Adobe form image display

How to upload an image on Adobe form and add some condition for image display?

hello,
you need to use Image field, not only and image to display the picture chosen in backend. For a simple image you need only image field. Check there is a checkbox "embed image data" and set it to true.
You need to pass the picture as a XSTRING from backend if I remember it well. Please check How to integrate Adobe form

Adobe form in display only

Hi expert,
we have developed an adobe form for the workflow for invoice but it can change we want it to be in display only When it get the the customer. PLEase help.when the customer receive the invoice He is able to make change on the invoice

In Adobe form, there are two types of forms are available.
1. Static (Which can not be changed)
2. Interactive (Which can be chaged, and we can make some / Many fiels disabled)
So for your case, try to use Static form, hope you have used interactive form.

Problem with data in Adobe Forms - partially displayed(first pade only)

I only start work with Adobe Forms so I need your help .
My form includes   table with lot of data .
My problems are:
1.only the first page with data is displayed and I don't see the rest of data .
       What I need to define for get all my data printed ?
2. How can I print total at end of table ?

select the subform where your table body present , there you choose the pallete object inside you need to set.

Adobe form- Images based on conditions

HI Experts,
I have to put 2 logos which are based on company codes.
Logo1 condition:- Standard Logo for each company code except for BREEZ, where the MAIN standard logo will be placed.
Logo2 condition:- Standard Logo for BREEZ, if other company code no logo will be displayed.
where to do coding for the same
Do i need to upload the logos or we reach it with scripting.

hi
you can write code logic in the interface used in the adobe form.
in the interface screen, below you will have two tabs, select the conditions tab and pass the condition variable, use the availabe operators and thus the logic for the logo can be set in 'form interface'.

Bom item in adobe form will display inside the main item

hi gurus,
Currently i am displaying a print adobe form of order confirmation (va02) . but requirement is like i need to display Bills of Material item bit inside the main item level . for ex : there are total 50 line items in a sales order and for item no 20 , 30 and 40 are the Bom item in that sales order only.now rather to print all the items in a same level i need 30 and 40 will display bit inside in the form.....currently i am using table row in form......

Adobe forms table display problem

        In adobe forms i want to display purchase order details. i have connected the abap editor whit adobe forms using the function module.. my requirment is to display purchase header details in first row contains the header details below that it should disply the line item... for example..
     po number   company code   pur org   pur group
          itemno      mat           matdes     quan       netprice
      74583638   200                      100        6000
           10          m-10         sample       5             10000
           20          m-20         sample1     5               1231
                                                                   total 11231
and also page break... one page contains only 3 purchase order only....

Interactive adobe form not displaying properly (urgent)

   any one can help in this,as it is urgent ....
    sub : arabic fonts of the pdf /word doc are not displaying
    in detail :
    i have a word document and pdf which contains data like
    enter name : -
( enter name in arabic language written)
    enter number ..----
( enter number in arabic language written)
when i developed this in nwds, imported the dos as AIF , but when deployed and
run...i could only see
   enter name: -
   and the arbi letters are replaced with question marks ??? ..........
   Now , i have to do ...in order to get the letters in arabic as in the pdf or word doc.
while execution time,,,it is displaying ( if u have internet,,,,,click ok to update...
after pressing ok,,,,,it is giving as.....no updates at this time.....and finally the output is not coming as desired )

How to remove the border of an Adobe Form Image Field

Hello everyone
I am using Desinger 8.0.
Form properties: Preview type = Print Form (One-side):
I am using an "image field" to include a image from the transaction SE78.
There is always a box arround the image. How can I remove that box?
I am using the "Image field" because the image will change depending on conditions.
Here is my setting:
Object: Field
                   type    = Image Field
                   Sizing = Scal Image Proportionally
            Binding
                    Default Binding (Open Save Submit) = $record.GRAPHIC
                    (Graphic is defined in the global area in the interface)
Layout :
              AnchorX: 171.477mm AnchoY: 15.111mm
              width:       78.175mm Height :   21.777mm
               Margins: all at 0mm
               Caption Position: None
Border:
           Edges: Edit Together
                       None
            Background fill: None
Based on my understanding, with border edges to none I should not have any border arround the image But I still have it.
Any suggestions?

Unfortunattely the Field tab doesn't have the Appearance in it.
The field tab contain only the following Items:
Type : Image Field
Caption:
URL
Embed Image Data
Sizing: Scale Image Proportionally
Presence: Visible
Locale: Default locale
There is no item named "Appearance".
I am using AdobeLiveCycle Designer 8.0

Adobe form- image overlapping

Hi ,
I have got a scenario in with one image needs to be printed on top of other.
1) the seal of the company
2) on top of seal the signature of the enduser.
the seal of the company will be one and the signature of the user will be changing based on the person who created the document.
now the problem -> when i put the signature on top of seal ,some area is in white due to white background in signature.
how i can make the signature transparent. i googled a lot but not found a good solution.
Let me know if somebody has solution to this problem

Hi yahpal,
you got access to the original signature file? If so, take gimp or photoshop and clear the white out. That means just crop the image and your issue will be solved.

Adobe Form field display based on user

Dear Friends
   I am creating one form. which has the three fields :
   1) Telephone:
   2) Email:
   3) Portal Id:
   My work scenario is when form reaches via workflow to Telefone person he / she only can enter data in the telephone field where he / she cant enter data in email and portal id field and this for all the fields like email guy has access to enter data only in email and portal will be for portal id, except concern person's field all other fields become read only.
I have design the form and successfully trigger it via UWL as well. but all the field are allow to enter data as i dont know how to controll them. I have the role in my bsp's controller do_init method but dont know how to utilize this info to set as read-only for non concern users.
Is ther any way to achieve this please tell me how I can achieve this functionality. your any help will be appreciated.

And for employee photo i created the IMAGEFILED in layout.

Adobe Forms, display connected tables

Hi.
I have a problem in a Adobe form, to display connected tables.
I need to make a catalog of product..., then I have in one table, the product with its specifications...etc, and in other table, I have the URLs with the image associated to this product.
The two tables have the same key (zproduct_key), then I want to get the next structure, but I don't know how to indicate in the Adobe Form table, that in the loop of the table of products, make a loop of the images product and only print the images that corresponse with this product.

How to Fill value in Input fields before displaying ADOBE FORM

Please can anyone tell me how to fill the entry in ADOBE FORM before displaying?
I have written a program to generate ADOBE FORM, but I need while displaying ADOBE FROM some input field should already be filled by value and can not be changed.
Please can anyone tell me how to do that in program?

you need to provide the information via the interface, which you create for the Adobe form.
And then pass this values via the following function module inside your generation report.
