I'm trying to authorize my computer for downloading purchases, but when I follow instructions to go to "Store" and look for menu to "authorize" my computer, I'm lost. Would someone please take the time to direct me to where the the "menu" is. Then I can get on with real problems like everyone else. Thanks. 1chigal

The Store menu is at the top of your screen in the iTunes window.
Click Store / Authorize This Computer

My ipod says i have no music on it, but when i plug it into itunes, and look under music on my ipod, its all there. NEED HELP ASAP!!!!! all the music came from a computer which i no longer have, so my ipod is the only place where that music is.

This morning, i downloaded about 16 songs to put on my ipod, and i manually dragged them over to my ipod to sync that way (like i always do because the music on my ipod came from a different computer which I no longer have) and on my way to work, i realized my ipod says "no content" under Music. However, when I plug my ipod into itunes and click on the music tab under my ipod name, all of my music is there. What happened and how do i get that music back on my ipod? I need help asap.

You had a glitch and the music files got corrupted. I know of no way to uncorrupt them.
You can try using a computer app like iFunbox

to see if yo can get them from the iPod in a usable file.
Otherwise you will have to re import them to your computer and sync

Just registered a brand new iPod Touch for my daughter (created new user name and password) but when she went to App Store and typed in aforementioned Apple ID and password it tells us these are incorrect when I know they are correct. What's up?

Do a clean (re)install and delete the Firefox program folder (C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\).
Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.

Authorized music purchased will not play says unauthorized to play and when you follow instructions to fix the issue says authorized...

If only a few songs on an album are doing that, that suggests the tracks are damaged.
If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the dodgy tracks and try redownloading fresh copies. For instructions, see the following document:

Are the songs authorised to the same account?
Often people change their e-mail address over time, and also decide to set up new iTunes account names using that e-mail. You can (and should) continue to use an old e-mail address as your account name. Then you don't run into the issue of having different songs authorised to different accounts.
To check the authorised account for the song, click "Get info" on the song name in iTunes. It will show the account name in the Summary panel.
If you have set up multiple accounts, log into each one, and burn the songs to CD as audio tracks (i.e. like a normal CD, not a data CD). You can then re-import the files into iTunes without the authorisation embedded into the song.

The ipad is not a stand alone device. It is designed to be synced to your computer regularly.
You can buy itunes content from your ipad, but you need to transfer it to your computer and included it in your regular backup of your computer.

Normally you will be asked to provide the new prdouct serial number first, then when a qualifying version is not found you elect to provide that information and then select the version and provide its serial number. If this is not how things are flowing for you then you should contact Adobe support directly thru chat and get their help resolving it.

In the newer versions of iTunes for Windows the menu is hidden. I would recommend taking a look at the article below for instrucions on how to re-enable them.
