Adobe form output not getting displayed for the whole length of the page

Hi All,
I have developed an adobe form using webdynpro application. While testing, the output(pdf) does not occupy the entire page/screen from end-user side. But when I test the same from my side, the output appears fine . Could anyone suggest me on this?

Did you check the resolution at end user side? Is it different from your resolution?
To overcome this check what is the height and width you have specified for InteractiveFormUI element in your Web Dynpro application. Have you specified in pixels like 300px? You need to enter it as 100% for both.

I have successfully implemented approval and provisining flows for a new resource in OIM 9.1.X. This resource has an object and a process form.
It is working fine in production for few users. But for few users, the object form is not getting displayed to give the input while requesting this resource.
Please let me know what might be the issue.

Could you please check whether you have added ALL_USERS group as a resource administrator group in resource object definition?
Add AL_USERS group as a resource administrators with the read access.
We had similar issue and managed to resolved.

Child forms are not getting displayed when user is linked through the targe

I have provisioned the users to OID through OIM and we have the three child forms(USRB_ROLB,USRB_GRPD,USRB_NBNB) which work well when the user flow normally. Our normal flow implemented is that user comes from OHCM and get created in OIM and then get provisioned to AD and OID. We have also implemented the OID target recon. When we create the user directly in OID and then create the user through normal flow ie from OHCM to OIM) as expected the create user task fail as the user is already present in the OID (target system). Then after running the OID target recon the user is getting linked but its not showing the child forms in the new process form created after running the target recon.
Please let me know if you require more information.

what happened when you run target recon without creating user in oim(or just create user in oim without access policy and then run target recon)? Is this work fine?
If no means you have to verify your child table mapping. But if above work then this the Produce/connector issue and may you need to raise SR

Values not getting displayed for members which doesnt have parents

Hi
I created a product dimension with 4 levels .For members which doesnt have parents,data is not getting displayed in JavaClient.
The values for members which doesnt have parents are getting displayed in the view created for the measures which are dimensioned by Product .I mapped the same view in the CWM2 work space ,but value is not getting displayed for members which doesnt have parents ,but values are getting displayed for members which have parents for measures.
Is it a bug , we were able to do it in Express ..
Can anybody help us in doing this.??

Hi,
This assumes that the members which do not have parents are mapped to the top level in the hierarchy. If they are at a level below the top level then they are not part of the hierarchy and therefore would not be displayed. So this sounds like expected behaviour.

We are upgrading SRM 3.0 to SRM 7.0 .In the upgraded sys the Header Text 'HTXT' is not getting displayed for the Purchase order created in BBP_PD. For the SCs the Header text field is populated correctly.

Check in IMG if the text schema is used in configuring PO transaction type. Define Transaction Types is the setting.

Portal Forms are not getting displayed in the new oracle environment.

The Forms in our Portal applications are not getting displayed after we have done the upgradation of Database in Unix from 8i to 9i. The reports are working fine.The forms that were added as portlets are not getting displayed and other forms that are called thorough links returns error when it is run. The Newly created forms are also not running but returns error. The Portal Version is 3.0.9.8.3. Pls help.

Based on the requirement , check whether the customer contact has been done carried out for the invoice , then possibility it must have gone out of the worklist , chekc whether the Invoice posted in the AR has been transferred to FSCM collection .

Adobe forms output not showing

Hi,
Iam working on ECC5.0 version.
i created adobe form after click on test button it will ask for output device.
i checked with all output device options but i did not see the output.
any configuration required for seeing the adobe forms output?

Hi,
First question is do you have Adobe Document Services (ADS) in your system landscape? This is essential to generate output from adobe forms.
If your ADS is set up you can call function module FP_GET_LAST_ADS_ERRSTR after you call the generated form function module you will get the last error message from the ADS.

Payslip(HR Forms) is not getting displayed

Experts,
We are using HR forms for pay slip, i am not able to display/print form for one of the employee. How to solve it/
Pls advice.
Also if we deleted any wage types which has paid in the past run, system is doing retro and getting stored in RTs. But it is not getting displayed in the form.
My ABAPer is using standard function for picking the retro values, since the wage type is completely deleted (bec of ZERO value), it is not getting showed in slip.

