10.1.3 JDeveloper error in testing connection to 10.1.2.0.2 BPEL Midtier

Hi,
I am using JDeveloper 10.1.3 (JDEVADF_10.1.3_NT_060125.0900.3673) and when I try to test a connection to my 10.1.2.0.2 BPEL install in errors giving
java.io.FileNotFoundException: http://machine:80/integration/services/testconnection/BPELConnection
Everything is up an running and I can connect to my BPEL process manager console.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Joel.

jgrocock,
even though Jdev 1013 is production, BPEL PM 10.1.3 is not yet production, and so is the BPEL Designer for JDev - this is the reason for little issues like this here .. I would recommend (as you are writing a label, looks like you work for ORacle) to go ahead and file a bug that we can ensure in the QA cycle it's fixed..
thx clemens

  • Error on testing connection in IDT

    Hello,
I got a BI 4.1 SP03 over SBO. Connection is to MS SQL 12.
got a strange error while trying to create measure inside IDT, after a while that evertyhing was working fine.
Continued the 'investigation'  and found out the connection in the BO to the DB fails - while pressing "EDIT" on the connection and pressing "Test" inside the popup - succeed.
Important: This is happening since upgrade from BI 4.0 to 4.1 SP03 3 days ago.
The file attached is the error I get while creating a measure on IDT.
Webi working fine, dashboards working fine. data is coming from DB fine. only IDT and DS runs into error (same error in all actions)
Couldn't find in similar case around - anyone have any idea?
    Thank you,
    Or.

    Hi,
I have seen the BI4.1 SP03 IDT test connection failed while the test of the same connection succeed in edit connection in IDT.
It seems that the connection I created, which is an Oracle JDBC connection, in BI4.1 SP03 universe designer is somehow not compatible with IDT test although the JDBC connection works in BI Launchpad and in Webi rich client.
The workaround is to delete this problem JDBC connection IDT does not like, and recreate it in IDT instead of universe designer.  After that, this recreated JDBC connection works successfully on both universe designer and IDT connection test.
    Hope this helps,
    Jin-Chong

    2. Default alias of the system exists.
    3. DQE connection failed. The system is currently being loaded. Please wait and try again.

  • LDAP over SSL gives an error when testing connection in RPD

    Hello all,

Now when I change the port number and check SSL and I check the connection again it says:

You have not followed the instructions I gave. As I've said in previous
posts, the way you've got this template configured is never going to work
as it is configured to build the subject information from AD and one of the
attributes being included in the Subject Alternative Name is the DNS. Since
you're using a user account to request the certificate when it attempts to
build the subject alternative name it is trying to add the user's DNS name.
A user account does not have a DNS name.
I would suggest that you delete any custom templates you've already created
and start over again. As per one of my previous posts:
    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff625722%28v=ws.10%29.aspx
Follow the instructions in the Using the Certificate Enrollment wizard with
    an enterprise CA section.
If you don't follow the instructions I've given you, I can't help you.

You have to install Integration tool first and then the DB. Try this , via sql take all the companies offline and refresh your SAP B1 login. The companies will not be visible. Restart integration services. Make the companies Online.
In the SAP DB change the B1i password. It should be same as the B1i admin password.
Go to SLD, change B1user password.
    Logout
    Refresh Integration service.
    Check the SLD connection.

    HI
    In JDeveloper 10.1.3.1.0,
    1. Click on the tab for the Connections navigator.
    2. Right click on Application Server and select New Application Server Connection.
    3. Enter a descriptive name for the new connection, and select the appropriate connection type from the drop down list. Click Next.
    4. Specify oc4jadmin for User Name, then enter the oc4jadmin password. Click Next.
    5. Select Single Instance for Connect To, then provide the host name where BPEL is installed, the OPMN port number, and the OC4J instance name (the default for 10.1.3.1 is oc4j_soa). Click Next.
    6. Click Test Connection. If you have been successful, you should see "Success!"
    7. Now, right click on Integration Server and select New Integration Server Connection.
    8. Specify a connection name and click Next.
    9. In the drop down list by Application Server, select the Application Server Connection you just created. Again, specify the host name where BPEL is installed and the port number. This port number will be the same that you specified for the Integration Server Connection to the home OC4J container. Click Next.
    10. Test the connection. You should see something like:
    Application Server: OK
    BPEL Process Manager Server: OK
    ESB Server: OK
    11. Now, return to the Applications navigator, and try to redeploy your process using the Integration Server Connection just created. (It is possible that you will have to close JDeveloper and then reopen it for this to work.)
