I have Adobe Premire Elements 10 installed by HP. It now shows as corrupted and will not initiate. Is there a fix?

Adobe Premire Elements 3.0 Problem

I've just finished a project on Adobe Premire Elements 3.0. Then I had to shut down my computer. Before I did I saved my project several (5) times. But when I started my computer and went to open the file Premire opened but in the display window in the middle of the screen it only showed gray. The media wouldn't play. When I tried to do almost anything the program would lock up and crash. I worked hard on this and would hate to have to do it over again, thanks.

A couple of observations:
1.) the CTI is on a short Clip, that also does not have a thumbnail in the Project Panel. Tough to read the Clip name ("Urban City Credits?"), but it appears to be just a grey screen in the thumbnail too. Can you change your Timeline Video Track View (#3 below), and also move the CTI to one of the Video Clips, like one of the Jeff Allen Clips, and do another screen-cap?
2.) the thumbnails for your other Clips look good in the Project Panel
3.) your Timeline Video Track View appears to be set to not show the thumbnails/frames. What happens when you toggle to Show First Frame, Show First & Last Frame, and Show All Frames?
4.) your Assets are MP4, which can cause problems. What is the source of these files?
5.) if you add a Title from the PE Title Templates, do these display correctly?

Adobe Premire Elements 7.0 Error

I haven't had many problems with Adobe Premire Elements 7.0, but now, after three days of work on a project that has actually turned out really well, it has turned against me. I can't export the video as a video file. I click File>Export>Movie and have enough memory for it. When I click save, it starts to export. It goes well for a while, saying it will only take ten minuites or so.But then it starts to slow down, and eventually reads that it will take an hour. >.<" So I wait patiently until eventually an error pops up after my hoes get higher when it starts to load faster. The error always pops up around when it's 10% complete. It says, "Error. Unknown error occured when compiling the video" or something. Ever since I got it, using the 'Share' tab has only resulted in the closing of the program, so I can't try that.Please help! I'm running it on a Windows XP.

Tell us all about your I/O sub-system, especially your hard drive (HDD) setup. Do list the free defragmented space on each HDD.
This sounds like a disk space problem. Trust me, you need far, far more free, defragmented HDD space, that it would seem to be required.

I am getting a bit concerned about what is happening in your situation. Yesterday you posted your question in at least two different forums, one of them being here in the Premiere Elements Forum.
Don't Have Serial Number for Premiere, Only Photoshop?
Wherever you posted, the reply was to contact Adobe via its Adobe Chat. It is the only one who can sort out this matter for you.
In the thread cited above I offered to help you with the difficulties that you were having visualizing the Adobe Chat in its web page. I was waiting for your follow up on that in the above thread. Instead, I find your same question in a new Adobe Premiere Elements Forum thread this afternoon with no refer the prior threads or prior recommendations given you.
I will also mention again...when you buy the Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements bundled in one packaging and with installation files for each on the same installation disc, each program has its own serial number. The Photoshop Elements serial number does not work for Premiere Elements and vice versa. The serial numbers are on labels on a box which houses the installation disc envelope(s). So, if you purchased both programs and found the Photoshop Elements serial number, then the Premiere Elements serial number should be in a label right underneath the label with the serial number for Photoshop Elements. I recall writing this in your yesterday's thread on this matter.
The moderator will no doubt be along shortly to close or delete this thread. So, just in case, please bookmark your yesterday's thread cited above so that we can continue this communication which is trying to help you.

If your music is from iTunes, more than likely you will get some sort of error message from the program when you try to import the iTunes music into Premiere Elements (most versions including 13). In that case, please convert the iTunes music to the wav version in iTunes using the following iTunes instructions.

As for Premiere Elements narration clips using the its Narration Tool
1. Adobe documentation indicates the USB microphone do not work in Premiere Elements and suggest the use of microphones that connect to the computer via computer jack.
But, there are some scattered cases where the user has found a USB microphone that has worked for him or her.
2. Be sure to check Edit Menu/Preferences/Audio Hardware ASIO settings to assure that Input and Output are enabled.
3. There have been reports (Premiere Elements several versions) where addition of narration using the Narration Tool results in loss of pre-existing
sound on numbered audio track clips and soundtrack.
