About MB90 output message

How can i check which program or userexit or sapscripts form to be used. Becasue now when i use mb90 to print the material doc. Some of plant are cannot show the layout. I believe that somewhere must have logic to filter which plant to display which sapscript form. Thanks!

Hi u can use NACE tcode to know the program and script anme. There u find the corresponding formname and modify accordingly.

  • How to view Output Messages in the LabWindows UI?

In my LabWindows/CVI I would like to view the output messages that are sent from sequences:
    "RunState.Engine.NewOutputMessage(Parameters.Message).Post()"
I thought there might be a TS UI Control like the one in the sequence editor called Output - but I can't find one.
So far I have managed to catch the message type (TS_UIMsg_OutputMessages) but I can't actually get the string from the event.
Does anyone have an example of doing this?
    Thanks,
    Ronnie
    TestStand 4.2.1, LabVIEW 2009, LabWindows/CVI 2009

Ok, let me see if I can explain how to do it more clearly then.
    1) Create a new OutputMessages collection using TS_EngineNewOutputMessages(). This collection will store your own private copy of the output messages. You can hold onto and add to this collection if you want to store them. If not you can just close the handle to free it once you are done with it.
    2) When you get the UIMessage you need to get the ActiveXData property of it. I think the CVI function should be called something like TS_UIMessageGetActiveXData(). The CAObjHandle you get back from this function is a different OutputMessages object that you should NOT hold onto (because of multithreading reasons), you should instead close the handle before returning back from your UIMessage handler. Before doing that though, you should use the TS_OutputMessagesCopyMessagesToCollection method to copy the messages from this OutputMessages object to the new one you created in step 1) above (i.e. you are making your own private copy of the messages and leaving the ones in the UIMessage unchanged (again, it is for multithreading reasons that it must be done this way to avoid race conditions).
    3) You now have a copy of the output messages from the event in your own private OutputMessages collection that you created in step 1) above. You can now access it to get the info for the output messages.  You can get the number of items it contains (and it might contain more than one), by using the TS_OutputMessagesGetItem() function and using CA_VariantInt(index) to package the integer that you pass for the index parameter.
    4) Getting the item gives you an OutputMessage object (notice no plural). You can get information about the output message using the methods and properties of the OutputMessage class (see the online help for more info). There is more to an output message than just the message text. There is also a timestamp, category, location, icon, id, severity, color, etc.
If you need more information please let us know specifically what you are having trouble with or need more information about.
    Hope this helps,

  • User cannot receive External Send Output Message manually - ME22N

    Hi Guru's
I have the following issue, once a User has saved the PO he wants to receive this PO to his email. He goes to "Messages" and selects Medium 5 "External Send" and in Partner he types his User ID in order to receive it.
He is not receiving any emails and the status in Further Data is "2 incorrectly processed". When he types another User ID, this User does receive the email. Is there anything else I need to configure to this User ID so he can received this Output Messages? He is the only User that cannot receive these Output Messages.
    Regards

    Problem Solved!!
I enter to table USR21 (Assign user name address key) and realized User ID did not exist. So I enter to table ADR6 (E-Mail Addresses)  and noticed it was a totally different User. I enter to table LFA1 (Vendor Master) and there was information about this User.
This left me to one conclusion...This had nothing to do with the User ID
The Client in the past created Vendors (MK01) has "Buyers". So when the Buyer wanted to send any PO to his email he just went to "Messages" and selected Output Type "NEU" / Medium 5 "External send" / Partner "Vendor#" = Buyer.
I enter to MK02 and typed the Vendor# they gave him, in "General Data" check only "Address" and press ENTER, updated the email in the field and selected INT E-mail in "Standard Comm Mtd" and problem solved.
Thank you all for your help
    Best Regards!!

