Accounting document Printing

Hi
I am running program (SA38) for printing accounting documents and ledger details using program name
/SMB14/SE38_P001_J03. However on execution, system is throwing a dump saying that the smart form/functional package is not available for printing.  According to my abaper, the smart form (standard) needs to be uploaded.  I searched for a note for this purpose.  Still I am not able to get any help on this.
Please help me to solve this issue.

  • If there is no accounting document; SAP should not allow users to print

    Dear Gurus,
Is there a standard way that,
--if there is no accounting document; SAP should not allow users to print invoice?
    How can I do it?
    Regards,

You can either use Tcode NACE for output procedure pr follow following path in SPRO:
IMG - SD - Basic Functions - Output control - Output Determination - Maintain Output Determination for Billing Documents - Maintain Output Determination Procedure
There for your output procedure used for the desired output type maintain requirement routine as 62 : Billing doc released to acctng.
This requirement is met if the billing document is complete checking the header, pricing, and all items and has already been passed to financial accounting. The requirement also checks that the document is not relevant for an invoice list. This requirement can be assigned to billing document output condition types that should only be processed when the billing document is complete and forwarded to accounting. This requirement can only be used with billing documents.

  • There should be no Printing of Invoice without accounting document

    Dear SAP Champ
I have a requirement from my client side, suppose a billing document have been generated but due to some error in account determination  its accounting documenting has been not generated, in this case my client want to stop the print of such bills, i.e. those bills without any accounting document should not printed. How shall I resolve this issue.
    Thanking you
    Ashish Mishra

    Hi,
    Go to t-code NACE
Select application V3 and click on procedures
Then select your out put procedure and double click on control
Then in front of your output type assign ROUTINE 60 or 62 in requirement column
If the routine 60 or 62 can not fulfill requirement write new routine by VOFM and add your logic and assign same.

  • SD invoice printing - No Accounting Document

    Dear All,
I am working on the version 4.6C
Do you know how to prevent the printing of SD invoices when no accounting document has been generated ?
Our auditors have criticized the fact that our Sales people could send invoices out to customers whereas they have not yet been posted in FI.
Thank you in advance for your replies.
    Kind Regards,
    JB

    Hi,
to meet your requirement please do it this way.
For the inoivce output condition type there will be print program assigned in t.code NACE. Your abaper can easily help you in this. The abaper will insert a piece of code to check whether an accounting document is generated or not for this invoice and only allow printing then.
so please take your abapers help.

  • Link to find Accounting document number from Material document number / PO

    Hi
We are working on a custom report, in which we need to print purchasing details (from EKPO, EKKO & EKBE) as well as accounting details (from BSEG & BKPF). We need to hit BKPF/BSEG with the accounting document number, since it is the only key field (though PO number is there in BKPF, we can not use this because it is not a key field)
My question from which table we get the accounting document number ? We need to provide a link between purchasing & accounting through accounting document number, but how to find the accounting document number. ?
    Thanks
    Venkat.

    Venkat,
I guess you are trying to fetch Accouting Documents for goods receipt against PO.
To do this, you need to look at the PO History table (EKBE) and find out the Corresponding material document (VGABE = 1 for good receipt).
Get the value of BELNR and GJAHR.
Concatenate BELNR and GJAHR into your refernce key (like BKPF-AWKEY).
Then use this key to read table BKPF with the following key
AWTYP = 'MKPF' for Material document
AWKEY = reference key generated above.
AWSYS = the value of the logical system (if used) or blanks
This will get you quicker access as compared to what you've described below. In this case, the system uses a standard SAP Index "Index by application type and key" to fetch the relevant records.
    Hope this helps.

