I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not downloading properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.)

Yosemite UPGRADE, Apps that I try to update fail with the message that connection to App Store failed, then i get a message that the updates were purchased by another user ID or purchase cancelled. All five updates have this error

Please test after each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. Stop when the problem is resolved. Back up all data before making any changes. Keep in mind that no one here represents Apple or can help with customer-service issues.
Step 1
A purchased app can only be updated by signing in to the App Store with the same Apple ID that was originally used to buy it. There's no way around that limitation, which also applies to free apps. If you're trying to update iLife or iWork apps that were installed from a purchased DVD, or if you have a refurbished Mac bought directly from Apple, contact App Store customer service for a redemption code. You may be asked for the part number of the DVD.
Step 4
From the App Store menu bar, select
Store ▹ View My Account
Enter your Apple ID password at the prompt. At the lower right corner of the window that opens, click the Reset button. Close the window.
Step 5
According to a report, the error can result from changing the language setting of your Apple ID account. I can't confirm.

HT201320 I have a new work email that works fine on my iPhone 5. However the tone and vibration do not work on my phone or iPad for this particular account? It is like it is on silent!! All the features are on for tone / vibration and nothing happens!!!

I have a web based new work email account from my Company that is working fairly well on my iPhone 5 and my iPad 4. However no matter what I do in the settings every email that comes in to both device comes in silent with no tone or vibration. Both devices are working fine and my other personal accounts are also working fine with Tones and Vibrations. I do not understand what is going on. Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

Do your children have separate user accounts on the shared mac? They can have their own user accounts with their own AppleIDs, but you could put the iTunes Library into a shared folder, or better an external drive with the ignore ownership option set.

I have been importing pictures and today i succesfully imported more, they are in my iphoto library but when i try to load them for my ebay account they are not there. it says they must be in the correct format, help!!

Before anyone can help, they need information to work with. Basic stuff:
- What version of iPhoto.
- What version of the Operating System.
- Details. What were you doing when the problem arose?
- Did it ever work properly?
- Are there error messages?
- What steps have you tried already to solve the issue.
Anything else you can think of that might allow someone else to understand your issue.
With this kind of information somebody can develop a starting point for troubleshooting the issue.

when trying to run printer control I get connection to cups server failed, check to see if cups server is running and correctly installed. when trying to restart server it fails with message unable to find a running cups server. Here is the applicable part of rc.config

Hi, I have the same problem. I went through the setup wiki, did the debug, etc.
When I installed the cups package on that page it seems to have messed up konquerer (it no longer opens webpages due to an io slave problem)
Anyways, I still get the following problem:
Unable to retrieve the printer list. Error message received from manager:
Connection to CUPS server failed. Check that the CUPS server is correctly installed and running. Error: localhost: read failed (14).

DMS-200 doesn't play uploaded videos: "Connection to video server failed"

Hello, everybody!
I have CISCO DMS-200 deployed. I have console and an http access, I can manage options, I can upload videos, but I can't play them in web-browser. The device was bought 6 months ago and deployment was done by 3rd party. But the video playing over browser didn't work ever.
There is no proxy between PC and DMS, I have all codecs installed on PC, I've checked FireFox, IE, Chrome...
When I try to start video playing, the following message appears: "Connection to video server failed". (See screenshot).
I have some ideas about the reasons.
First, may be I need an additional license for Player at DMS-200 side? Because in Digital Media Players section I have "This feature is not licensed".
(See screenshot).
Second, may be there are problems with File Hosting Locations? I have several error messages like "URL test failed" in the appropriate section (Please, see screenshots).
So, please, share you ideas about the issue! There is a few information about the problem, I can't find anything. Are there any ways to turn on debug at DMS-200 side?

OK, I have an application that has been working for years.
Yesterday it stopped working and my error trapping started sending
me messages with the cfcatch.message of " Connection to LDAP Server
failed" The code hasn't been touch in over three years. Any ideas
what is going on? I have attached the code but changed some
information for security reasons.

The configure bar gets about an 1/8 full and then just does nothing. I think its lists the update as combo update? cant remember with out checking.
I have tried to do the disk verify and repair but this has made no difference.
Please let me know what i need to do, I have reformatted the mac just to start over as was clogged with a lot of useless data, I had installed lion (10.7) from the app store previously and now cant seem to find a way to re install lion. I hope I dont need to pay for it again?

If you erased your hard drive, you'll need to reinstll OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard to access the App store. You won't have to pay for OS X 10.7 Lion again. Did you try booting to the recovery partition by holding the command and r keys down? If that's still there, you can reinstall OS X 10.7 from there.
If you're looking to install the current iTunes, you need OS X 10.6.8 at a minimum.
If you're still trying to update OS X 10.5 Leopard, you can download the combo update from here. Download, use Disk Utility to repair permissions, apply the update, then repair permissions again. That will take you to OS X 10.5.8.

I am trying to update the sales order text using "BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE" But i am getting an error as " Sold-to party E455 not maintained for sales area E901 C1"
I passed the sales order no, and the text to be upated and the Update flag is set to "U".
When i try giving the same values in se37 it updates the sales order text successfully but when i use the same BAPI in the report i am getting the above error. Can anyone pls help me out.

the message is very clear that the sold to party ur refering is not from the same sales area. if u have the customer already then extend the same to the said sales area, by common division and distribution channel

I have the iphone 4s and its updated (ios 6.1.1). I've always had my group messaging set to OFF. Everytime I send a text to multiple folks, I find out that they were able to see everyone elses responses to me. My boss told me this morning that she saw responses from my friends/family from a picture I sent yesterday. Is there ANYTHING that can be done about this? It's important to be able to send texts to multiple people. I have to update them alot on my husbands illness. Help!

Group messaging simply puts all replies in one conversation in Messages. It doesn't prevent the behavior you experienced.
My suggestion which would be much easier in my opinion, is rather than do a text, send out an email and use bcc: , which will keep the audience hidden from each recipient.
Otherwise, if you're determinted to do only texts, the only way is to send your message to one person at a time. You can of course copy/paste your msg each time which might be helpful.
