You should do this to make this your iPhone and remove her info...
If desired, move photos/videos off the Camera Roll: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083
If desired, backup the device to iTunes or iCloud: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1766
Then, on the device...
Settings > Messages > iMessage > Off
Settings > FaceTime > Off
Settings > iCloud > (scroll down) Delete Accout (this only unregisters and deletes it off the device)
Settings > iTunes & App stores. Tap the AppleID and sign out.
Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings
Unregister the device at https://supportprofile.apple.com

I just bought my first Apple computer - an iPad 2. I downloaded a bunch of apps and they showed up on my desktop and I was using them. I then turned on the iCloud function, and soon after all my apps were gone from the iPad. Today I just noticed that they now show up on my home PC iTunes under APPS. I don't want them there! How do I keep this from happening???

If you have iTunes 11 on your computer then you can enable the left-hand sidebar on it via option-command-S on a Mac, control-S on a PC - when connected (and if your computer's iTunes is up-to-date) your iPad should then appear on that sidebar under a 'Devices' heading :
If you select the iPad on that sidebar you can then use the Movies tab on the right-hand side of the iTunes screen to select and sync that film to your iPad's Videos app.

It looked different before I paid for it, then afterward, it described that it's a joke you're paying for. Anyway, I've heard of people getting ripped off after buying an app like this...has anyone heard of it? Now I'm worried they'll suck $ out of my account!

You bought this idiotic app (sorry, no offense, but just reading the description and reviews I cannot believe anyone would spend money on such a thing) iTunes. When you buy via iTunes, the app developer sees none of your payment or personal information - the purchase is processed entirely by Apple and the developer only knows a sale went through (sort of like using Google Checkout with an online vendor - the vendor knows the sale was processed, but never gets access to any of the payment information).
So, the only way this vendor could take money from you is if you entered financial information in the app itself or otherwise sent it directly to the developer.

Nope. I do the same exact thing. If you have DVD's and blu-rays you can't download a free application called Handbrake. You can set it to Apple TV2 automatic format and they will come out as playable m4v's that can play I'm iTunes. All you have to do is turn on Home Sharing in both iTunes and your Apple RV and you'll be good to go!

On the device that you don't want the apps to be downloaded on, go to Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Automatic Downloads. Once you turn that off, your problem will be fixed.

System Preferences>General...remove the check for the box labeled "Restore Windows when Quitting & re-opening apps".
