My current shows in all the correct places but when asked to verify, the old card is referenced. I changed the card in itunes and on my phone and ipad.

Sometimes the issue isn't really the security code, but the ZIP code or the form of the billing address.

You need to contact Apple to get the questions reset; this can be done by clicking here and picking a method for your country, or if that's not an option, by filling out and submit this form.

Why would you get help from Apple? You need to contact your credit card company and find out why the security code is invalid.

Our team is having a problem with some character issues in the r12 on the payment method module.
The r12 instance that we have is a upgraded version direct from 11i version and the payment method is an existing record from 11i also.
Below are steps to Reproduce:
1. Login as HRMS Manager
2. Navigate to Payroll > Payment Methods
3. Query for the mentioned name.
System display "Direct Deposit ? BCB (BKI)"
Expected result "Direct Deposit – BCB (BKI)"
So, the '–' is changed to '?' in the application.
This '–' is a long hyphen which crops up when we type in a word document.

The Store menu is at the top of your screen in the iTunes window.

If the computer's running Mac OS X, move the cursor to the very top of the computer's screen, click on Store, and choose Authorize this Computer.
If the computer's running Windows, press the Alt and S keys and choose Authorize this Computer, or click here, follow the instructions, click on Store in the menu bar, and choose Authorize this Computer.
