picture/pixel/ratio thing)
Keep in mind this was my first shot at something like this I am trying to get down the actual technical process and I have Ideas of how to approach the shooting aspect in the future to improve it. Any input would help. Now for the Widescreen vs Standard question. I assume that you used WideScreen, when you set up your Project. Is that correct?
First thing that I would look at would be to use Interpret Footage for the Standard Clips. Do one first, and choose 16:9 in Interpret Footage. How does this look? Only you can make that call.
If the band looks too fat, then we'll move on to Plan B. Go to one of your Standard Clips, and Select it. Go to Effects, and then Edit Effects. Look for the fixed Effect>Motion. Twirl it open and then go to Scale. Increase this, until the Frame fills the width of the Frame. This will also effectively Crop the vertical. If you need to alter how that Crop is seen, go to Effect>Motion>Position, and move the Frame up, or down to suit.

Why am I getting two different conversations when the same person txts me and sends me an I message? I thought they should be in the same conversation?
I'm experiencing something similar. My conversations are kept together but if the screen is opened to a conversation and I receive a text from that person it doesn't show up on the screen. The message alert in the upper corner indicates a new text but I have to back out of the screen and go back in to read it.

Question re: colors mismatching in two different documents
Hey all,
I use Photoshop (CS2) primarily for coloring illustrations and comics, and although I'm not quite a technophobe, I still always get tripped up on the technicalities of the program. Here's my problem in a nutshell: I have two different documents, both with the same color profile (Adobe RGB 1998), both open at the same time. I use the eyedropper to select a color. I switch from one document to the other, and the color as it's displayed changes rather dramatically (even though the color picker says it's still the same - 190R, 120G, 120B). The shift in how the color is displayed is consistent even if I change it using the picker or eyedropper - which is to say that the display error is consistently wonky from one document to the other.
What in the world is causing this? The saturation and brightness are quite different from one document to the other, to the point where it's immediately noticeable to the naked eye. This only happens with certain docs - in most cases, the color remains consistent from one doc to the other if I have multiple docs open, but it just goes wonky when I move over to certain docs. I've had this problem before, with colors displaying differently as jpegs, for example, than as tiffs in Photoshop, but that's obviously a correctable issue involving color profiles. I find it really frustrating that this is something that's happening from one tiff to another in the Photoshop work environment. Can anybody help me with this?There's just no way this can happen if the two document profiles are really and truly the same. If, on the other hand, the profiles are not the same, this is normal and expected. The numbers will be different for the same color (and inverse).
Check again. Click the little arrow at the bottom of the document frame:
Also make sure that you have Color Management Policies set to "Preserve Embedded Profiles" (which is also the default setting). Any other setting is an unholy mess waiting to happen, unless you really know what you're doing.