  • Intercompany with billing output message creates goods entries lock Purch O

    Hi Experts,
we have a problem in an Intercompany flow.
From each SD Invoice, an output message is triggered. This output message creates a goods entry of the related purchase order related using a batch input.
There are many SD invoices related with the same purchase order.
The problem happens when many output messages were processed in a massive way though a job of report RSBDCSUB.
More that one SD invoice will create goods entries related with the same purchase order and sometimes at the same time.
The result was that some goods entries aren't created because the purchase order is locked by one of the previous process of the same purchase order.
We have as a workaround to re-process the batch inputs wrong, but we want to avoid this re-processing.
is there any solution for this process? do we change the process and use IDOCs or BAPIs?
    thanks in advance,

  • Output message ME29N

    Hi,
I am trying to cancel an output message for a Purchase Order based on some rules, when releasing (ME29N). Does anyone have any clue about that? I've got break points at the Requirement and at the Program FM06AEND form CHANGE_FLAG in the ouput types for PO on transaction NACE.
I only need to set the message output to not be sent if a special condition applies.
    Thanks,

    Hi,
I've found out how to do that!
Code in Requirement 902 (Custom Requirement)
To not process the output message set sy-subrc = 4.
Put the same code in Kobed and Kobev FORM.
    FORM kobed_902.
      IF NOT lv_cancel_output IS INITIAL.
        sy-subrc = 4.
        EXIT.
      ELSE.

  • Inventory Management output message

    Hi Experts
Currently the output types WE03 & WLB1 is used for plant A with respective logo (smartform).
When rolling out to plant B, (required different logo), inorder to differentiate the output type by plant, should i custom the Table 072 ?
As currently table 072 is Trans/Event Key/Version/print item and if I just create a new output type for this same table in material document for the plant B, both output messages being displayed.
    Please advise
    MM

    Hi
I understood can create another output type and assign the new form to it.
When want to print the mat doc through MB90,  both of output types been displayed for both plants and user required to choose manually the correct output type.
I want to make it automatic through config. As currently Table 072 is acces sequence by Trans Even Key/Print Version/ID not seperated by Plant. Thats why wonder whether should be created new custom table  and create a new sequence.

  • Output Message Setup for Material Document

    Hi,
Can you guide me on setting the default output message for 101 Documents.
    Regards
    Shankar

    Hi,
PRINT OUT OF MATERIAL DOCUMENT :
    1. Maintain the Printer Name in SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Gen Settings->Printer Setting
    2. Ensured in SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Gen Settings->Item Print Indicator, 1 stands for Matl Doc print out
    3. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Gen Settings->Print Version, maintain Print Version 2
    4. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Maintain Print Indicator
    5. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Output Determination->Maintain Output Types, for the Output types WE01, WE02 and WE03, ensure the foll:
    a. Default Values: Dispatch Time is 3 or 4 as per reqmt. and Tr medium is 1
    b. Print Parameter is 7
    6. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Output Determination->Printer Det->Pr Det by Pl/StoLoc, maintain the Output device for all your Plants
    7. In MN21, for Tr Type WE, Print Version 3, maintain Print Item as 1.(Condition records)
    8. While doing MIGO, ensured that in General Tab, you get "3 Collective Slip" beside the Print Indicator and you tick mark the field.
Now go to MB90 entered the output type as WE01, Tr m as 1, Sort or. 01, Pro.mode as 01, and executed. Sytem outputted all the material documents that has to be taken print out.

  • Output message for invoice reduction

  • Manually create an output message for GRs

Is it possible to manually create an output message for a GR that has never been printed?  There was an issue with our output determination and we have a GR that never had a message created when saved so I can't use MB90 to print it.  The problem with the output determination settings has since been resolved; however we need to find a way to print this GR.  Is there a manual procedure?
    Thanks!

    Hi
You can go to MB02 (material document change), enter material document. Double click on quantity, You can find messages button on the top.assign output and print the same.

  • BAPI to create output messages in material document?

