XML text displaying markup

Question

We are encountering an intermittent issue where the markup
and tags that we are reading in from an xml file are being
displayed. This problem occurs randomly for some and not at all for
others. Has anyone experience this issue and have any
insight?

The code below is working to bring in all the names I need can I get some help on how to create distinct text boxes and then place them where they are needed. Is there an efficient way to do this? Any help is appreciated!! I commented out some code that I'm not using at the moment.
