Address screen

Hi All,
There are no China & India country specific screens, can I use US screen (2010)instead, does anybody know will it impact anything in SAP or is it OK to use?

1. firstly have u checked the infotype screen exists in V_T582L (Country Specific Infotypes)
2. if not there than try to copy the screen and assign it to ur country grouping
copy that one in from the table V_T588M and assign it from the pe03

Hi All,
I have a requirement to delete the default flag that will be set in ship to address screen in shopping cart in SRM system.
I am able to view the list of ship to address throuh Edit internal address ( transaction BBPADDRINTC) and I am able to change the default. The requirement is, the requester should not set default at all so it should be cleared even if he sets.
I tried with Badi - BUPA_ADDR_UPDATE. But couldn't find it useful.
Please guide me on this.

You must have maintained address number of ship to attribute in the organisation structure .
so there you take up action.

Ship-to Address" screen in SRM browser need to change to display only

Hi Freinds,
Ship-To Address" screen in SRM browser needs to change to "Display" only. The users shouldn´t have the possibility to change the delivery address in the screen to their own private address.
Is it possbile to do any changes in SRM itself or else its purely JAVA HTML work.
Kindly i need you guys help to resolve the above development.

Solution given by Suneel should be OK.
Nevertheless, if Ship-To must be only in display mode for all users (independently of their role) and only for particular document types, you can manage it with partner schema:
SAP Implementation Guide > SAP Supplier Relationship Management > SRM Server > Cross-Application Basic Settings > Define Partner Schema
Then maintain this partner schema ID to your concerned document type:
SAP Implementation Guide > SAP Supplier Relationship Management > SRM Server > Cross-Application Basic Settings > Define Transaction Types

I am trying to remove contents from Country dropdownbox in Edit Delivery/Shipto address screen in B2B scenario.
Can any one help me to know from where country values are displaying in dropdownbox and how to remove contents from the dropdownbox.

In Mail, you can also select a popped-up name that you don't want to retain, click the triangle that appears when you move your cursor to the area just after your name, and select "Remove from Previous Recipients List" from the dropdown menu. This choice will not appear if the name is in your Address Book.

ESS Address Screen - T.Code PZ02

User is a contractor and uses Portal to Change her Main Work Address mobile number, But not always getting the correct screen to update.
(Some Times User is Getting Correct Main Work Address Screen, Some Times Legal Address Screen).
And in Address details screen address dropdown selections User has Main Work Address and emergency address options.
User does not have Legal Address as an option in the drop down box to select but when trying to update Main Work address she gets the screen for Legal address and it allows to update it.
T.Code Used For Address details is PZ02
Can any tell me know how to fix this issue? Is there any SAP Note that will fix this issue?

Communication Types missing from ESS Address screen

We are using the standard Web Dynpro iView for Address (under Personal Information) for ESS. However, there are no fields on the screen for the Communication Type fields that are on infotype 0006 (P0006-COM01, P0006-NUM01, P0006-COM02, P0006-NUM02, etc.).
Is there some type of configuration that has to be entered on the iView properties to assign the communication type to each P0006-COMxx value (such as COM01='CELL')???
Any help would be appreciated! I haven't been able to find anything in OSS or here in the SDN forums that explain how you make the Infotype 0006 Communication type fields available in the Web Dynpro app.

I have an SAP PDF presentation named "The New Architecture of Employee and Manager Self-Services (ESS & MSS)" which has a screen shot of the ESS Address screen. In this document, the screen shot shows an input field for "Cell Phone". (This presentation is showing the newer Web Dynpro screens, but I do not see a reference as to which ESS business package was used for the screen shots.)
When I saw this screen shot from SAP, I thought that maybe there was a way to include the communication type fields by defining somewhere which communication type should be used for each field (suchas COM01=CELL,COM02=FAX1, etc.)
If anyone else has actually seen the Communication Types on the screen, just as the SAP presentation shows, please let me know! I am curious if these were shown in a earlier release of the ESS Web Dynpro apps.

ESS Address screen comm fields

Hi,
We have permanent address screen in ESS which requires communication fields com01,com02,com03 and num01,num02,num03.
For few countries, standard fields are available in backend but could not locate the same standard fields in iview personalisation.Then we tried to pass the standard field values in backend to custom fields in portal structure HCMT_BSP_PA_*_R0006(* is country code) in BADI HRPAD00INFTYUI.But this is also not working.
why is the standard fields absent for few countries in portal and is there any way to bring standard fields?
Is it possible to use standard in backend and custom in portal side as mentioned above.
Please advise.

