A report which could show all contracts where I involved as collaborator,reviewer/manager

Hi,
Is there any standard reports for below? please advise me.
I am looking a report which could show all contracts where I am involved (collaborator, reviewer, Manager…).
That is if I run a report which could show all contracts where I am involved as collaborator/ reviewer/ Manager.

Hi Jaheer,
"My Master Agreements and Contract Documents" shows only the master agreements and the related contract to the documents you are a collaborator (owner, collaborator, reviewer, etc.). Does this report fulfill your requirements? If not, I think the best you can do is dupplicate the query and update it as required.

BI publisher report is not showing all the data

Hi All,
I have created a report using BI Publisher in R12. The report is not showing all the records.
I have checked the result XML it is also not having all the data. My query returns 846 rows but my report only has 662 rows.
what might be the issue.please give me some idea to resolve this issue.

ALV GRID Report is not showing all records which is in internal table

hi all,
have one doubt. please clarify me. ALV Report is working fine since long tiem. But suddenly this report is showing few records only for the given input.   Example:   it_main table have 50 records, but output is showing only 10 records only. (we have not made any modifications in this report).
temporarily i have given excel output file from it_main table. excel file is showing all records.
here it_main have all the records. but output is showing few records only. it is not showing any error. i have tested with REUSE_ALV_LIST_DISPLAY function also. but it also showing same results(few records only.)
please give me some idea.

Report : How to show all the reports in Content Management

Hi,
Can anyone tell me how I can show the "Resource Locks" Report in Portal.
I can see 4 reports through Content Management -> Reports i.e. Approval Maintenance, Link Consistency, Resource Statistics, Time-based publishing.
If I want to add more reports over here than "How I can achieve it".
Also I have seen the settings System Administration -> System Configuration -> KM -> CM -> Repository Managers -> Reporting Repository
But here I find no combo box for Active Reports, so from where I can activate the reports and show them in Content Management -> Reports
Please help me.

Are you talkign about the report which give you details of which Portal Objects are currently locked?
If yes, then you can go to System Adminitrator > Monitoring > Object Locking

The database migration report don't show all the erros at creation time

I'm using omwb to migrate a sql server database, i realize that at creation of oracle model there are few stored procedures that was not created.. those object doesn't appear in the Errors_and_Warnings_report.htm but in the logs. My question is why the report don't show those objects?
Another question: how to list the objects that the tool was unable to create in the oracle model?

Are the stored procedures that were not created, but were not in the in the Errors_and_Warnings report, visible in oracle, i.e. is the text available in Oracle? If so, it would be easy to compile all the objects in your schema and do a select to see which stored procedures were invalid.

Reports in GC: show all users with status != 'OPEN' (locked users)

Hello,
I would like to create a report in GC which shows all users of a given database with status != 'OPEN'.
To create a report is not the problem - but which view/table of the GC repository contains the needed information about the status of the database users?
I've already looked through alot of the mgmt$... views - but didn't find any information about the user status...
Any help will be appreciated...

The reports of the GC are using the repository of the GC. Therefore you will only find the users of that repository in sys.dba_users. What I need are the users of a database which is monitored through an agent of the GC.

Crystal report paramater not showing all document number in parameter

Hi,
Customer is using Crystal report 2008 add on. The DO is having Doc Number in crystal report parameter. Eg DO in system had reached #1000 but it crystal report parameter user can only view DO up to 800. Is there any limitation in Crystal parameter if the records are many? How to resolve?

DO=Delivery Order in Sales A/R module.
Customer is using Crystal report to print Delivery Order. DO DocNum is parameter in Crystal report for user to select which DO to print out but the selection list did not show all DO No.
I saw similar question in forum. I had added "MaxRowsetRecords" ='99999999' into registry but the parameter still doesn't show all the DONo.
I am using Type=REG_DWORD, value data=99999999 in registry and in crystal report the DocNum parameter is having "Dynamic" type.
Don't know whether the setting is correct. Sorry I am not a Tech guy.

I don't believe there is a standard SAP report that does this.
But,...
You can see all the customer text types (Customer SD) using transaction VOTX.
Table TTXID contains the same info using Text Object "KNVV".
If you decide to have a custom ABAP developed use function READ_TEXT. SE37 can be used to validate a test.

Incomplete Data on report (report does not show all records from the table)

I have problem with CR XI, I'm running the same report on the same data with simple select all records from the table (no sorting, no grouping, no filters)
Sometimes report shows me all records sometimes not. Mostly not all records on the report. When report incomplete sometimes it shows different number of records.
I'm using CR XI runtime on Windows Server 2003

Sorry Alexander. I missed the last line where you clearly say it is runtime.
A few more questions:
- Which CR SDK are you using? The Report Designer Component or the CR assemblies for .NET?
- What is the exact version of CR you are using (from help | about)
- What CR Service Pack are you on?
And a troubleshooting suggestion:
Since this works on some machines, it will be a good idea to compare all the runtime (both CR and non CR) being loaded on a working and non working machines.

How to create a report which will show us the hierarchical stucture

I am using financial reporting studio for reports.
I have a planning appliaction. And i used Zones as the Entity Dimension.
Now I am trying to create a report for users to see my entity dimension hierarchy.
Something like Zones
East
West
North
South
I am able to generate the report but the hierarchy of the Zones does not show up..
Can anybody advice if there is a option in Financial Reporting to make the hierarchy structure more visible by adding proper indentation between the parent and the child?..
And yes i have used a prompt for the Entity in the report....

Crystal report-can not show all subreport records in main report.

I have a mian report (summary) which link to a subreport (details). when I preview that subreport, I have 100 records inside. but, when I preview with main report, only first part of records displayed (first 60 of subreport records).
I took out the link between main and subreport but the result still same.
Anyone can help? it is weird.....

I am not able to replicate the problem u r facing.I created a report with Group on country and added a subreport in the Group Footer. My subrepor has more than 270 records. I'm able to see all of them. They are spread across pages.
Please check whether records are spread across pages or the link between Main Report and Subreport is filtering out some records. Other than these two things I dont see any other reason for records being truncated.

In a capital budget expenditure report we made changes and they were working (the structure is Projects contains many WBS elements) fine upto quality. when it is moved to production it is just showing only Projects not WBS elements which are exising under projects. Please advise.

Try if running this SQL query from the CLI helps you, it should list all DN's that have CFA enabled to VM or a DN:
