A million pound fine for EE has not made any difference

 EE were recently fined 1 million pounds for their poor handling of customer complaints. It doesn't seem to have had any effect. I have been the victim of identity fraud with someone buying a  phone using my bank account details but delivered to an address in Birnmingham 42 miles away from where EE send me my bills. Even though EE acknowledge they know I have been the victim of fraud they  have now passed my contact details to Buchanan Clark and Wellsa debt collection agency who say I owe EE/T-Mobile over £80. It is now over two months since I was told that the EE fraud dept would contact me but I stiill haven't heard from them. The details of the case are below..
 What is equally annoying is that within a few days I will get a response from a moderator at EE to this post to suggest  I contact customer services and that I should  flag this up as an acceptable solution. I don't seem to have the facility to say that It is a far from acceptable solution. EE contacted me on the 6th of June to say they suspected fraudulent  activity on my account. On the 19th of June my bank account was debited for £38.01 by an EE direct debit. I was unable to check my account until the 23rd of June when I notified EE (and my bank) of the fraudulent payment. They told me the Fraud Team would speak to me within 72 hours. The following day a delivery company phoned my son’s mobile to say they were unable to deliver an item of high value to an address in Birmingham which we have no connection with. I have never used my son's phone but I used to pay for it some years ago. This suggests to me that the fraudster has a connection to EE/Orange. Again I notified EE.  I phoned again on the 29th of June to point out that the Fraud Team had still not been in touch and was told they would speak to me  within a few days.  I phoned again on the 3rd of July to register a complaint and was told I would be contacted by the Fraud Team within 7 days. I rang the Complaints department again on the 13th of July to be told for the first that the fraud dept  required a recent bank statement but it wasn’t explained why no one from EE had ever asked me for one.  I sent the recent statement that showed the fraudulent payment on the same day. I phoned the Complaints dept again (25th of July) but was only told that the Fraud dept were looking into it and would 'hopefully' be in touch.

The advice comes from a collection of advice across the forum that has worked for others, so based on this it's hard to say what that means. I guess it's a bad sign if it isn't listed there, as that means the player hasn't been detected.
Out of interest, are there any listed that feature "MTP" in the name?

    Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
    Then restart your iPad.
    See if that makes a difference.

  • Payment Run Error Message - Min amount for pymt has not been reached

    Dear Forum,
    The users are trying to create the payment run and in case of one of the Vendors, the amount is very small - SGD 3.00. In case of this Vendor the system is giving the error message "Minimum amount for payment has not been reached". When we look at the Payment Method in FBZP we find that the minimum amount defined is SGD 1. Even then the system is giving the error message. What else needs to be checked? Would appreciate your help.

    paying company code and then payment method in in company code....refer both places

    I don't understand your last paragraph.
    "The home page also has a full bar ..." What does "full bar" mean? " ... instead of the tray it had before."  What does "tray" mean?
    Anyway, you might try Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout
    I guess that cannot make things any worse.

    This is EXACTLY what happened to me and many others. Tech support returned most of my money but not all of it. Figure that one out! It is clear no music is downloaded (or in queue), it is clear an unknown error message is produced, and it is clear we, the consumer, are still being charged anyway. Will Apple require a credit card from its customers and alienate those that do not wish to use a credit card? Will Apple insult its customers and make silly suggestions such as 'Use an iTunes gift card' in much the same way a forum moderator has already recommended?
    I have an idea: Acknowledge the problem publicly (via email, for example) and fix it in a future update. Customers will be more understanding if they know there is a temporary problem and Apple is working hard to fix it. Oh, and return our money, please!

    iTunes for IOS does not display any content in any section (other than Genius tab).
    NB: I am signed in with my Apple ID & have an Internet connection.
    On selecting say the "Music" tab the display briefly say's "Loading ...", but nothing displays, just a white screen.
    I have tried signing out of iTunes & re-setting the iPad, but this does not fix the problem.

    Hello Colleagues,
    i want to install an Microsoft JDBC 1.1 driver for the JDBC Adapter Engine.
    After modifying the "aii_af_jmsproviderlib.sda" with required informations and adding "sgljdbc.jar" file i tryed to import the sda archive file at SDM but i got following error:
    SDM has not calculated any deployment actions.
    Possible reasons.
    All selected archives have already been deployed before in the same or in a higher version.
    I found an import under SDM Repository "com.sap.aii.af.imsproviderlib 3.0.320040609110635.0000"
    What is to do?
    Perhaps new version? How can i do it?

    Hi Chilla,
    the problem was related to a not correct selected radio button during SDM deployment.
    You have to slect "Update deployed SDAs/SCAs that have any version" under tab "Deployment" during deplyoment.

  • Content has not sent any info back to the LMS after the LMSInitialise

    We created a content piece with Cpativate 3 and it looks like
    the content has not sent any info back to the LMS after the
    LMSInitialise. So as per the SCORM standards, the LMS marks it as
    complete when the player window closes.
    The content needs to send back a status of incomplete as soon
    as it has done the LMSInitialise. The lesson_status = incomplete
    was sent by the LMS to the content, not the other way round.
    Is this because the content was delaying sending back a
    lesson_status of incomplete to the LMS, so the LMS was just marking
    it as complete if the content was closed too early.
    If anyone has had a similar issue like this and discovered a
    fix, please let me know.

    back to me that they have experienced problems before using
    Captivate. I am currently trying a few different settings to see if

    Hi, I've created a number of folios which are currently being shared with my clients via Content Viewer. The folios regularly show an "update available" message even when I've not made any update. Can anyone tell me why this happens?

    Yes, this is a fully paid up account and we are using the Adobe content viewer from the app store. No we do not use any 3rd party software. All folios are created in in-design and uploaded via the folio builder panel within in-design. As far as I'm aware this has happened since we started using DPS about a year ago. We are not hitting the update folio button within in-design, therefore they should not be saying update available.
    Attached is a screen shot showing the online folio builder panel today, as you can see all publication dates are today. Should we be locking these folios?
    I should also mention when we open in-design all of the folios we have published are still within the folio builder panel (see second screen shot) and being shared.

What's the point of having an iPad if you can't manage it. You get an app you thought you'd like, but don't &amp; now it's taking up space for another app that could be useful, if not better.

    Items showing as in the cloud on app store, do not take up any spce on either your ipad or on your icloud, it is stored in the app store cloud.
    The main reason to not delete is it is the history of what you have purchased, you can hide it from view if you would like.