Medi reimb allowance has been paid to an employee in apr 11 and then may 11 client realised, he is not eligible for that. so they need to recovery it fully. it was a master data issue while go live time in april.
since it is null value, we had to delete it completely, so the system performs retro and getting paid. But it is not getting displayed in pay slip HR Forms.
ABAPer who developed the pay slip is saying, since we deleted the component it is not getting displayed by standard function. other scenarios like change value of wts, perfectly showing the retro and actual payments.

Potential & Development Forms are not getting displayed

Here goes another problem which I am facing regarding Forms, I created Potential & Developemt forms in Talent Assessment in DEV-100(golden client) & copied it to DEV-300,via SCC1 (another client to which portal is linked), but still the forms are not updated in 300, though 1node & table V_T77TMC_P_V got updated in 300 after i copied the req.
The complete customization is done in the TR , including the manual transport of the Forms,still they are not getting displayed in 300, kindly help!!!!!!!! its urgent

Hi Bharti Sood,
It appears that all elements were not transported. Did you go through these customizing tasks in IMG > Talent Management and Talent Development > Talent Assessment:
- Transport Forms
- Transport Process Form Assignments
- Transport Scales
These elements do not get transported automatically.

Output not getting displayed in Forms

Hi,
I have created a sample VC application using BAPI_BANK_GETDETAIL BAPI.
I am passing bank key and bank Country as inputs to the Bapi using the input form and this bapi returns
Bank Details and Address Details. I am trying to display the address details into a form...
The data service is working fine.
But When I deploy, after entering the input fields and submitting the corresponding address details are not getting displyed in the output form.
I am not able to understand the problem with forms... If the output is in the form of a table it is working fine.. But for forms it is not working... I tried with so many other BAPIS..it is the same case for output forms...
Request you to kindly ket me of if you have any idea for the above mentioned problem.

I am not getting if I am missing anything here... Beacuse is it very straight forward, but still it is not working..

XML form in not getting displayed in the option while assigning

I have created a XML form and now assigning it to a folder. While assigning Folder>new>forms> .. here I can see other forms but not the new one which I have recently created. Please let me know I can assign the newly created form to the folder.

Please check for the Form Based Publishing for your KM folder
System Administration-->System Configuration >Knowledge Management->Form Based Pulishing>Forms Availability>Folder Settings check for the Forms to include and Exclude for your folder path. In this you can include or Exclude forms which you form by adding the XML form ID.

Adobe field values not getting displayed in UWL workitem

Hi,
We filled a ISR Adobe form and submitted it and generated the corresponding notification number.
On clickng the 'display and print form', the form is gettin displayed properly.
But on checking the form at the approvers UWL, the field values are not getting properly filled.
The form is getting properly displayed at R/3 through IQS22 and also the data values are properly attached to the notification number( checked through ISR_PROCESS_EVENT ).

Quantity field not getting displayed for all document types

Hi,
I have made a configuration to include field Quantity(BSEG-MENGE) in the GL account line item display.When I ran the report for stock adjustment account(FAGLL03), only the following document types are showing quantity against them.
WI- Inventory document
WA-Goods Issue
WE---Not showing quantity against (WE- Goods Receipt)
Can any one please explain. I have seen the original document from FI document. The original document as well as FI document carries quantity.

Hi Aravind,
Check SAP notes 1063198 and 1117587.
FAGLL03 display quantity which is updated in FAGLFLEXA, BSEG is not
relevant in this case. This is clearly explained in the note 1063198.
The quantity posts through to FI on the 'goods receipt' items, but not on the
'invoice receipt' items.
In the FI normally the Quantity is not a 'real' important field, as it
is more related to the MM area.
But in the old 'Profit Center Accounting' and the old' Special Ledger'
the field has been important.
As the same logic of these areas to 'store' the Quantity is also used
in the NewG/L the field get only filled in the line, where it make
'sense' from our point of view, because only in the 'goods receipt'
lines a 'real' Quantity is posted to the system.
So as before in the PCA and SL, now also in the NewG/L the Quantity is
filled in the correct and important lines and postings.
In the BSEG ('old document segment table') the field is filled 'just'
as it is send to the FI, but this is not completely correct from the
business point of view.
This can also lead to issues with the reporting and summation to this
field. So with creating the new logic in the NewG/L the 'correct'
standard of the 'writing' for the Quantity has also been taken over.
So in the end, the update and display is correct according SAP standard behavior.
Actually,Quantities within G/L are never reliable,
because the purpose of FI is a view on the data according to amount
but not according to quantity.
In the FI normally the Quantity is not a 'real' important field, as it
is more related to the MM area.
