Additinal tab B in sales Order header not displayed after EHP5 upgrade

Hello Everyone,
                          I am facing an issue that the 'Additional data B' in the sales order header is not getting displayed after we ugraded to EHP5.
      We found the issue , that the screen '8309' provided by SAP for the additional data in SO header is not getting called.The call is made from screen '4312' but the call subscreen screen statement fails.
This might be because these screens were modified (both '4312' and '8309' )using the Access key to accomodate more fields in the screen then originally provided. And SAP does not support for this modification as given in the SAPnote 170183.
Now the question is how can I restore the existing functionality?

Sales order do not create after SAP upgradation to package EHP7

Dear Experts,
SAP client is recently upgraded to EHP7. Since then we are observing difficulty in Sales order creation [VA01] manually [with or without order reference].
When click on SAVE button, entire screen display get freezed, without any message [Error/Information/Warning] pop-up. it seems as if system was trying to display message; caused due to any kind of event occurrence; but unable to show up.
Moreover, when we click on "BACK" or "EXIT" button, then it prompts choices to save the data. Yet again we receive the same freeze response whenever chose "Yes" option.
Please note:- before up-gradation, we were able to create orders with the same data, what we are using to create now.
Any help or clue on this subject would be highly appreciated.

I have maintained the text in sales order header.Initially system was copying the the text to delivery header but now it is not copying.I have not changed any setting.Please guide what could be the reason.

Hi,
Check the language texts, ie: perhaps the language of SO is EN because the language of customer is EN but the language of delivery is DE, and in VOTXN you have a flag for language with wrong option.

Approver specfication section not displayed after system upgraded to EHP6

Hello,
We have just upgraded our eRecruiting development environment to EHP6 from EHP3. However, as a manager who creates the requisition and subsequently the job posting, there should be a place that allows the manager to specify the approver for this requisitiion. This is not displayed in the upgraded version. I have checked our authorization setup to ensure the manager does not have too wide an access that will bypass this approval specification process, and everything is in order.
I am wondering if anyone else has run into the same problem.

Hello Alex,
you are probably aware the huge changes in the eRec application when moving from EhP3 to EhP 4 or any higher enhancement package. The whole user interface for non-candidate roles is completely replaced. This includes the manager as well as the recruiter and the recruiting administrator.
In principle it should be possible to run the old BSP applications as long as you do not activate any business functions for the enhancement packages (aka "pure technical upgrade"). But when I did such a pure technical upgrade from EhP 3 to EhP 4 for a customer about 4 years ago we already faced several serious issues with running the old ui and functions. So what you experience are very likely such issues as well.

Open quantity in Sales Order did not update after cancelling Reserve Invoice

Client created Credit Memo with reference to Reserve Invoice but this did not update the open quantity in Sales Order. Client is using SAP B1 8.82 PL9. I tested this in SAP 9.0 and still same behavior. Is there a work around other than creating another SO?
I checked Document Settings and "Reopening Doc by creating credit memo based on Doc" is enabled.

Thanks for the reply. How will the client be able to make new reserve invoices from the SO? They are trying to make partial reserve invoices from the sales order. I already suggested to just change the quantity in the reserve invoice before adding. But I have doubt because the SO might close prematurely before they complete the quantity in the SO because open quantity is much less then the quantity in SO.
SO Quantity: 100
Open Quantity: 40
Reserve Invoice 1: 60
Reserve Invoice 2: 40
SO closes before they can make Reserve Invoice 2

Sales order number not displaying

the saled order number which should have been displayed after saving the order on the bottom left corner of the page , when we press the save button is not getting displayed,
can anyone help??
                    i can only see the sales order number in change mode.

Text Tab Missing in Sales order Header

Hi,
I have issue i can not able to see Text tab at header level in Sales document. But it is there at item level.
How can i solve this problem? Because of this my billing document is giving error.

MD04 and CO09 are not matching after EHP5 upgrade

Hi all,
we have changed to ECC6 EHP5 and now we have the following problem:
When we are using transaction CO09 we are not able to see old purchase orders.
When we are going into the purchase order and change the quantity, they will appear in the CO09.
In MD04 everything looks like befor the EHP upgrade.
Any ideas?

Old pictures can not display after Itunes upgrade

Earlier today I updated to the newest version of Itunes. I also added some new pictures to my synched directory for pictures (this directory has approx 725 pics that were all on my phone prior to this update of Itunes).
When I synched to add the new pictures I got a message saying "some pictures could not be synched because they can not be displayed on the phone". Only 200+ of the pictures were transfered and the rest are not there.
Again all of these pictures were on teh phone before so I am not sure why they can not be displayed now. I have tried re-synching and that did not help.
Any thoughts?