Our stores manager has a list of material documents which require a repeat output. There are far too many for someone to manually go into each document and create a new message in the output options.
Is there a BAPI or transaction which can be used to create output messages for multiple MIGO material documents?
The ones required in this case are WE03 output messages.
    Many thanks
    Karen

Sorry, I should have said that the original documents were printed as WE01 outputs when they should have been WE03. We need to create new messages with WE03 as the type not WE01. Therefore it is not just a repeat output.
Therefore I don't think we can use MB90. Also it doesn't appear to let you enter multiple material documents.
Does anyone else have any ideas.
    Thank you
    Karen

  • Weird output message determination in po

    dear all,
i'm a little confuse about output message determination in PO.
when i create a PO with me21n, i set a vendor and then verify message output determination : a message is generated.
but then, when i modify an item and change po type, which also have an info record, the message generated previously disappear.
the same problem appear with all po type and they all have an info record...
    thank you for helping

    Hi,
The PO type you mean is the document type (NB and all)
makes your message output disappear. The you have condition record maintained for that PO document type.
Go to MN04 select your output type whatever you are getting with the first document type and select key combination, Purchasing outputdetermination : document type and enter the new document type you are using and execute
with other details like function as VN and all as per your requirement.
This is a master data and has to be maintained like material masters and you can decide upon the key combinations and the output trigger methods ( fax, print and all) here.
    Best regards,
    Sridhar.

  • Table  invoices without output messages

    Hi All!
I know that in NAST table I can see the output messages for invoices and from VBRK table I can get all the invoices. But I don't know if there is a table / a field table which tells me if the invoice has not any output message.
I have to create a report with all the invoices for a time period and in this report I should have a field which tells me if the invoice has an RD00 output message.
Any idea about the best solution for this report?
    Thank you.

    Hi,
    check this out
    Message control
Application like PO(purchase order) creation use this technique , where the output type is linked to the application(Message control is a configurable cross application component which can be set in IMG .Such programs are created in the form of function modules and linked to the output type which is linked to the apllication. These have predefined interfaces.
In outbound programs(function module) that use message control the key of the
application document is passed to the function module whcig will read the data from the table depending upon the key passed(NAST structure) and fill the IDOC segemnts with the application data. The control record is also passed to the function module but is not fully filled, the rmaining fields are filled and the control is passed back to the calling program which is RSNASTED and is invoked by the
message control to process ALE and EDI output types and this program on recieving the IDOC data will create the physical IDOC in the system.
The parameteers passed to the function module are
    IMPORTING PARAMETERS
    OBJECT LIKE NAST
    It contains documents key.
    CONTROL_RECORD_IN LIKE EDIDC
It contains the partailly filled control record
    EXPORETING PARAMETER
    OBJECT_TYPE
    CONTROL_RECORD_OUT LIKE EDIDC
    TABLES
    INT_EDID LIKE EDIDD
The internal table used to fill the data records in the same order as they exists in
    the IDOC.
The important parameters that should be filled in the custom function module are
CONTROL_RECORD_OUT and INT_EDIDD .The OBJK field of the structue NAST contains the key of the apllication document.
    ===========================================
Message control and output type. In R/3, message control is a mechanism by which documents are output based on certain selection criteria, requirements, and sequences. Message control determines the type of document, its timing, number, and medium (print, fax, ALE, or EDI.). Outbound messages in SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Materials Management, Purchasing) are created and processed by message control records. The output records are stored in the NAST table.
Message control uses the condition technique. The conditions for creating an output message are stored in condition tables that have selection fields picked from a catalog of application fields/tables. To determine if an application document qualifies for output, search strategies are used through access sequences, output procedures, and requirements. Once a message qualifies for output, message control modules use the parameters set in the condition type or output type to determine the timing of transmission and the medium of the message. The output type also specifies the program or module to be invoked to create the output.
Message/output determinations are concepts applicable not only to EDI and ALE, but also to other output mediums.

