Touch point of TouchEvent has a little error in MS Surface Pro

hi,
i am working 'flash develop' on the surface pro which is released by Microsoft. it has touch screen.
and.... there is a issue.
the issue is about touch Event.
touch point is inaccurate.
the MS Surface's resolution is 1920x1080. but check to flash.system.Capabilities.screenResolution Method, resolution is 1376x774.
so i think that touch position is error.
in order to resolve this issue what can i do.

Small Little Error which I cannot crack

Hi guys
t only allows me to insert a maximum character length of 30000 characters. Therefore I am only pasting the error
Error(105,43): PLS-00103: Encountered the symbol ";" when expecting one of the following: loop
The error occurs specifically from the start of the SELECT STATEMENT.
I am just wondering...what does this error mean? Is there something obvious I am missing? Thanks

Easy little error

NullRepaintManager is a class i made that has a static method:

in another class, i say:
NullRepaintManager.install();
but it gives me this error:

Yep it's that line because it can't be used in the context where you put it. So if you don't want to show us that context then, fine.

Error while working with Calendar component

Hello there,
I am receiving the following error whenever I want to modify data via a web form created with VWP and Netbeans 6.0. (The error text is as follows �form1:printEingDruck: An error occurred when processing your submitted information.�)
The error seems to be caused by the Calendar components placed on the form. They are bound to date-Fields in a MySQL database.
Maybe someone can help me find and fix this error, because the error message doesn't provide me any clue what could be wrong.

WHERE ARE MY TABS???? - XPCOM error!!!

PLEASE HELP!!!!!
FIREFOX has deleted ALL my TABS. That is A LONG YEAR OF RESEARCH LOST for trusting this bunch of amateurs who have no clue as to how to run a company and offer NO customer service whatsoever!!!
I tried renaming the sessionstore.bak to sessionstore.js as I read here in the forums, and the right-clicked on sessionstore.js > Properties > Previous Versions, but it didn't work, the about:sessionstore.js is empty!!!
One thing that I notice is that my system has only saved VERY OLD PREVIOUS VERSIONS, but 2014 and even 2011!!!!
Then i did a system restore to the closed point - two weeks ago, which is FAR TOO OLD, but better than nothing.
Now Firefox DOES NOT START. It gives me a little error message saying that "Couldn't load XPCOM."
Rather than constantly making USELESS updates to Firefox and forcing my computer to take them on every restart, Mozilla SHOULD spend some resources on debugging and customer services!!!!

* look into the sessionstore-backups folder and sort its contents by date. copy the newest file, put it directly into the profile folder, rename it to replace the sessionstore.js file and try if you can get the old session restored when you open the browser. if not close firefox and try it with the next file from sessionstore-backups & so on...

Consuming a web service in ABAP exception and error

Hi experts,
I have succesfully implemented this example web service http://www.webservicex.net/airport.asmx?WSDL from http://www.webservicex.net/airport.asmx and everything works perfect so I know it is possible.
But my requirement is to implement the following web service: http://ws1.webservices.nl/business/soap_doclit?wsdl it is a document/literal soap web service and WS-I Basic Profile 1.0 compliant. When I try to create a proxy object I get the following errors:
- Exception occurred in library handler
- Incorrect value: Unknown Namespace http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl
I already found that library handler exception might have something to do with http bindings, I found note 1403271 but as my system is running on release 702 level 0008 this note is obsolete.
Now 2nd error, incorrect value I don't really understand.. I also think the web service is SOAP 1.1 and not 1.2 because that should also give problems according to this topic: Proxy object to consume web service - can anyone verify to be sure? I'm not that familiar with WSDL files but does anyone know what I can test and what I can remove from the web service?

There are also other versions such as RPC/Encoded and one without a header but ALL versions give the exact same error.

just after the first line <xml> you should have

followed by the namespaces related to your web service if required.
SAP does all the job (generate the web service client) but any very little error in the file (or element not recognized) leads to this message "exception occurred in library handler" and it is not easy to know exactly what is the error...

New PC with ADE 4 activated with existing adobe ID, all books won't open with Error! Check Activation

I have recently bought a new PC with windows 7 and have installed Adobe Digital Editions v4.0.3
I authorized the computer using my existing adobe ID, the same one used on my old PC that ran windows XP.
I cannot seem to open any ebooks (files with the .acsm extension) or add them to the library. I get this unhelpful little error dialog:
Error! Check Activation.
I have tried to deactivate the computer (in order to retry activation), but that fails too with the error:
Unable to Erase Authorization. Please try after some time.
Please Adobe.... why does nothing work????

