XSD validation problem?l

Hi all,
I have an XSD as follows ,which I am going to use to develop a Webservice.
But in XMLSpy it gives the error "'factorsType' must refer to an existing simple or complex type.” , but I have seen Schema definition like this on the tutorials so what am I doing wrong here ?

Has the schema got a namespace?
<xs:complexType name="factorsType">will be in the namespace of the schema, but the reference you've given (type="factorsType") doesn't have a namespace given.
It's a bit of a guess, but that looks like it might be the case.
