After maintaining my ipage website, when I access the website, the new info isn't there. I tried signing off firefox and back on. The old info is still displayed

I have a ipage website (sunshinersmusic.com) that I maintain via one of their maintenance tools. After I make a change and publish it, when I go to the website, the old page that I just changed is in Firefox memory. I closed Firefox and re-opened it but Firefox still have the old page information. How do I remove the old page from Firefox memory?