Some countries may not have Communication fields as standard and also even if COM fields are available for your country you need to ensure you are operating the required stack.
For example a UK employer might have a UK based employee using ESS Address
however in order to have COM fields as per note 1095890 --> SAP ERP SP Stack 11 is recommended
Unfortunately if your country or your version and SP level does not have COM fields as standard then you need to be able to develop a new ESS service or modify the exsiting one - this requires complete knowledge of front-end Webdynpro JAVA UI
and back-end function modules/business logic.
If you want SAP to deliver COM fields for your country - I would recommend a development request as
per www.service.sap.com/rollin or to raise the issue via the relevant sapuser group meeting (as per the new procedure
documented @ /rollin)

How to add a custom field to Ship-to address screen

Hi all,
I have to add a custom field for Plant in the Ship-To address subscreen(BBPSC01).
I have added the field in the program saplbbp_sc_ui_its in screen 310.
But I think need to write the HTML code/Java script in HTML template to trigger the code from module pool.
As I am new to HTML/Java script, Can any one please let me know the procedure to follow.

I have not added the Custom filed in the main screen and added in the Additional data B screen. So closing the message.

Unable to enter address, screen is totally blank

When I open Firefox, I get a blank page. There is no frame around it- no place I can click to either minimize or X out of the screen, no place to enter a website, etc. This just started a few days ago. The only way i can get out of the page and use IE is to Crtl, Alt, Delete. What do i have to do to restore the page so i can use it.

This topic is NOT answered because I don't use a case and have the same issue. I've always thought it was something to do with touching my face or ear and thus something is inadvertently tapped on the screen.
My iPhone has always had this issue. I assumed for a long time that it was something to do with sweat since I live here in the Arizona desert.
So I'm still looking for an answer about this.

Infotype 6 screen address line 3

Hi,
I have a strange problem for emergency address screen.
The field PSTLZ which corresponds to text of address line3 is not visible in the screen.The data entry fields for this address line 3 (ORT01) is visible and is output only.But we changed this to standard in table T588M.
But we are unable to find PSTLZ elsewhere.
When I checked the program MP000600, the code "FIELD P0006-pstlz" is commented.
Is there anyway to make this field visible in the screen?

Drill down to all screens of XK03 in ALV report from CALL TRANSACTION

I have created a vendor master report which calls the XK03 transaction when the vendor is clicked on on the ALV output. It takes me to the XK03 address screen and when I try clicking to go to the next screen it says the last screen is reached , 'Do you wnat to cancell processing'. I want to enable the program to goto the next screens as well like the controll screen and the accounting screen ect in my drill down on call transaction.
following si my code section which does it.

How to use multiple addresses for a global vendor

Hi experts.
scnerios is.company has different plants in different countires.they have centrally agreed contract with vendor.now each plant create p,o is in different country how can we use that vendors local addresses in p.o because in vendor master we can define one addres at a time.so if that adrees is in other country.and plant creating p,o is in different how can select the local address of that vendor.
if option is partner function then how to use it.all adressess witl be odering address of that vendor.his offices is alll the counties.

You can maintain multiple addresses for the same vendor using international addresses.
First, you have to Activate International Address Versions for each country/language via config at
IMG: Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) > Address Management > International Settings > Activate International Address Versions (You can do this even if you are not using Real Estate Management
Then, in the vendor master, address screen, select the "International Verion" button, select the address version and maintain your address.
If you have any programs that need to display or print these addresses, you will have to specifiy the address version to display/print. by default, the version (Field = NATION) is Blank.

Nokia Email and vanity domain hotmail address

Hi,
I just got the Nokia e71x. Setting up the email client from email.nokia.com.
I tested it and got to work with my hotmail address, it's [email protected]
But now I'm trying to get it set up for my other windows live mail, it's through my school but hosted by Microsoft. I found a forum in here from 'vandelay' ("Nokia Messaging 1.1 Released"), that mentions nokia messenging 1.1 supports hosted email from Microsoft, aka vanity domain names.
My email for school is [email protected] But it's a windows live account, I can go to www.hotmail.com and log in with that email address.
However, when I go into my account for email.nokia.com, it doesn't accept that email address and password. I can't get past the add email address screen.
Sounds like messaging should support this vanity domain name, but it's not working.
Let me know if anyone has any suggestions.

Changing address in sales order item level

but showing Gray mode only .. i have maintained Sales document item level ( partners) Removed check box not modifiable
And i activated Item partners check box at partner tab
even i am not able to change address in sales order item level plz tell me

I have checked my self.system does allow to change different ship to Party on line Item level .
Please do the following steps .
1. Replace/delete the WE partner Number ( Example -1) in my case in change mode.
2. system will show some error message as show below while deleting or replacing WE with some other ship to Party code.
3. Ignore the message and go ahead . Please put the new Partner's number and double click
address Screen will Pop up . You can Change the address .
