After automatic renaming dhcpcd on enp4s0 fails to load

Question

Hello,
I installed arch and had this from the very beginning (and reinstalled it and had the same issue):
hwdb.bin does not exist, please run udevadm hwdb --update
Everything worked, but after 4 days this error occured:
[ TIME ] Timed out waiting for device sys-subsystem-net-devices-eth0.device.
[DEPEND] Dependency failed for dhcpcd on eth0.
After that it loaded all services, but didn't do anyting after that, so I had to hit Ctrl+alt+F2 and logged in as root.
I figured out through ip link that my ethernet is now named "enp4s0". I enabled the [email protected], rebooted, but there was another problem:
[FAILED] Failed to start dhcpcd on enp4s0

And did nothing after that, too.

It' s definitely Xorg, because when I disabled gdm I came to the login screen. I typed startx and it gave an error. I haven't found any solutions for this at the moment, so here's my /var/log/Xorg.0.log:
