5800XM freezes during the call

Hi,
I have had 2 times issue that phone screen freezes during call. No keys helped, but ON/OFFswitch. Updated to last version of v40.0.005.
Don't remember the exact conditions or sequece of actions, just got unpleasant case.
I noticed also that batteryindicator showed 1 stripe of battery. After restart , the battery was full. Is this expected action for this phone? Should Itake it back to service?
My phone is used ~1 week, so there can't be any issues caused by wrong usage.

It's verry tempting to make you do a soft reset as it often clear out glitches, but it might as well be a faulty fw install, sou you will need to reflash.
When did the issues occure? -After installing some apps, or doing something with the simcard, memorycard etc?
It's likely that a nokia care point would just reflash and reset it, so you could do that your self.
Back up your content with pc suite and diall *#7370# and security code 12345. Then perform a format of the memorycard (back up music and pics if you have any) . Maybe go for a reflash to if you have the possibility.
If this does not help, and it freezes more often - you should take it to a Nokia care point and tell them what you have done, and let them look at it. Might be a faulty memorycard, but it could be something else that's hard to know about - especially for us who cannot see the phone.

No, there isn't any setting that you are missing. Have you tried force closing FaceTime, and resetting your iPad?
In order to close FaceTime, you have to drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
If that does not make a difference, you could try resetting all settings, if you reset all settings you will have to enter all of the device preferences again in the settings app. That takes some time to accomplish, but you will not lose my data, media, apps or anything like that. Settings>General>Reset>Reset all settings.
If that doesn't help, the next step would be to restore the iOS software. Backup your iPad first, restore the iOS, then restore the backup.

When making or receiving calls on my iPhone 4, I can hear the person on the other end, but they can't hear me. This happens most of the time, but occaisionally, it works! Sometimes it starts during the call...Can you help me?

Problem:
Videos, memos and other sound microphone using applications work without any problem. It just appears when calling or being called. Sometimes it starts during the call.
Situation:
I sent my damaged IPhone 4 to apple for reparation. I bought it for 180 € + 20 € for my retailer.
Some calls later this problem started (only at the new or repaired IPhone). My 3 month warranty is almost over (4 weeks left)
Steps to solve the problem:
- rebootet the IPhone several times
- made a backup (iCloud and ITunes) and recovered it again
- I set back all settings to standard.
--> Nothing changed
Then I went to my retailer, who sent it to Apple, but I just received a sheet of paper where they said, they did nothing.
Surprisingly the problem still exists. Started at the second call I received. Now the warranty time is going to run out in 4 weeks.
Open Questions:
What else can I do? I have a not working IPhone and nobody want's to help me ?!? I feel lost and disappointed. Do they want to cheat me, so my warranty runs out? Thanks for any help

Decision popup on click of a custom toolbar button during the call

Hi,
I created a custom button in the CTI toolbar to open up a decision popup. The popup opens fine when i am not in the call whereas if i am in a call the popup doesn't open.
Is this the standard behaviour? If that is the case is there any workaround to open a popup during the call?

Im from argentina and i got a problem with my earphone of the iphone 4s when i make a call i earphone or speaker make and strange noise or like an interference during the call and when i finish the call still doing the same noise and i dont know why?

This is a common problem with iPhone 4s (and IOS 5) There isn't ' anything you can do about it, so you're best bet is to go down to the store and get an exchange. If you have an older iPhone (3gs/4) roll back your update from IOS 5 to IOS 4.

always when any message comes or alarm is set upetc and I am having a phonecall at this moment, always all these sounds are disturbingme during this call. And the biggest problem is to finish the call then – i cantclick on „Finish“ because of previously incoming notifications shown on thescreen. How to solve this situation? The file is not being read by the programmer.
The problem seems to be coming when the code tries to return from an ejb call A hashtable is returned while coming back. In this hashtable, the data is present in the form of XML DOM Object(oracle implmentation, because oracle xml development kit is used). I think this exception is coming when EJB tries to serialise the object to send it back.
So, this exception is compeletely stemming from internal classes of Oracle
The code is part of a web project.

Sending data during the call with java enabled mobile devices

this is the problem :
i have 2 mobile phone with java enabled os , i want to call (dial) from phone1 to phone2 with java code , (this will be done by platformRequest("tell:123456"))
AND then i want to for example press key '1' in phone1 during the call some program send this key to phone2 and in phone2 i want to switch this key and understand that was key '1' ...
how can i send this data for example a key pressed event to another phone with J2ME ???
i am developing it with netbeans Mobile Application by the way ...
could you please tell me your opinion and help me in this ,

Let us know how you go as i'm having the same issue also. I upgraded to yosemite and itunes 12 at the same time and thought the OS upgrade was the issue. I downgraded back to Mavericks again (for lots of reasons i won't go in to here) thinking this would fix the problem but it didn't.
When i play any video content from itunes 12 in full screen goes dark once the controls fade away. QT, appletv or anything else plays them perfectly, as per itunes 11!

maybe something is wrong with your install or your computers hardware as in a periodic defect

Everytime I try to sync my ipod touch it freezes during the backup portion. Not sure what to do

Go to preferences, devices, and prevent it from syncing automatically.
Disable any and all security/antivirus programs on your computer, restart it, and try to sync it again.
They are most likely interfering with iTunes.
If this does not work, create another user for your computer (as an Administrator), and try to sync your ipod on that user.

this has been going for some time now, i reported this with Skype's second tier level support at [e-mail removed for privacy and security], i was being told that the DEVs will implement this very soon, this was May and August, YET this feature is not back.
Can someone else email them there please? They are nice answeering back but not much done for this since 5 months+.
I think is one of the MOST USEFUL FEATURES to have, that is when you call that in the window you will display call costs!
I recently upgraded to the very latest 6.20.0.104 yet the feature is not YET back!
I am quite disappointed and i think it's a technique so that people will not see what they are spending during the calls!
Anyone with me? Let's keep this thread active until someone at Skype does something!

It also annoys me that the call credit is no longer shown during calls. This was a helpful feature in a previous version of Skype, especially when overseas or when calling mobile numbers. As I top up the credit manually, its handy to know when one is reaching $0.00 while a call is in progress.