Check SAP Note 894444 - Tool for server-based printing on Windows (SAPSprint) for your requirement,
      Installation
Before you install SAPSprint, delete SAPLPD manually. To do this, you normally need to completely delete the installation directory only. If you installed SAPLPD as a service using the srvany tool, you can remove the service by calling 'Instsrv SAPLPD remove'.
You can download SAPSprint as a self-extracting executable file from SAP Service Marketplace:
    1. Entry by Application Group (on the left)
    2. SAP Frontend Components (on the right)
    3. SAPSPRINT (on the right)
    4. SAPSPRINT <Release> (on the right)
    5. SAPSPRINT <Release> (on the right)
    6. Win32 (on the right)
Start the program. After you enter the installation path, the system prompts you to enter the TCP/IP port.
Normally, the default setting of 515 is suitable for the port. You should only change this setting if the Windows TCP/IP print service is also running on the computer. The SAPSprint Windows service starts as soon as the installation is over.
We recommend that you set up the following options for the service in the Windows Service Control Manager:
The service should run under a domain user that has the relevant authorizations for the required printers. After the installation, the service runs under "Local system account". This can access locally-defined printers only. You can set the user in the Windows Service Control Manager, in the options of the SAPSprint service.
If you want to delete SAPSprint, you can do so using the normal Windows uninstall tool.
We recommend that you install the SAPSprint service on a separate computer and not together with a SAP system, especially if you use a large number of printers. All printers that SAPSprint uses must be installed on the SAPSprint computer. This applies particularly to released printers from other computers. These should be installed as a queue on the SAPSprint server.
Also note further settings in accordance with Note 1069483.
    Settings
You can display the call parameters available for SAPSprint by calling 'sapsprint -?' on the command line. The most important parameters are those that set options, especially log options for troubleshooting.
You can set the log level to 5 by specifying 'sapsprint -oi LogLevel 5'. Immediately after installation, no log level is set up, which means that no log file is created. By setting the log level to 1, 5, or 9, you can ensure that more information is available in the directory that you specified during the installation. A file called sapsprint.dbg and a print job specific file with a variable name are generated. The second file is deleted after successful printing. It is only retained if the printout is recognized as incorrect. If you set the option 'sapsprint -oi KeepFile 1', then both this file and the print file are retained. This is primarily intended for troubleshooting by SAP Support.
All options are case-sensitive. You can display the most important SAPSprint options by calling 'sapsprint -?'. All possible options are described in Note 85469. Normally, the options described there are not necessary - you should use them only in exceptional circumstances.

  • Differences between billing and accounting document with down paym. request

    Hello to all
We are creating down payment request billing from one sales order with two sales order items that has different tax classification material.
The billing document is created correctly (with the same value for each item), not as the account document.
If you compare the value from the billing document to the account document is not the same. In the account document the system decreases the amount of the first item with the tax amount of the second item and the same for the second item (the amount of the second item decreases the amount of the second item with the tax amount of the first item). Then the tax amount of the two items is right.
If the two items have the same tax classification material, it works fine.
Can anyone help me?, is it a problem with the payment request billing?.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,
The following Customizing settings have to be made for down payment processing:
Settings for the billing plan – To activate the billing plan function, maintain the materials, for which you wish to process down payments, with item category group 0005 (milestone billing). This gives the item type TAO via item type determination. The item type TAO calls up the billing plan function.
You need to implement the following activities in the billing plan for down payments:
Maintain deadline category – This determines the billing rule (percentage or value down payment) for the down payment request. The system assigns billing type FAZ (payment request) defined in the standard system with billing category P. (For the billing type FAZ there is the cancellation billing document type FAS in the standard system).
Maintain the deadline proposal – Use the down payments that are due for the proposed deadlines.
Maintaining a Pricing Procedure with the Condition Type AZWR:
In the standard system the condition type AZWR is delivered for the down payment value already provided but which has not yet been calculated. You must include this condition type in the relevant pricing procedure before output tax.
Enter condition 2 (item with pricing) and the calculation formula 48 (down payment clearing value must not be bigger than the item value) for the condition type AZWR.
Before the condition AZWR you can create a subtotal with the base value calculation formula 2 (net value). If the condition AZWR is changed manually, you can get information on the original system proposal from the subtotal.
Maintain the printing indicator – The pricing procedure can not be marked as a transaction-specific pricing procedure (field Spec.proc.) The condition type AZWR has the calculation type B (fixed amount) and the condition category E (down payment request / clearing).
Maintaining the Billing Document – In the standard system there is the billing type FAZ (down payment request) and the billing type FAS for canceling . The down payment is controlled using the billing category P of the billing type. A billing type becomes a down payment request when the billing category P is assigned. You have to maintain blocking reason 02 (complete confirmation missing) for the billing documents and assign it to billing type FAZ.
Copying control – Copying requirement 20 must be entered in copying control at item level for the down payment request. In the standard system the order type TA for copying control is set up according to the billing type FAZ for the item category TAO.
Copying requirement 23 must be entered in copying control at item level for down payment clearing. In the standard system the order type TA for copying control is set up according to the billing type F2 for the item category TAO.
Financial Accounting settings – A prerequisite for down payment processing is that the account is assigned to the underlying sales document. To do this, change the field status settings in Customizing as follows:
Set reconciliation accounts (transaction OBXR) – For the `received down payments’ and `down payment requests’ from
the G/L accounts you have selected, you should assign the field status definition G031.
Maintain accounting configuration (transaction OBXB) – For the down payments (posting key ANZ in the standard system) and the output tax clearing (posting key MVA in the standard system), you must maintain the posting key.
You must also carry out a G/L account number assignment for the tax account.
Maintain the posting key (transaction OB41) – For posting key 19, set the sales order as an optional field
Maintain the field status definition (transaction OB14) – For field status variant 0001, field status group G031, set the
sales order as an optional field
Assign the company code to the field status variants (transaction OBC5)
    Regards,
    Siddharth.