Ok so, I finally managed to remove the failed activation and then I reactivated after which I could read the ebook.
I used this method here: I can't de authorize my computer. It just keeps saying to try again later.
to deactivate, and then repeated the activation process.
Adobe, surely many many people have this problem with a new install, and to have to resort to editing the registry in order to fix it is just madness.
Why does the activation fail the first time, and why then does deactivation also fail? PLEASE FIX YOUR PRODUCTS.

Best error handling for visa calls?

We are using some handlers we've devloped for power supply handling (over GPIB). The power supplies are SCPI and use SCPI/GPIB commands. The handlers use the NI visa api's Read() and Write() functions to send the commands. They work fine, for the most part, and we've been using them for a number of years.
However, we're hearing reports that there may have been a few times that commands were not executed on the power supply and our handler did not report back any error.
So, I'm trying to update these handlers to add a little error checking to make them more robust and hopefully we'll catch this error if it happens again.
For error handling, I've come up with 3 solutions and tried all 3. I find some benefits and drawbacks with each and hoped I could get your opinions about error handling as I'm not overly familiar with some of the methods.
Method 1:
Set the Event Status Enable register to catch all events (or all that I care about).
Read status byte (STB?) after each command and check the event bit and then event status bit if event bit set.
Drawback1: I have one power supply that does not implement this correctly and a second type that appears to not be working correctly either.
Drawback2: Errors are generic. I'll know if I got, for example, a DDE (Device Dependant Error), but I won't know more detail than that.
Method 2:
After each command sent, read the error queue with the System:Error? query.
Drawback: It seems I get a lot of messages back in this method that aren't real errors. It's very "noisy" and I have no way to distinguish real errors from "noise" messages like "query interrupted" and such.
Method 3:
Check the return code of the Visa Read() and Write() commands. At first I didn't think this was very robust, but after seeing the list of errors here, I'm beginning to think that these might be more robust and detailed than Method 1. However, I'm not sure.
So is method 3 as robust as it looks, or is there a combination/comprimise I can make, or another method I did not mention which is best to trap errors from Visa Reads/Writes to these GPIB power supplies? Keep in mind that the handlers work for a number of different power supplies and its likely that some things may be implemented differently between supplies....so its best to stick with somethind standard that will work on all power supplies.

Error during install 0MATERIAL from Business Content in BI 7.0

Hi,
We have a new BI 7.0 system, and I am in process of activating few InfoObjects. Many InfoObjects are activated successfully. I am facing problem with 0MATERIAL. I made multiple attempts. The error message is:
Table Type /BI0/WMMATERIAL could not be activated
Table Type /BI0/WPMATERIAL could not be activated
I am at BI 7.0 SP 18 and Business Content 7.3 SP 11
Please help.

Producer/ Consumer Design error?

I am learning labview as I go and little errors keep stumping me. I set up the producer/consumer design and it reads the two while loops like I want. However, when I stop the program to save it to the write to measure it gives me an error saying invalid input and highlights the dequeue. I have to queues running (one for a button and one for data) and they both do this. I tried connecting it different ways but its always the same error. Any ideas?

It is always a good way to use a try / catch to catch at least the SqlException, SmoException and Exception errors.

Maybe it could help you to solve your problem.
Don't forget that when you are using the Server class , all the methods of this class are relying on the SqlClient namespace including the classes SqlConnection , SqlException or SqlCommand ( it is why to trap the SqlException errors is always useful )

ExecuteUpdate error

Im having a stupid little error and cant see what it is that is causing it. Im trying to set up an admin to allow user to update values in the DB of an application. However, I was using the executeQuery statement and getting the NoResultSet found error.
I then realised I needed the executeUpdate(). I tried it but getting the following error:

My problem i currently own a home pc and a laptop, both are windows xp operating systems, and i have just recently purchased a Nokia N-Gage mobile telephone, i have found out on the nokia N-Gage site that the pc software suite which allows me to exchange data between all three units can only be accessed by bluetooth, which is fine i suppose but i have tried in vain but have got nowhere, so as a last resort i telephoned Nokia and explained my situation and the young lady told me to go into my bluetooth places and from there we will try to get the units to talk to each other and when we tried to get them to see each other it came up with an error saying that Com port 0 is configured but the lady on the phone said that is wrong and i told her that it also came up with an error saying that it is not able to begin infra red because it may be in use by another application, and so she explained that i neede to get in touch with MSI concerning the problem and how i could correct it, but when i have looked at the email they have returned back to me, they have sent me to this forum, and hopefully maybe someone in the forum has had this problem and i would like to be able to sort htis little error out.

Do both your pc and laptop have bluetooth?
PC suite also usable with infa red or by cable connection if you buy the cable to connect your phone to the pc/laptop.
Laptop may have infa red port but pc won't unless you buy one
