You still double tap the home button and the apps are lined up across the screen. Swipe up on the app preview thumbnail - drag it up off of the screen - and that will close the app.

How do I stop applications from coming up when I power up my computer. If this were a Windows system I would be able to take the app out of the start up folder. On the Mac I don't know how.

The app (Excel) is in the dock. When I left click on it there is no check next to open at login.
Lets go back to the beginning when I installed ms office both word and excel were in the dock. then one day excel dissapeared. I put it back in the dock and that is when it started opening during login. There is only one X showing in the dock.
Maybe I have little gremlins.

YOu can also use Bluefire Reader for reading books that need an Adobe ID. There are several ways to transfer a book to your iPad. One way is to email the acsm file, open the email on the iPad, and "Open in ... ". Another way is to use an app like Dropbox. The third way is to connect your iPad to your computer, open iTunes, select the iPad, and under Settings select Apps. Scroll down to the File Sharing apps, select the app you want the book on, on the right select Add, navigate to where the book is on your computer, and select it. Open the app on your iPad and it should load.

TS1398 My iPhone wont allow me to turn the wifi on. I've also noticed that I have no wifi address for my phone. If that is the problem, I don't know how to tell it what my wifi address should be.

Under Settings>Wi-Fi it is showing that my Wifi is off. When i open that to turn it on, it won't allow me to slide it to the on position. It's lighter grey instead of bold, which tells me that action is not available. Under Settings>General>About it says that my Wi-Fi Address is N/A. If you have a program like GoodReader you can transfer the files over your wireless network. Also you will have the ability to view all types of files. You can transfer the files within iTunes if you have a program installed that can read it. Go into iTunes, attach your iPad, click on your iPad and then click Apps tab scroll down to the bottom to File Sharing, you will see a list of Apps on you iPad that you can transfer file to. How can I collect the selected row value & navigate to next page by DOUBLE-CLICK the result table row.
My application got searchResult page where I am displaying the list of user in result table. Then selecting any one row and navigating to master details page by clicking the continue button. Button Action method will collect the selected row userID which I am forwarding to the masterDetails page.
Same functionality I want to do by double click the row instead of clicking the button!!. I want to trigger the backing bean method if the user double click the row basically. Please help me in this how to do this?