    Hi experts,
We have generated a SAP Script for Accounting Statement print ( F.27 ) for vendors. We have used structure RF140 for

me the correct value. But i'm unable to trace whether the balance carried forward is debit or credit. How to check whether

  • Document printing ignoring posting date range

I am in Banking/Document Printing and selected my bank account,
doc type = checks for payment,
print checks = to be printed.
    Posting date from/to fields = 2/1/09 - 2/28/09.
I click the OK button and the results show me 2 checks with 3/13/09 posting dates.  I only have these 2 checks iin my test db, but I was testing the february date range to verify it would exclude them from the results as it should.
Why are my 2 march checks showing in the results when my posting dates are only for February?

This date has not relation to your posting date.
The 03/13 is the check date.  Your transactions are still from your February date range.
You created the checks today and a check needs to have a date on it and this 03/13 is the date that will be printed on the check
By default the date you process the checks will be the date check date.
Posting Date is nothing but the date the transaction / JE is posted on.

This is the number which gets printed on the cash receipt.

  • Account Balance print form

    Hello all,
I'm working on a print layout design for the Account Balance document. The problem is that I want to display the Remarks entered in the reference document for each row. I can get the remarks display for one type of  the reference documents, but since they can vary (A/P invoice, A/R invoice, incoming payments, journal entry, etc...) I can't figure out how to get the remarks in the corresponding document for each row.
    Could anybody help, please?

    Hello Suda,
So far, I've been able to show remarks  for A/P invoices and A/R invoices in my Account balance print form. I did it by adding the Remarks fields to the PLD then linking each of them with  fields that take the value true(1) whenever the source document is the same as the one the remarks come from.
    Example:
A/P invoice : remarks    is linked to origin=='PU' (where origin is the field containing the code of the reference document)
Now the issue is this trick is working only for A/P invoices and A/R invoices but shows nothing for other documents (Outgoing payments, incoming payments, A/R credit memo, etc...)
Don't you have any more ideas?

  • Attributes of Purchase Order to be passed on to the Accounting document

    Hi
Is there a standard config (aside of FI Substitution) to pass on the PO line item text to the accounting document of GR  and IR?
A simple business case is where the user who analyses the GL account items, would like to see the PO item text in the accounting doc line item text (BSEG-SGTXT).
Since this information needs to flow from PO to the accounting doc, I was looking for a std config which facilitates a mapping of this kind.
Having an FI substitution is a secondary option...
    Thanks