  • The problem about Secure Reliable Messaging between WCF and Weblogic

I'm doing a project for testing the interoperability between WCF and Weblogic with secure reliable messaging.
When WCF client talk to Weblogic service with Secure Reliable feature enabled. We got error when CreateSequence, the error message is below:
The incoming message was signed with a token which was different from what used to encrypt the body. This was not expected.
The remote endpoint requested an address for acknowledgements that is not the same as the address for application messages. The channel could not be opened because this is not supported. Ensure the endpoint address used to create the channel is identical to the one the remote endpoint was set up with.
My understanding is that the client accepted the RSTR from weblogic (so both sides now share the secure conversation token) and moved on to CreateSequence (and failed due to config mismatches). But I don't how the error happen and how to get it fixed.

    Hi Michael,
The short answer, at this time, OOTB, WS-RM interop with an unknown
vendor would be doubtful. For a longer answer, David Orchard has a good
review of the emerging web services specs [0]. You might consider ebXML
messaging [1] as a more mature solution.
Thank you Bruce. I will look at these docs.

    Hello,
We have developed an application that is running on the WebLogic AppServer v8.1
    sp1.
Recently we have received a request/query on providing reliable SOAPmessaging
from our application to 3rd party.
I have read the documentation on Reliable messaging support and havenoted that
it is only supported between two WebLogic Application servers.
My questions are, since we do not have control of the 3rd party's application,
and it may not be based on a WebLogic App Server:
    1. Will this work?
    2. Does anyone have any idea of the type of issues that may be experienced?
    3. How close is the implementation to the WS Reliable Messaging specification?
So, if the other party was based on an IBM or Microsoft implementationis this
    likely to work?
It goes without saying that any work done would need to be very throughlytested
    and qualified.
I have looked through the WebLogic Documentation on WebServices aswell as searching
this newgroup for other posts on this topic, hopefully I have not missedanything
    (If so, my apologies.)
    Thanks,

  • Output message can not be created in a PO

    Hi to you all,
Output message can not be created in a PO for a customer. During my tests, the yellow output message was created automatically after I have saved the PO.
I checked ME9F and the table NAST, there is no entry for the PO of the customer. This happens arbitrarily.
Do you know how and why this can happen? Is it a program error or something else?
    Thanks.
    Esra

    Hi Esra,
if I do understand you correctly, when creating the PO the system always finds a message to be created ("yellow" message). But arbitrarily the message cannot be generated in ME9F, correct?
In my view, if the message is always determined correctly in the PO there cannot be any trouble concerning condition records, the error has to occur later in the process.
Are there any error messages in the processing protocol of a message that cannot be created? What happens if you set the transmission time-spot to 4 (immediatelly)?
    Just my 2 cents

  • Purchase Order Output Message

    Hello all,
in a purchase orderI will send out IDOC's. After creating the purchase order a proposal for an output type had been made (checked in analysis, the condition record has been found, but no proposal had been made in the purchase order. After saving the PO there is no record in NAST.
    Has somebody an idea?
    Regards
    Norbert

    hi
You need to do some configuration for this.
    u2022 Goto NACE .
u2022 Select EF and click on OUTPUT TYPES.
u2022 Then select Output Type NEU and click on processing routines .
u2022 In that you have to add a new entry - medium 5 .
u2022 Then you need to assign a program, form routine and form.
u2022 You can use the standard program i.e. SAPFM06P, FORM routine is always ENTRY_NEU and standard MEDRUCK.
u2022 Then in PARTNER FUNCTION you need to add a new entry : medium - 5 and function - VN .
u2022 For subject of the mail goto Mail Title and Texts. In title give PO No. &EKKO-EBELN& .
u2022 Under General data -> Replacement of text symbols give programm as SAPMM06E and Form Routine as TEXT_SYMBOL_REPLACE .
u2022 Now the subject will be PO No. 1800004202.
u2022 You need to maintain your email id in tcode SU01 and also the vendor's email id.
u2022 Now while creating a new purchase order , change the medium to External Send .
u2022 Then goto Communication Method and select CS01 . ALSO make sure that the Cover Page Text has value PO No. &EKKO-EBELN& .
    u2022 Goto tcode ME9F .
    u2022 Execute.
u2022 Select the checkbox and click on Output Message.
u2022 You will get a message MAII 00000000000001 generated .
    u2022 Use note no 191470
