Y dont apple have a team we can chat with over phone to resolve issues...I have had money takin out of my account with out me knowing and after several attempts on pc to cancel my credit card still no help

Apple itunes take money out of accounts with out us knowing about it and Itunes have no phone support...to help get your momey back....did a pc take the money out....I have spent 4 hours of my time trying to delete info to no luck

If you believe that your account has been hacked then change your password, contact your credit card company about reimbursement, and let itunes support know that you may have been hacked.
