That crash appears to be casued by the Facebook plug-in.
Create a new account (systempreferences -> accounts or Users & Groups on 10.7 and 10.8), make a new Library in that account, import some shots and see if the problem is repeated there. If it is, then a re-install of the app might be indicated. If it's not, then it's likely the app is okay and the problem is something in the main account.

I have verified my home page setting. Prior versions of Safari would launch the Top Sites page at start-up, but now it doesn't even do that.

The apps were purchased by another user with a different Apple ID. You will have to erase them and repurchase them using your Apple ID.

Well, it doesn't mean that at all. You can download music purchased with an Apple ID to up to 10 devices. There is no 90 day wait. The wait is if you change the Apple ID.

Unable to check mark whole playlists to play since last update. ONly allows me to check one at a time. How do I fix?

While in MY MUSIC on itunes, all my music is unchecked. I can not check whole playlists by using the top checkmark to select all. I went to all my playlists, same thing. I can only press them ONE at a time, which will take about a day to check all of them.

However, I initially downloaded the CS5 suite digitally and I can't find out how I am able to perform a fresh install of InDesign. Are you saying that you had all your music safely stored in itunes and now it's all gone? You might try getting back the itunes folder that contains all your music (you haven't told us what kind of computer you're using) from a computer backup, say from a day ago. If using a mac, look in Time Machine, in the music folder for your account.