I am also having this problem. I have a 160gb classic that I bought last fall. I have a work computer I've used for my iTunes synch base due to broadband access. The system had worked well enough with 64 bit XP and a few registration tweaks to calm itunes about working in that old environment. Forward to 2 weeks ago - I copy my library to the network drive so that IT can scrub the computer and upgrade me to Win 7. Computer is back up, install the newest version if iTunes, seems to come up fine. Several rounds of re-importing the library after it kept entering all the songs twice. Go to re-synch the ipod - get the 'this is a new device, erase *EVERYTHING* and re-synch. Yep yep. Sits there for nearly two hours saying it's re-uploading stuff. Then on the way home, I see - hey, a ton of stuff isn't there, lots of missing podcasts. Go check, everything is checked, new stuff downloaded, can listen to it on the PC with headphones. Then go synch the iPod - get the same 'things are updating..... synch finished'. And nothing has up- or down-loaded. Tried unchecking stuff, nada. Import new stuff, nada. Nothing Plus it looks like pretty much every CD i ripped into itunes for the past 4-5 months failed to move - maybe iTunes was saving it somewhere else than the My Music folder. PITA-factor of that aside, I'd really like to get at the last 3-4 weeks of podcasts. Any help on getting the system to actually do a real sy
My other changes in the last few weeks are getting a new iPhone to replace an old non-iPhone, so there is another devicee on the account. I don't see my iPod listed amongst my devices in the iTunes store - not sure if that's only for wireless stuff.

Main viewer window not displaying after Yosemite upgrade

I just upgraded tp Yosemite. Also upgraded Aperture (v3.6). Opened up Aperture. After it finished upgrading my library I noted that thumbnail images on viewer display OK but there is no image showing on the large viewer. Tried selecting different thumbnails. No success. Tried quitting and restart app. Nothing. Any ideas?

Thanks. I tried all three of the repair options but no success. However, after restart things started working correctly. Possibly it was the combination of repairs and restart that fixed it.

Sales tab in Sales order header

Hello Gurus
When i create a sales order and delivery number for my warehouse. the the 'Delivery status' field of Sales tab in the sales order header data is automatically getting updated 'Fully delivered' .If i create a sales order with out saving the entry and if i go to 'Delivery status' field to check for the delivery status it says 'Not delivered'
Can you please let me know how this field is getting updated .Is there a config where i can control this .

Hi,
Once you create a delivery for the respective line item for same qty the delivery status will be change to fully delivered.
But when you create a sales order in VA01 and before saving you see the status its " Not delivered" because the line item deliver has not been donr ( delivery document not created). Its an standard SAP behavior.
Also check the copy control in VTFA in update document flow field at item category level

Your Ref ship number in Sales order Header

Hi all,
I have a requirement to update Your Reference Ship number in Purchase order data Tab of CRM sales order(Header) with a number coming from an RFC destination.
I am using BADI ORDER_SAVE Method CHANGE_BEFORE_UPDATE to do the processing of RFC destination.I have used FM 'CRM_SALES_PUT_OB' to put the number in buffer but still its not updating the database table CRMD_SALES with number.
Is there any FMs to update the same??

i can able to values in ke24 actual line items.
but when i cant able to see values in ke30 copa report aganist sales order characteristic
and aganist record type A values are not flowing in copa report.
please help me.

i have again prepare actual line items report from ke94 ,ke91 and executed report ,
here for that particular sales order values are flowing through record type C but not flowing for record type A.
sales order is not displaying for record type A.
and for that c only revenue and and raw material cost is flowing.

VA01 Sales order - Header-- Accounting tab need to add a field

The requirement is,
1. I need to add a field in Sales order.
Path for the same is as follows:
VA01> Goto> Header--> Accounting tab
2. The field will be a date field that needs to calculate date on.
a)create a new field. ex - zchdt (chq due date)
b)when customers enters value in Assignment,
i.e vbak-zuonr
after that trigger logic is
3.vabk-kunnr = knvv-kunnr
a)sy-date + knvv-kvgr2 (exclude sundays)
example - 14 sept + 30 days = 14th october
should populate value - 14th october i.e. field (zchdt)
4. This activity needs to be triggered before the sales order is saved.
kindly know whether this is possible or not.
if possible how & which exit & also with example code.

How to add a new tab to sales order header level

Hello Experts,
I have to add a new tab 'Billing Plan' at sales order header level.
As per my functional person, If I modify TVAK-FPART field with some value than tab will be come.
I tried to modify TVAK-FPART field in debug mode and was able to see the tab, BUT when I again came back to
VA03/VA03 transaction then that tab was not there.
Pls help me to resolve this problem..

I have the similar requirement, to add a new tab at the sales order item level. there are already two customer tabs but i dont want to use them, instead i want to use a new tab to be created. i searched BADIs but the BADI BADI_SD_TAB_CUST_I is for SAP Internal use only.
Kindly suggest whay way you used to create a new tab. thanks in advance.
